Explanation of Dayclan and Nightclan undercut
Basically, when a kit is born, they are assigned both Dayclan and nightclan guide. These cats make sure that they can't be manipulated by their ancestors. When dead, they go to either dayclan or nightclan based on their personality, values, and which guide the listened to the most. The guides ranks are constantly shifting. If they are the guide listened to most, they go up in ranks. If not, they go down.
DayClan tends to be more optimistic and trusting, while NightaClan tends to be more reserved and realistic.
Whenever a kit is born in the clan, they must be taken to the Willow of the Clans at dawn or dusk. When Sun and Moon senses it is time, they go up and examine the kit. After this, they determine who would be the best guides for the kit. They guides are sent to meet with the kit and must stay by their side until the kits eventual death

This took forever, but I love how it turned out.
A very awkward half-moon meeting after Rosedancer's exile. Poor Yarrowpaw has only been training for three moons before his mentor was exiled. It was long enough for him to get some scars while healing on the battlefield.
The other medicine cats have to try to not traumatise him more while they're on their way to the bottom of the cave
