Black Hat sounds like the kind of guy that would ABSOLUTELY go the extra mile and wear stilettos. In any universe. Like, you're talking to him, and he props his legs up because he's bored and you falter because you find him wearing the most amazing shoes. On a different note for shenanigans, I headcanon that Black Hats favorite color is light blue but keeps it secret because it doesn't match his super villain aesthetic.

Flug tried to date Miss Heed... Any other relationship is a big step up (also, how painfully ironic is that Demmy, who we are introduced to as the crazy in love girl, has a healthier approach to romance? I don't see her trying to drug Black Hat)

Well as long as they're the 'I have decided his atrocities are funny' kind of person, then it's true. Flug actually seems to be a decent guy around anyone he's comfortable with (read: Penumbra and the ghost kids)

I do think Demencia might have tried to drug BH. Oh I'm sorry, 'use a love potion'. Like in the movies and cartoons she watches. She's a violent stalker, I don't think she's above basically roofies. Thankfully her target is only BH.
