i guess i'm a fields of mistria meme page now?
big fan of the fields of mistria anime (based off a march dialogue i swear i got in game but didnt screenshot...)
conquering the social anxiety by FINALLY interacting with fandom again! no more passive lurking for me, i WILL be loud and proud about my fixations ‼
Ace attorney franchise is full of narrative parallels. My favourite so far is when i went into game 1 thinking "everyone probably just ships the main guys because that's just what fandoms do" and then 6 hours and one "unnecessary feelings" later thinking "oh so they're in LOVE love". And I just started the apollo trilogy thinking "surely this time everyone probably just ships the main guys because that's just what fandoms do" and then his SECOND LINE is
Lady Van Zieks ⚔️
i found them during WAY 4 LUV era! when i opened twt, they were on the trending tab after their first and second wins! their reaction was so wholesome so i decided to give them a listen. i started w/ Wait For You, and i'm so glad i did bc the song and MV were so beautiful and brought me to tears 😭 to this day, it's one of my favorite songs of all time <3
i checked out their other releases in order afterward, and each one either made me similarly emotional or was just so fun to listen to! each song and performance felt so authentic to them (even the bangers), so when i found out they self-produced, it just made so much sense and brought my appreciation to a whole new level. i could go on forever HRKSHSJKS but after that and learning more about the members and their friendship and group dynamic, i fell in love with them so quick and dramatically 🥰
Decided to go through the plave kpop tag and got jumpscated by seeing new fics here! 🥲 Thank you for writing here pllis and thank all the pllis in plaveblr in general ❤️!!
Just a curious question to all the PLLIs: how did you get into Plave and which era?
-> my answer for this: I got into them thanks to their song Why? And Wait for you! I joined plave and became a Plli during the Why? Era 🎊
it was a drawing tablet btw! physical mediums have been stressing me out lately, and i've grown interested in pixel art!!
you ever fixate so hard on a piece of media so good it inspires you to take on a whole new skill? currently me with fields of mistria + pixel art (AND gamedev, eventually, potentially, hopefully)
just made an irresponsible purchase (it could actually be the Most responsible purchase but it was a lot of money and i'm counting on me actually using it as intended)
