THIS POLL IS NOT ABOUT TAYLOR SWIFT
note how like half of the options are various things on the ace spectrum. this is gerrymandering
Fun fact about this: i have literally no idea if pansexual and omnisexual are the same thing. (some people said that they were both synonymous with bisexual) I tried looking it up and there didn't appear to be any consensus whatsoever.
AND SEE HOW I LEFT OUT A MASSIVE AMOUNT OF NUANCE WITHIN ASPEC WITH THE COMPLETE OMISSION OF PRETTY MUCH ANY DEMIROMANTIC/AROMANTIC OPTIONS
the slug is not a sexuality. if you're wondering by the way the slug is straight because i don't like him. worm fanon polls is heterophobic you heard it here first folks
Make sure to tell me what you think and why you think it! Just. Don't yell, please?
Fight scenes are such a joy to write, especially when working from a single perspective. The complex series of actions and reactions is hard to get *just* right, but when it's all said and done I feel like there's a movie in my mind. Feels fantastic.
I like that NieR Automata has a secret difficulty setting to adjust that the game doesn't really tell you is a difficulty setting. And that's the companion aggressiveness thing. I like playing without the helper character because it means I have to 1. Learn more about enemy combos and behavior and 2. Feel like normal difficulty is more difficult without massively changing an aspect of the game like the jump from normal to hard.
Also just as a side note: man, I really appreciate the opening moments of the boss fight in the desert city on the second playthrough, hits really hard.
So I've now cleared the rest of Caria Manor and the surrounding lands. The Red Wolf is much more difficult on a field compared to inside a Debate Hall. I've also entered Lady Ranni's service and have now descended down the Siofra Well to meet with Blaidd.
Additionally, I have tried to craft my own "Elden Bling" as it were while still trying to keep my gearset balanced:
Bandit Mask
High Page Clothes
Banished Knight Gauntlets
Banished Knight Greaves
The weapons I change frequently
I wish this had an explicitly "atheist" option. She never gave off any big religious vibes, and I think the setting in general is pretty a-religious due to the whole Scion+superpowers thing that *some* religions have tried to weaponize, but broadly religion is in decline on Earth Bet. Like, her mom was a hardcore feminist and her dad is a union bigwig, I dunno if church was a big thing in the Hebert household.
Tell me what you think and why you think it!
do you guys think that eidolon wasn't able to find a power to heal hero because early on in his career he spent all the time he could in hospitals using the ever dwindling stock of healing powers he had and when the time came he came up empty. do you think he resented all the lives he saved through healing that then proceeded to fucking torture himself with guilt over thinking that single thought for the next decade.
ao3 turns 15 today
reblog if youre older than ao3
(there's a lot of people asking about this, but the legal age to use social media is 13, except in few countries. so yes, there are people here under 15)
note that this poll is meant to represent romantic (though not necessarily sexual) ships, not your favorite QPR. If you like, say, Aisha/Alec or Lisa/Taylor as strictly platonic partners, but only in this scenario, then please don't pick it as your favorite ship!
Other less popular taylor ships (like Taylor/Alec) are not included in this poll, I will be posting a second poll with Taylor-specific ships later
make sure to tell me what you think and why you think it!
Never said Tattletale made them just for Taylor, just that in Worm, that's where it is first explained as a concept and not much outside of it. The "Endbringer Truce" is a separate more official thing. I was also talking more about the "Unwritten Rules" usage in fanon and fanfics.
I haven't read Ward and I don't intend to so to my mind anything that happens in it doesn't affect my enjoyment of worm or wormfics. There's enough mental separation between Worm and Ward for me to consider them distinct works.
Kind of building off of Silvia Norton's post from a while back but if I read another line in a wormfic where an authority figure or like, actual serious adult individual mentions the "unwritten rules" as a hard concept that everyone just *knows* I am going to bash my face into a wall.
It's literally just how Tattletale described the social contract of capes to Taylor, it stops being "unwritten" or just a polite fiction when people like Piggot or Coil or whomever actually treat them as something tangible.
"But ma'am/sir, wouldn't that be breaking the Unwritten Rules?" Shut up shut up shut up shut up shut up shut-
Losing my mind
