I have no idea what to do and I’m depressed. I’ve found out about manifestation for almost 7-8 months and I still have no idea what to do
You do know what to do, you're just too scared to try.
You don't trust yourself, you don't see a way out of your current circumstances, and it's keeping you stuck.
Here are the basics: your thoughts create your reality. What you think about every day will be reflected back to you. So all you have to do is think in your favour! That's it. Think about the things you want, the experiences you're inviting into your life, the people you want to be with...
There is only the Now moment, which means the past no longer exists and the future hasn't happened yet. So in this Now moment, you stop thinking about the past and what happened, you stop reliving the memories of old stories, and you focus only on what you want.
Affirm, on a loop. Every time you doubt, affirm. Every time circumstances pop up, affirm. Keep going over the new story in your head all day every day and forget about everything else. Only you have power in YOUR reality. Live as if you're the operant power because you are.

💫 Start writing down your dream life in the present tense. Everything you desire, jot it down like it’s already happening. As if it’s already happened and you’re living it now. This is a script, you are the author of your life and you are in control of what you will receive.
💫 Be descriptive and precise. When you think of scripts, you think of films, right? What are movie scripts like? The director makes sure to include every single detail so that they receive everything they want in the end product. If they want the camera to pan to the corner, they will write that down. If they want a character to look a certain way, they will be explicative. If they want their character to jump over a fence, they’ll write exactly that.
💫 Don’t forget the emotion. Along being descriptive, you must also be passionate about what you are writing. When there is a fire within you to want what you want, the Universe hears you. Don’t confuse this with desperation. This isn’t an ache, but rather a fervour for your intention. The former is negative, the latter is positive.
💫 Visualise it. What is it that you want? Visualise that thing, person, feeling. Take it a notch higher by imagining the smells, the texture, the way you feel having what you want. Whenever you choose to visualise, make sure you’re undisturbed and have time to envision everything. The best time, personally, is bedtime. That way you can fall asleep to your goals and end up dreaming about them.
💫 Express your gratitude whenever you script. Let the Universe know that you appreciate her magic and that you are thankful for every small opportunity she blesses you with. Even if the Universe takes you only a step closer to your goal and doesn’t give you exactly what you want, celebrate. The more grateful you are, the faster you will achieve your desires.
Can u guys tell me about the craziest physical change u manifested, I’m not talking about growing your lashes or something like that I mean changing ur bones structure, going from 4c hair to 1b hair , looking like the carbon copy of someone or manifesting natural pink hair, and I want to know how u guys did it, how it happened for u !

As always, take what works for you. This is my opinion and experience, I don't want you to do everything the same way I do, I just hope it helps you discover your way. I probably experience visualization different than you and that's ok.

1. Embrace tunnel vision
When I was first exploring visualization, particularly in shifting, it was emphasized to me that it should be as realistic as possible.
It's easy to sit down and lose yourself in trying to perfect the visualization. I would try to visualize and end up annoyed because I couldn't nail down the details. I felt pressure to get everything "right".
Here's the thing, visualization is not perfectly mapping out the floor plan of your bedroom, nor is it a 1:1 recreation of your environment.
Don't get overwhelmed trying to juggle everything single detail. Your brain doesn't multitask, it switches focus between tasks rapidly. In trying to switch between everything on your checklist you are going to overwhelm yourself and lose all immersion in the process.
The five sense are important but they are not a checklist. Trying to juggle five different experiences at once can be overwhelming. Pour your focus into something and let the other senses come up if they want to, instead of breaking your focus to add in something new.
You don't have to get it "right". You don't have to be perfect, exact, or accurate.
Tunnel vision is your friend. When you're going about your day to day life you're not focusing on your entire environment all at once. Some of the most immersive and potent visualizations you will ever have will be of minute details.
You don't visualize the whole scene you visualize a moment of it and get lost in it.
Maybe it's hard for you to visualize an entire room, but can you visualize one aspect of it? Instead of trying to map an entire castle, can you imagine the cold feeling of one of its windows against your hand?
You're overwhelmed trying to imagine your bedroom, so try instead to imagine the feeling of your bed in the morning when you don't want to get up. It's difficult to build an entire soundscape in your head so just imagine the grating sound of your alarm dragging you from sleep.

