He's very partial to water bc life blood and planets and atoms and yadda yadda. I guess he could be water if he wanted to? Anyways Weird hat man's (good call on that he is weird) literally just an AU of this guy from the cartoon Villainous.

Weird hat man is from the Heroic AU, which is sorta the 'main AU' that's more well-known in the fandom. Version I'm using is the Valiant AU created by @themcnobody which is basically fair use for creative alterations

And to answer the first question no, not really, the background is mostly messy blues and greens and blacks and half the colour palettes are on WH himself. If I were to remove him I'd have to redraw a lot of things, sorry mate

Do you know where you can watch Villainous on mobile? Wanted to go for English dub since I'm not really a fan of subbed stuff (don't wanna read while I'm watching a show) but at this time I'll take anything
