i really like your list method for manifesting and i wanted to try it for manifesting my desired body but how should i do it 😭😭

you could describe ur desired body in ur notes app, and then on a seperate notes you can be like

and then affirm like "its already done" or something along those lines. OR if u want it bit by bit u can list off different aspects of ur desired body and affirm "its already done" and get those changes one by one.

i've seen people suggest making a list to sort of keep yourself accountable and really put the law to the test, so i'm going to try it! i'll do a check-in next sunday with you all and give you an update on what i've ticked off so far (•ө•)♡

If that’s okay for you , I’ve been wondering how you do the list method ? And how you would call your list if the manifestations are a lot of different things such as mindset , money , health , shifting ,… and how you have dealt (if it has ever happened) with the negative thoughts that it won’t manifest cause it’s a list ?

Cause , I started once with a list method (a couple of things did manifest or seemed to be her better , but very slowly [my mindset and my assumptions were the reasons]) , and stopped and I’ve been wondering if you read through your list a couple of times a day or just once and affirm that everything on your list alr got manifested

how i do the list method, is i write down what im manifesting and i affirm something along the lines of "i already have everything on my list, its already done right now" and then thats it. i dont name my lists its just 'my list' 😭 i dont like to name it cuz oftentimes i manifest lots of different things in diff categories so the name is just unnecessary.

when i get negative thoughts i either let it pass or i flip it and debunk it. at the end of the day you attach power to ur thoughts so if i think something negative, its just a random fucking thought and it doesnt matter cuz if its not what i want then it doesnt manifest so i dont even have to sweat ab it yk?

sometimes i affirm while looking at my list or i just mindlessly affirm. it doesnt rly matter cuz ur subconscious knows what ur talking about when u say "i already have everything on my list" i hope this helped you out 🗒️🫶🏽

Hey, the list method is pretty simple, all you have to do is:

- write a list of affirmations for your desires

(ex. i am a master shifter, i shift easily on command, i already am in my dr, and so on)

- give the list a name

(ex. “shift list”)

- repeat an affirmation that says you have manifested all of your list

(ex. “i manifested my shift list”)

- persist in the assumption that you already have it

You might not believe the affirmation at first, and that is absolutely normal, what changes the outcome is your persistence. If you assume and persist that you have it (affirming for as much as you can until you believe it), then it’s done. Don’t look at the 3d for changes, it will show up, just trust that it’s already here (remember: the 4d is the only reality).

Cleooooo love, I love you I can't thank you enough. Guess what. I did you ROE Challenge and affirmed for ROE,I wake up in the void every single time I fall asleep and I woke up in the void. I also said I manifest everything I want in one hour no matter what it is.

A tiny 9 inch fairy 🧚‍♂️. I actually saw someone's ask and felt like manifesting a fairy after that so I did. So now I just need to call her 3 times by her name which I kept as Lily and she appears and gives me manifestations instantly

Reaching Void everytime I say void 3 times no matter where I am

𔘓 Why the 3d is still not showing me my desire?

*note: i swear to god if i see someone ask me a question after this, you won't like what you're about to see*

Well because you did not accept that your desires are yours.

Simple.

The 3d will reflect your 4d when you accept you have it.

It is a Law and it's the 3d's JOB.

Simply think as your desired version of yourself that have your desires, what would they feel? Of course neutral, natural, peaceful.

They wouldn't ask where is it? Why it isn't showing up? Or being impatient.

It's just take a simple firm decision that your desires are already Manifested and you have it NOW, not tomorrow not the year after, the moment you decided that you have it then you do, in imagination.

You think that just simply because your 3d didn't show you anything that you don't have it? Who said that? Your logical conscious mind? Heh, this is just your mind playing tricks on you.

You have it sweetie, you have it the moment you closed your eyes and imagined it, it yours, congrat.

