curd rice, the love of desi mothers
the audacity. you attack al-aqsa, one of our holiest places every ramadan.
This [stand against the Oppressive Israeli regime] is the duty of every Muslim, every Christian, and every human being. You thought we were deceived by these man-made borders that were established? Our destiny is one, our goal is one, our battle [against injustice] is one. "Israel" is our enemy, too. Just like the butcher who takes one group of sheep for slaughter today, leaving the others to be happy and thank God they were not chosen—but their turn will come tomorrow. — Sayed Musa al-Sadr [quoted by Sayed Hasan Nasrallah, Secretary General of Hezbollah]

i love the little friends in my phone. i love when they dm me about things i know nothing about and all i can do is go “ooh” and gaze upon them lovingly. i love all their little oc’s and they’re backstories and their theme songs and signature colors. i love that they’re all nice and fun and as cringe as me. i love that they’re understanding and kind. i love my little dudes.

The images of that Palestinian man who was run over by an Israel bulldozer is probably the most graphic thing I have ever seen in my life. You can still see the zip tie on his intact arm since he had been detained. Ya Allah
"Palestine alone is not the compass; Palestine's armed resistance is. Where you stand on the resistance reveals the depth of your humanity. So raise the standard, and normalize the inalienable right of Palestinians to resist by any means necessary."

OP isn't exaggerating. There are countless of videos of the IDF shooting at crowds of Palestinians trying to find food for themselves and their starving families. The UN World Food Programme even suspended delivering aid because the IDF won't stop shooting people.
here. take it. it doesn't take more than two seconds to help.

All eyes on Rafah. We cannot let this lose traction
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I’ve seen so many posts of people arguing or being upset over this celebrity or that musician being shitty and supporting a genocide, not to say these conversations of people being held responsible shouldn’t happen, (they should). But if you’re going to spend so much time obsessing over celebrities, the least you can do is spend 2 minutes watching a video of someone who is actually in Palestine.
I wish we were pressed flowers on the same page.

In English we say:
"Life is short. Don't stress."
But In Urdu we say:
"Khwahishu ke bhoj mai tu kya kr rha hai,
Itna toh jeena bhi nahin, jitna tu roz marr rha hai."
The ache of life has filled the wounds of separation. You also got sleep, I also found patience.

In English we call them Dark Circles but in urdu
Adhurey khwabo ka qabristan hai ye,
yahan qisse chhupe hai daur-e-hayat ke!
In English, we say: " Overthinking "
But in poetry, we say: " The storms in my head ruined the garden that my soul holds"
to have a serene haven with flowers in the middle of nowhere
That earthy smell after rain>>>>
