Was picking up my HRT the other day and I had to wait for them to fix a clerical error of sorts with my name change. I usually have to wait when getting my HRT because my insurance hates me. But it's always stressful to know the pharmacy workers know very explicitly that I am transgender. But as I was leaving the pharmacy tech ringing me up said, "I know it doesn't mean much but I'm proud of you for being you." Being honest I almost cried walking back to my car.