2. Smell + touch > sight
While vision is the sense we rely upon for day to day life, and is therefore the focus of most visualization, we have four more that are often over looked.
The easiest way to immerse yourself is smell.
When it comes to memory and emotion one of our most powerful senses is smell. Sometimes you're moving through your life and you catch a whiff of something unidentifiable that drags you, head first, into nostalgia.
You may not be able to figure out the exact lay out of your environment but you probably know how it smells.
I find that when you start with smell all the other senses enter the visualization more naturally. When u think of the smell of the Hogwarts library the images of floating books and worn pages enter my mind without me having to consciously summon them.
This could just be a me thing so don't bite me if it's not yours, but personally thinking of how something looks always feels flimsier than the other senses even if it is still important.
When I am trying to imagine laying on the lawn the image easily feels impersonal, but the smell of morning air, feeling of wet grass under my hand and sun on my face, feels so much more real.
But YK, that's just me.

plus i manifested a trip to singapore!!
for my finals i made sure the school would do something extremely fun after it and none of the students stress out for the exams
a healthy amount of snow
never having to use internet or data anymore so my phone is always working
my phone battery stays at 100 ALWAYS
unlimited storage on my phone
princess treatment every where i go, trust me in china and in singapore i felt like everyone was worshiping the ground i walked on

dolls, I recently had a breakthrough. manifesting is actually so easy.
I’m here to remind you all that you don’t have to do anything extra with your manifestation. I manifested so many things just by believing in the law. Literally the second you decide something is yours, ITS YOURS. no bullshit, no ten thousand methods, that’s the secret formula.
Additionally, when people say “living in the end” they really mean living in the end. Really START living in the end. It’s not your face claim, it’s you. You aren’t trying to manifest, you have manifested.
Start being delusional babe, relying on confirmation from the 3D WILL GET YOU NOWHERE. The work is done. The proof is here. Just relax and let your desires start to grow in front of your eyes.
Some of the ways I manifest my dream appearance:
♡ everytime I looked in the mirror, I would recite affirmations about my desired features like “my nose is so cute and upturned, my skin is so clear and glowing.” here’s my recent affirmations on a living angel appearance 🕯️
♡ whenever I felt like my manifestation wasn’t going anywhere/fixating on the 3D, I would affirm and affirm and affirm. if you’re an anxious manifestor like me, affirmations are literally your best friend.
♡ consuming the RIGHT manifestation content and simply ignoring advice I disagreed with. this is my domain
what is self concept? self concept is the set of beliefs you have about yourself, the way you think about yourself. low self concept = insecure, awkward, not very secure in oneself. high self concept = confident, self-assured. I used to have a low self concept
it’s important to realize that if your self concept is low, you can literally create a new identity and version of yourself at any time. if you want to become more confident and focused, then become that person. visualize that person. create a vision board of the vibe that person gives off.
think about how you can BECOME that person, and embody that emotion as much as possible till it sticks.I used to be so incredibly anxious and insecure I would overthink about my eating habits, the way I walked, talked, smiled, everything.
you have to drill this into your head that nobody cares and they’re actually too focused on their own lives to worry about you. and if they do, it’s usually only for a few seconds before moving on with their lives.
YOU owe it to yourself to become better. It is possible. Let’s do it.
ways I boosted my self concept:
♡ remind myself I CAN have more: liz explains this really well in her video here (still one of my faves from her till this day)
♡ shadow work: I would review difficult memories and kind of like detangle it, and I would learn more about myself from doing shadow work questions. definitely good for self healing
♡ persisting in the belief I was beautiful, confident and magnetic. Literally affirm 24/7
♡ be patient. confidence doesn’t happen overnight especially if u are a socially anxious and was insecure person like me.
