WE WILL ALWAYS WAIT FOR YOONGI BECAUSE WE KNOW..

They say people who have it the hardest give the most comforting words. Life is not fair and will never be. It gives some and takes from many. Before debuting Yoongi had to face loneliness, a non-supportive surrounding and poverty. He moved to Seoul with a big dream and small non-existent resources. He had to work to get food on his table, go to school and train in BigHit. You can google Yoongi in early years and you will see how thin he was. 

It was hard for him but it got even harder as he got into a dangerous car accident but he told everyone including the members of BTS that he just fell down the stairs. Why? Because he was afraid BigHit would not debut him if they found out he damaged his shoulder. And this same accident will affect him for over seven years. Today (201106) His company announced that he has underdone surgery on November 3rd 2020 and that he needs to take a break from work and promotions (Full announcement HERE). 

Imagine not even being able to lift your hand at times but then practice & perform for hours and dance to BTS’ extreme choreos and follow an extreme schedule that allows you no time to rest.  The boys are workaholics and even when given a vacation would still find a way to go find their way back into the studio. Now, we are talking about Yoongi. This man breathes and lives through music. The man who makes 200 to 300 song a year. This year alone he participated like usual into making BTS’ albums and even produced songs to many artists or featured in songs. He also released a whole mixtape. 

All the members of BTS hold huge pride about their job. They are very dedicated to offer the best and continuously work hard for their fans. Yoongi had to push this surgery for YEARS and try everything from painkillers, to medicine and Physical therapy, before he reached his limit now. Yoongi didn’t just suffer physically but battled many mental illnesses.  Life was something that was summed up in one word: Tough.

Yoongi was hurt by many but he always tried to heal rather than harm. Yoongi was hated by many, but he never forgot about how to love back the ones who cared. Yoongi was judged by many, but he always gave every human a chance. This man is kind and wise beyond what words can describe.

Yes, he had wealth and fame now but he paid the cost high. He recently talked to Jin and questioned if working so hard and going through so much was even worth it? To which Seokjin assured and advised him that he achieved beautiful things even while being given loathed things “You (Yoongi) have gone above and beyond.”

Why am I talking about all this? It’s not to gather pity of dramatize the situation. It’s to explain one of the many reasons this man is wildly respected and loved. He is someone that outsiders might describe as cold or scary, but he is a warm soul. He never gave up and that takes plenty of strength. Whoever has physical or mental health issues will tell you how hard it is to even do basic tasks at times but this man is an inspiration who was out there influencing the world positively and running non-stop. 

Yoongi like you always rooted for us this time each of us will tell you: “I am rooting for you.” 

We will wait and pray for your fast and complete recovery. Just know that we will never blame or forget you. It might look like only six members will be present during this upcoming comeback but in our eyes and hearts, BTS are seven. We will miss you but we wish you the best and if the best means for us not to see you for a moment we can hide our tears and show you reassuring smiles and open arms ready to welcome you back anytime. We will try our hardest to not cry tears of pain as they will make you blame yourself. Only tears of joy would be accepted when you are back happier and healthier than ever our dearest Yoongi.

Reader meets BTS

Y/N have been waiting for this trip she is taking for over 2 months, you may be wondering what trip she is talking about, well let me give you some specifics that have led to this trip she is now taking.Y/N just turned 20yrs old half a week ago and as a present her parents surprised her with a plain ticket and tickets to see bts's upcoming concert in north Korea, so she is now saying goodbye to her family and is getting ready to get on the road to Korea. Y/N is wearing a midnight blue crop top, sky blue ankle high ripped jeans, a red and white plaid jacket wrapped around her waist, is wearing white vans, ocean blue glasses, and a necklace with a half fire orange and lightning purple phoenix, she has brown skin and eyes, pure black shoulder length hair, is 5'3, and is normal weight. As Y/N gives one final hug and farewell to her family and gets into her parents Car to be driven to the airport she can't help but inwardly squeal in excitement.