The reason why you don't have what you want is because you're still in the state of getting it, Always wishing to have it, if you had your desires right now you wouldn't try to get it, because logically you have it, you know what i mean?

It's impossible for the Law to fail, LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE.

The Law of assumption is just like the law of Gravity, it happens because it is a Law.

Persisting isn't fighting negative thought and ignoring the 3d, it's staying loyal and firm in your assumption no matter what happens, Because you know that your assumption is true, despite everything that goes against you.

So stop looking for it, because you Already have it the moment you said so.

𖤐✮⋆˙♱ HOW TO ASSUME INSTANTLY ♱˙⋆✮ ✮𖤐

You assume it on knowing that it has already happened. There is no “how” because it is not an effort, it is a natural state. You simply know that you already have it. In the same way that you know your name without having to constantly reaffirm it, you know that you already have everything you want.

If you feel yourself questioning or doubting, go back to the feeling of already being the person who has it. Ask yourself: If I already had it all right now, how would I feel? How would I think? What would I do? And just embody that version of you.

Just affirm it, feel it and don't contradict it. And if you have to do something contrary or think something contrary, >know< in the exactly same way that it doesn't change anything. Accept that It's simple and easy.

how to script your dream life and use it with any method!

hello friends! today i want to share with you how i personally script my dream life, and how this script is both my void list, states list, and precursor to almost every manifestation method i've ever used. i love scripting because it is not only a method in and of itself but it is also a simple list of everything you desire that you can now manifest using any method you love!

check back later for a link to my scripting templates. in the meantime, here are the steps to creating your perfect script from scratch with examples! all you need is a place to write it down.

step one:

time to brain dump! at the top of your page, write out every desire that comes to your head in list format. don't overthink it and don't worry if they sound silly or unrealistic; remember, absolutely anything is possible! you can write out a few desires to start or go hardcore and write out hundreds, whatever you feel inspired by. you can always come back to this step later. here is my example:

step two:

now its time to get organized! look at the desires you've written and figure out what subcategories they fall under. for example, "my eyes are light blue and gorgeous" could fall under the category of "appearance," and "i have $100,000 in my bank account" could fall under the category of "wealth and items." feel free to use any category name that makes sense to you.

step three:

now that you have a couple of categories written out and understand the structure of the script, your mind might start to have even more ideas. "ooh, now that i see revision is a category, there are a couple more things i'd like to revise..." or "why stop at one SP when i could have everyone chasing after me?" for step three, we go a little deeper into these categories and add more details of what our dream life will look like. you can also add new categories that pop into your head - in the example below, i've added "the world and society" and "skills and abilities."

note: the reason why i broke this up into multiple steps instead of just writing "write out all your desires at once" is because our brains can be mean to us and make us procrastinate if something isn't done "perfectly," so that's why adding an extra step is important to bypass the perfectionism.

optional steps:

because scripting is such a creative and expansive process, we might think of ideas we'd like to manifest in the future but not right now/not instantly. i like to organize my script further by adding another category: "future manifestations." these are ideas that i would love to manifest at some point later on but not necessarily while my dream life is manifesting right now.

another idea is separating categories even further into "instant manifestations" (manifestations that happen right now without things needing to unfold) or "perfect timing manifestations" (manifestations that slowly unfold naturally and linearly), if you want to get specific about how they show up in your life! however, these steps are completely optional and just fun details for specificity, and i can make a more detailed post on this later.

how you can use your script with any method:

scripting has been used as a successful manifesting and shifting method on its own forever because it specifically addresses one of the most important steps in the manifesting process - deciding what you want! by writing out what you want in your dream life, you can now decide that your script will manifest on its own or you can use any method under the sun to fulfill yourself within:

the void state: if you enter the void state to manifest, you could affirm "i have everything in my dream life script"

affirming: you can affirm "everything in my dream life script has come true"

visualization: you could create an imaginative scene where all of your desires from your script are fulfilled, or you can imagine looking at your script and smiling because everything came true

subliminals: you can create a very simple subliminal where all of your desires are included, or even a sub where the only affirmation is "i have everything in my dream life script"

the possibilities with scripting are absolutely endless. i hope that this guide has given you the inspiration and direction to write your own wonderful and unique script. now, go and get your dream life!

