Alright wrapped up another skill from Disco Elysium. Two down….what like 22 to go? I thought shivers would be fun and it was but it was also a challenge. Gonna start alternating between original work and a skill because fall market season is creeping up on me and I gotta make inventory for that.

I've seen several people lately commenting on him pulling his gun so quickly on The Pigs, but I think it may actually be worse than just him being trigger-happy.

It can't have been that long since Eyes was killed - Kim doesn't have a new partner yet, and assuming that Dom and Eyes are the same person, he still has open cases. There's a good chance that Martinaise is his first case since Eyes died, and the RCM doesn't seem to offer much in the way of mental health resources.

An empathy check straight-up tells you he has the in-universe equivalent of PTSD.

Kim ends up entirely focused on Harry's injuries in the *middle of a gunfight*, to the extent that there's the possibility of him being shot himself because he's not paying attention to the armed mercenaries.

So if you take him with you to meet with The Pigs, standing in the dark with lights and sirens and someone pointing a gun at his partner, it's very likely that Kim is on the verge of completely losing his shit.

Long story short, Kim and Harry both need to quit being cops immediately and go start a combination karaoke bar/small engine repair shop or something.
