To any suicidal followers I may have: This is a sign to not kill yourself. You are loved and the world is special because you are in it. Keep holding on.
-PLEASE REBLOG THIS YOU MAYBE ARE SAVING SOMEONES LIFE
You are special and amazing , If you need to talk or some help send me a dm and I will talk to you.
I am also illegal in multiple countries, yippee.
I also beat my bullies with books in middle school and made them afraid of me. I would often times threaten to bring a dictionary plus thesaurus, hard back, if they continued after a week, they pretty much stopped bothering me forever till I moved. It was a bluff, I never had such a book, but they didn’t know that. All they knew was that I was a nerd and not a liar, so they didn’t know I was bluffing.
They were still pretty scared of me though after I got into many fights and won.
it's so weird to me that everyone on this website is a human person outside of their weird internet niche so rb this with a random bit of your lore
Which, technically he has. Just in a different way then the usual meaning
“I’m not gay” he says. Then looks at Yoo Joonghyuk like he’s hung every star in the sky…
Actively traveling around town reading this in several different parking lots when I need to go do things
Hey, is this McDonald's? Okay, I think I got the right address. Can I get a... Uh... *squints at menu* ORV Happy Meal with a lesbian McFlurry, if you're still selling that, and a side of fries and a milkshake? Thanks. If the lesbian McFlurries are sold out I wouldn't mind a gay one
Inarticulation
Asuka Ren x Han Sooyoung
(woah what’s that weird sprite with fries in it hahaha)
Sooyoung never liked Artists. Of course she was one.
Han Sooyoung had always been told she was special. The way she put words together always made sense, sentences lining themselves up in her brain before she could even think to speak them. The other kids at school found her slightly weird for always writing instead of playing.
It never really made sense to Han Sooyoung why the boys and girls wanted to rescue each other from the playground in make believe, when they could just write it down as actually happening. Of course, there were no knights in her story to save the princess from the tower.
There was only Han Sooyoung, who would never fail to save the princess and bring her home successfully. Maybe the dragon was a boy. That made it fair, right?
Besides writing, Han Sooyoung could also draw pretty well for a four year old.
As she got older, her writing skills got better. and better. Until she became a real author, publicizing her stories and getting traction online.
Her art skills on the other hand… did not. They stayed at the level of a four year olds. This made Han Sooyoung- safe to say- very jealous of artists.
She saw the fanart that her stories got online, liking and occasionally reposting particularly good pieces, but everytime she tried to draw one of her own, it looked exactly the same as it would have if her small baby body was clutching a crayon.
It wasn’t her fault she couldn’t envision pictures like everyone else. She just saw words. Words were fine. Words were great, even.
Han Sooyoung liked words, and she didn’t like artists. If she couldn’t draw, then she shouldn’t have to deal with anyone else being able to do what she couldn’t.
When her ◼️◼️◼️◼️◼️◼️ came to life in front of her, the only thing Han Sooyoung had to rely on were her words. That and the annoying squid bastard that somehow manage to fuck everything up, but regardless. Words.
Han Sooyoung was doing great in the scenarios. She had a good supporting constellation, she was strong, and she had… friends. Begrudging and slightly rude friends, but friends nonetheless. Han Sooyoung liked them.
She wouldn’t be caught dead saying that though, of course. Han Sooyoung liked her words, and she didn’t need anyone else’s company other than the characters she created. Especially not an artist’s.
Han Sooyoung did NOT like Asuka Ren. She was pretty, of course she was very pretty- but that didn’t mean she liked her. She had what Han Sooyoung wanted- words and a mind strong enough to draw them out. She knew this because the girl wouldn’t shut up about it. Han Sooyoung listened anyway, though. For fun, she kept telling herself. It was boring here.
She liked listening. It was a nice change from being the one to tell everyone for once.
The people of Peace Land called her a goddess. Han Sooyoung liked being called that. She had heard Kim Dokja tease her for it before, but she didn’t mind. That was what she was.
