Hey y’all,
PSA:
I know you want people to support things but,
These “like if you don’t” and “reblog if you do” posts need to be stopped or the “Dont scroll past or your a bad person” or anything like it these are extremely extra mean to people with anxiety. These causes them to spiral and hate on themselves or this causes panic attacks. So these actually need to stop,in fact some of these are triggers to people. So stop and just make the post stating on the point and let people reblog on their own time and not your time.
Also some people support the quote being said but find them to be annoying so,please stop doing this.
These are actual guilt tripping posts and it’s really bad to do this.
Cleansing your dash of anti-Asian hate with our stunning diversity and absolutely flawless traditional garb. ❤️
i fucking hate what Progressive Liberals Online have done to the word “polycule” lol... y’all just saw a completely harmless word that describes a perfectly harmless and often beautiful and loving type of relationship distinctive to a marginalized group and turned it into a joke bc you personally think it’s weird. it’s so annoying. like we get it you think polyamorous people are Weird and Cringey and your issue with jokes targeting marginalized groups isn’t actually that they’re harming marginalized people, it’s that they’re harming you specifically, and you’re perfectly eager to make jokes about marginalized groups you and your friends consider acceptable targets. god people on here can be so annoying
Syo bloopers from earlier tonight on @ask-uta-no-prince-sama! (BTW, I’m still on there, just as Unknown from Mystic Messenger!)
fucking goldfish tiktok made me cry bro
I just saw a post about the Calm Harm app that said there's also a very similar app called Clear Fear! I didn't want to reblog that post because some of the reblogs were very guilt trippy, so here's my own post about it:
Clear Fear is an app that helps you with anxiety attacks in much the same way Calm Harm helps with self harm. You can customise your colours, you can add a passcode to it so that other people can't open the "self-monitoring" tab with your information, and you can customise your gender. This last bit is only for research purposes but I thought it was nice :)
When you first open the app, it asks you to make your own personal list of activities that you know help you reduce anxiety. You can also add contact numbers of people you know you can talk to when you're having an attack. You can fill these in later, tho!
Once inside the app, you can go back to these lists in the tab "safety net":
The orange circle takes you to a hotline number page. The other two circles take you to the activities and people that you listed earlier. If you write down these lists when you're feeling good, it'll help you remember all the things that can help and that you may not be able to list while you're having an attack!
There are many more options depending on your individual needs — an animal gif section, a joke section, a section with ideas to express yourself, a list of positive thoughts and inspirational quotes, breathing activities, information on the different types of anxiety, and much more!
As an end note, please don't add guilt-tripping comments to this post. No one must reblog this — only those who feel comfortable doing so!

My mom, every time I mention something I do is probably related to my autism/ADHD/OCD: Um, no. That’s just you as a person. You don’t need all these labels!
My neurodivergent ass, wanting these labels so there’s proof to myself I’m not alone and it’s not just me:
Though the jokes that "since gay pride month is over, july is now gay wrath month" are funny and all, it's important to remember that July is ACTUALLY Disability Pride Month and y'all should really be focused on boosting disabled voices and issues this month! For instance, the fact that marriage equality doesn't actually truly exist in the United States for disabled people, or the fact that disabled people are forced to live in poverty or lose their disability benefits, or the fact that 1 in 5 people with chronic pain end up sufferring from alcoholism or other addictions, or how accessibility is still a daily battle for all of us, or how there are active hate groups on places like reddit who try to "call out" those they see as "faking" their disabilities.
This July, boost disabled voices. Talk about the issues that our community faces. Call out ableism.
i have never met an unpsychotic person who knows what it actually means to “not encourage the delusion” …not a single one
I hope this can be a safe space for all who need it. (He/him. Spoonie. I’m over 18.)
