Just watched the new Futurama ep that came out today, Quids Game and my god it was a lot better than last weeks crypto turd.

The plot was another episode that focused on Fry’s past which is a concept of the show that always intrigues me, it gave me vibes of two episodes I love from the Comedy Central era those being Game Of Tones & Murder On The Planet Express.

It was nice that the episode didn’t have those irritating “Fry is dumb laugh” flanderizion moments from the last few seasons when ever he spoke (which is a problem that happens way too often with HD era Futurama) and it had those sweet and sc-fi moments that made me love the show growing up. Anyways fantastic ep I give it a strong 9/10

Nicolas Cage is an incredible actor who is very bad with money so he has to act in terrible movies because otherwise they will repossess his dinosaur skull collection.

But even when he is in terrible movies with terrible writing he refuses to phone in his performances. And sometimes when you are acting your ass off while saying some of the dumbest dialogue ever conceived it can give the appearance the acting is the issue rather than the writing and story.

Hayden Christensen knows that feeling all too well.

So next time you see Nic Cage in a B movie acting a fool, just know he probably bought some new shrunken heads and forgot to pay the mortgage on his volcano island.