Hello! I have a question about manifesting a skill, and i would really love ur advice on it plz.

So Let’s say I’m learning how to draw, so I decide now that I’m the best artist ever. However, when I start drawing, it doesn't turn out the way I want it to or I don’t see any improvement…Should I just continue to affirm and ignore what I drew, telling myself, “Yep, I’m the best artist ever”? Should I proceed normally despite the results?

Whenever I keep drawing and notice that it isn’t meeting my expectations, it leads to me feeling unmotivated. This makes me feel like I need to practice more, which I don’t want to do lol. After all, if I had the skill already, wouldn’t that mean I don’t need to practice at all? For example let’s say I wanted to draw hands and they don't come out the way I wanted … do I just keep going and not practice it? or do I look up how to draw it? lol I feel like looking for help defeats the purpose of practicing since I said I know how to do it.

How can I get myself out of the mindset of feeling the need to practice all the time to "improve"? I'm constantly seeing comments in the art community like, "It's going to take time to get to where I am," or "You need to practice every day for at least 10 minutes to get better."

I think I’m most confused when it comes to the practice part of wanting to manifest a new skill. Bc why would I need to learn if I know everything ? lol. I try not to let the 3d get to me so I’ll usually just put my art book away and then I’ll affirm that I’m the best at it all. It just sucks to feel that unmotivation to grab my book, since I feel like I'm not making any progress and that I have to practice to get better.

I have the same question when it comes to learning how to sing or picking up a new language. For instance, if I say I'm the best singer, what do I do when I don't sound good or not quite how I want? Or if I say I know how to speak all languages but struggle to speak it?

Hii! I understand what you're asking, not a dumb question. My most important tip for you (and anyone who is asking about "what to do in the 3d while manifesting") is to realize that the 3D isn't telling you anything. It isn't telling you that you can't speak a certain language, it's reflecting your assumption that you can't. The 3D can't tell you anything or show you what your mindset is; only you have the power to do that. So if you KNOW you're the best at drawing and that you speak [insert language here], then YOU JUST DO. The 3D immediately reflects that. Don't interpret it because it's just a mirror. It's job is to reflect you, not to tell you what reality is.

I got another Victoria secret perfume with two etude oil tint! God this smell was so good!!!! And before I got the Victoria secret bare vanilla which I have posted! I tried both these perfumes like a combo and my goodness it smelled so luxurious than I thought but this perfume overpowers the vanilla one!

SUCCESS STORY BITCHESSS !!!!! My mom said the heels of the shoes I wanted were too big and I wouldn’t be able to walk in them, but after affirming for a bit — literally less than three minutes , it happened so fucking instantaneously — she agreed and bought me them . Also, I’m allergic to cats and as is my dad. My sister and I already have a dog and decided why not get a cat as well? So I affirmed that no one in my family was allergic to cats and well.. my dad surprised us with a cat! Her name is Hades!

Hi, it's me again 🫶🏻😭 I'm here with several success stories that were shown in 3D this week!!

I finished high school at the right age and with excellent grades. (When the pandemic started, I had become QUITE antisocial and I was nervous about being around people. I dropped out of high school in my second year and I was embarrassed to see that everyone had started college and I was still stuck. I finished high school and I even have the graduation photo 😭😭)

My df and db. (I had already manifested my db in the blink of an eye, all that was missing was my df, now I am an exact copy of how I wanted to be and I love it so much that I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror 🫦)

My desired family (it's my current family only that I changed their personalities and habits, before they used to be quite rude fighting each other and blahblahblah, old story)