When Y/N finally arrived at the airport she gives her parents one last hug, thank you, farewell, and love you before she gets ready to head to her gate number her parents tell her they have made a Hotel reservation for her at (insert random Hotel name, made up or real what floats your imagination) nods, smiles and waves bye to her parents before going to board her plain. After sometime into the flight a flight attendant asks Y/N what she would like for food, after looking to see what her options for food are Y/N says she would like the Tomato soup, with a Grilled cheese, some lemon water, and some mixed fruit (I don't know if plains really offer Tomato soup or Grilled cheese this is a Fanfiction and as such can be as realistic or unrealistic as one wants.) After finishing her food Y/N thanks the flight attendant that served the flight attendant her food and compliments how good the food was, and decides to listen to some music before she takes a nap. Y/N listens to some BTS, Blackpink, Alan Walker, and Melanie Martinez songs before she takes a nap to pass sometime, and because she's really tired.

(I'm going to skip the rest of the plain ride because I don't know what else to write for the plain ride,) After the plain landed in north korea Y/N gets off the plain with her luggage, leaves the airport, takes a cab to her Hotel, takes her luggage inside the Hotel, signs into the Hotel, gets her room key, and takes herself and her luggage to her room, puts her stuff away for the night, and goes to bed. The next day Y/N wakes up around noon and decides to go sight seeing and to get some lunch, after and hour of sight seeing Y/N finds a restaurant she's interested in trying out the food there. When she is done eating all she can Y/N goes back to her Hotel room to put the leftover food in her Hotel room, and decides to go too a mall and see what clothes, and accessories she may want to buy, after trying on a few accessories, clothes, and shoes she purchased something's she liked and decided to call it a day and go back to her Hotel room. As she's heading back too her Hotel room Y/N bumped into someone, "I'm so sorry, I didn't see you there" Y/N apologies.

When Y/N sees who she bumped into she freezes, and internally freaks out in her head "I JUST BUMPED INTO KIM NAMJOON, EEEEKKK!!!!" "It's alright, everyone bumps into someone eventually", "hehe yeah, again sorry" Y/N says awkwardly while mentally freaking out. "Your a huge fan aren't you, I can tell because your replying awkwardly but seem to be thinking opposite of what your saying", "Sorry and yeah I'm a HUGE fan, I actually got a ticket to your upcoming concert as a birthday present from my parents", "well then how about too make your late Birthday present better we upgrade your tickets to backstage passes, and invite you talk to talk to us after our concert" when my Kpop bias finishes that sentence Y/N opens her mouth and closes it as to try and respond to what Kim Namgoon said to her, but after open and closing my mouth and no reply being said l, I just nod my yes. "Hehe, I take that nod as a yes, well then, see you in a few days Kim Nagoon said as he hands me a backstage pass and walks off with the rest of the BTS members. Y/N just stands there dumbfounded, pinches herself, and when she sees she's not dreaming, finally lets out a squeal of excitement.

A few days later, the night of the Concert Y/N is wearing a Black crop top, with midnight blue ankle high ripped jeans, a dark blue jacket wrapped around her waist, a midnight blue and silver dragon necklace, with red vans. After the concert Y/N goes to BTS's changing rooms and talks for awhile to them, tells them what songs are her favorite of theirs, her bias, and asked if it's okay to sing some of her favorite BTS songs with them, they agree, and for the last hour and a half they spent singing I need you, Spring Day, Dynamite, along with some other Bts songs Y/N likes but aren't her favorite. Y/N can say even in her elderly years, that this was the best Birthday every, and that it would be one she would remember for a LONG time too come. When Y/N got back home to her Family she showed pictures she took, some clothes and accessories she bought, and told them about bumping into Kim Namgoon, meeting all the members of BTS, singing her favorite songs with them after their concert, the backstage pass, the really good food she had, ect, and thanked her parents once more.
