I’m going to provide some links to get you started in terms of donation resources that are available at this time for regions affected by the hurricanes that have passed through or will be coming soon. Feel free to add on.

LGBTQ Hurricane Harvey Disaster Relief Fund (to help homeless youth, seniors, people living with HIV, hate crime survivors, and those devastated by the storm)

SHAPE- Self-Help for African People through Education (Donations will allow SHAPE to assist with medical prescriptions, make emergency cash contributions, and more)

Flood Relief for Texas Children’s Hospital

Antigua and Barbuda:

Even though the Red Cross is Questionable, Ticketing, an app developed by Antiguans, is collecting donations in-app and all funds received will be donated to the joint efforts of the National Office of Disaster Services and the Antigua and Barbuda Red Cross. Download the app on Google Play and the Apple App Store

Habitat for Humanity of Trinidad and Tobago (for Barbuda relief)

Antigua and Barbuda citizen Jessye Romeo is raising funds for Barbuda relief out of London, UK

St. Martin/St. Maarten:

Take a look at the amazing cover that @flipperbrain  created for our OTP’s love story.  

I’ve started collating the bear and there are many stories that have no titles, nor do they have whether the story is a deleted, divergent and where the scene starts.   

I’m including the Episode title on the story, BUT if you would like to send me the title, please do so by next Friday, September 8.   Current go is to finish it next weekend and have it up loaded sometime the following week.

Hurricane Irma is currently at category 5 with winds at 185 mph and worsening every three hours or so. It’s destined to hit the islands and absolutely cover Puerto Rico, so one can only imagine the damage it’ll cause to the Islands. Not one bit of Puerto Rico will manage to avoid the rains and winds of this massive, record breaking phenomenon.

It is, quite literally, the biggest hurricane these islands have faced. The largest before was in 1928 and, while also being a category 5 hurricane, had winds literally 20-25 miles slower than this one. Irma seems to only be getting stronger and is sure to bring catastrophic events worse than even Harvey.

So, please, keep us in your thoughts and prayers. ❤️