My gamer pc and being a fairly famous vtuber (I had been wanting to be a vtuber for a long time, now I have more than 4 million followers on the Twitch platform, overnight I already had my set up and even the emotes and all those things are how I wanted, I love it, and I even know how to use the platform perfectly, which apparently I didn't understand. And tomorrow I will have a collaboration with my favorite streamer 😩😩)

money, money, money. (I just decided on an amount and said it was already in my wallet and that's how it was, I invited my family to breakfast and they were surprised, LOL)

My best friend is a PRETTY famous idol (I loved his personality a lot and I said "how I wish my best friend was", I did a scripting and revision so we've known each other since we were little since we're the same age and now we have a kdrama friendship).

Group of friends like the wizards from jjk (I've been pretty obsessed with this anime for years and I really wanted to have friends like that, now I'm in a group of 7 people which each one gives off the vibes and has almost the same personality as my desired characters 😭😭)

I decided after years of doubting myself that i am a kpop idol and heres my successes:-

- being fluent in korean! I was called on by my teacher yesterday to answer a question (i used to have horrible fluidity when speaking sentences, not anymore) and she said i spoke like a native! I can understand paragraphs with ease bc im fluent duh

- clear ass glowing flawless skin like dark eye circles? Gone. Scars? Gone. I look gorgeous girlll and my friends have been pointing it out too! They asked me for my skincare routine and im like “oh! Water haha”

- dancing skills! I was shaking ass to this playlist w my friend and she said i could throw it back in a circle 💀

- singing skills! I watched wicked with some friends and we all sang the songs together and i hit those high ass notes and did the full belts like cynthia and ari did in the movie (good ass movie idk why people are hating)

༄ Some of the stuff I've manifested for 2025.

1. Unlimited money in my bank account.

My card never declines regardless if I spend millions basically.

2. Name never gets mispronounced.

My actual name gets mispronounced way too often, and I got sick of correcting people, so now I don't have to anymore.

3. Ability to read people's minds.

I don't even know how that works. I just know what people are going to say before they say it and I'm always correct.

4. Knowing how to Ice skate.

I didn't know how to ice skate, and now I can, and I can damn well too.

5. A Kwami.

My Kwami is named Lilaa, and she listens to me yap and fits in my pockets. Kwamis are from Miraculous Ladybug if you are wondering.

6. Long natural nails that never break.

I used to have very long natural nails, but they got damaged because of acrylics, so I manifested those back plus that they never break or get damaged.

7. Everyone in my family being kind to one another.

Self-explanatory. Also that we never argue because I'm tired of arguments.

8. Always having yummy food in the fridge.

I grew up in an ingredient household, and I was always starving so I manifested that there is always food in my house.

9. Racist, sexist, and homophobic people not exist in my school or my erea.

Self-explanatory. Eventually, I will manifest that they don't exist in the whole world, but I like starting off small so I can see the progress.

10. Ability to see people's auras.

It's cool. Also, I can see who's having a bad day so I can comfort them, and they hit me with the "how'd you know?"

༄ How I personally did it.

Step 1: Scripting.

I used Notion, but you don't have to. Google documents, a piece of paper, or the Notes app is perfect too.

I didn't do anything fancy. Kept it simple. Feel free to do it the way I did it if you want to.

Step 2: Choosing an affirmation.

Next, choose an affirmation that would represent your whole script. Can be anything.

Step 3: Repeat that affirmation.

I repeated my chosen affirmation whenever during the day, but especially before sleeping.

Step 4: Assume and persist.

The way I assumed was that during my sleep, I was taking the train. The train from my current reality to my desired reality.

The way I persisted was if I woke up and I "didn't" have my desires, then the train just had a malfunction, and I'll arrive shortly.

Smart? I know 😉. Feel free to assume and persist the way I do or any other way you want.

Step 5: Celebrate!!

That was about it. I got my desires. If I can do it, you automatically can too. Just because it's 2025 doesn't mean it's too late, so go manifest!!
