This is a fistfight to KO, the capes are allowed to use their powers as long as it isn't lethal, they see you as a petty criminal (ie graffiti artist.) and you don't get any powers.

I know they're like, necessary for the economy to function, but who let the trains run at "fanfic reading hour" (3am) don't they know people are busy?

People can say that we will "feel Mother Nature's wrath" and no one cares

But *I* say "step on me, Mommy Gaea" and suddenly it's an issue