Asuka Ren seemed awfully curious about it too. She liked to question Han Sooyoung about how she managed to conquer so much so fast, how she became their goddess, and Han Sooyoung was more than willing to boast. It wasn’t her fault she was awfully good at what she did.
Lee Jihye asked about her combat skills, she deflected. She deflected comments from Kim Dokja’s kid, and from Lee Hyunsung and even Michio. Han Sooyoung only answered questions that she wanted to. (i.e: ones that Asuka Ren asked.)
When Kim Dokja offered to let her join the Korean group, Han Sooyoung felt no need to stop him. She didn’t like that. She was supposed to not want her here. But Han Sooyoung didn’t say a word. She let her stay.
When Kim Dokja told her they’d be traveling with Asuka Ren, she didn’t say anything. She just grumbled. It could be worse.
He explained to the women about Hiroma Izuki and the Japanese legends, and Asuka Ren told them about what had happened to their Absolute King. Han Sooyoung saw the forlorn look on her face and ignored it, and the pained feeling in her chest. It was fine. People cried. Not her business.
She marched on.
Kim Dokja told her that they’d be going to meet someone stronger than Yoo Joonghyuk. Han Sooyoung thought he was lying.
“Bah. Don’t you know how weak the people here are? There isn’t a single decent swordsman here, let alone a swordmaster!” She complained, hopping over rocks on a river. “And as for magic? Best they can do is start a fire.”
Was she being a bit rude? Maybe. But she needed to talk to stop thinking, so she kept talking.
“They’re like villagers from some antiquated fantasy novel. It’s as if someone gathered the weakest people in one place to screw with them.” Kim Dokja wasn’t listening to her. Han Sooyoung couldn’t make herself turn around and face Asuka Ren again. “I just don’t get it. Why have the dokkaebi set this place as the stage for the scenario when they like stimulating situations? Are they even trying?”
Han Sooyoung bitched on and on about Peace Land. She didn’t like it here at all.
“Calm down. This world wasn’t created by Dokkaebi,” Kim Dokja shushed her. Han Sooyoung’s mind stopped for a moment.
“What?”
Kim Dokja turned back to Asuka Ren, who was red faced and looking down. Oh. Good god.
She looked up, brown eyes filled with tears as her face was red. She clasped each hand within the other, a few tears slipping down her smooth cheek, “I’m sorry…”
Han Sooyoung’s mouth dropped open.
Of course. She was an artist.
“Peace land is a comic that I drew,” She spoke, and Han Sooyoung wanted to drown herself in the river like Gong Pildu.
Han Sooyoung really, really, hated artists. Even the pretty ones.
~~~
Han Sooyoung had been separated from Kim Dokja and the good for nothing artist pretty girl easily, and now the issue was what she was going to do when she got back. If, really.
If Asuka Ren was the creator and god of this world, what sense did it make for Han Sooyoung to be the goddess?
She continued in the way they had gone- and in the way of the tree roots- all the way back to them.
Han Sooyoung was a master at plans. So she made one then.
She avoided Asuka Ren like the black plague.
~~~
Two weeks. That was how long she had managed to go without speaking- or really looking at- Asuka Ren.
She could tell that the girl seemed hurt because of it, but she didn’t care. Not her circus. Not her monkey.
It got worse when they left. She couldn’t avoid her anymore, not when they had this battle to fight. She could feel the unsettle in her bones sinking as she looked at the sovereign of eight heads, a twisting, squirming, moving creature connected to a limp, almost lifeless human.
The first thing Han Sooyoung did to break the silence was to cover Asuka Ren’s eyes. That had been her friend. She didn’t deserve to see this.
Asuka Ren was almost attacked. She didn’t move. Han Sooyoung defended her.
“Fight, you fool! Do you want all your hard work on this world to go to waste?” She shouted, and Asuka snapped out of her trance, before giving the faintest smile and raising her hands. Han Sooyoung had done her job.
She left again, when Yoo Joonghyuk showed up to help Kim Dokja fight. Han Sooyoung’s current plan was simple.
Fight. Save a peace land citizen. Hide.
She repeated this over and over. They were winning now, and- Han Sooyoung choked on her own blood.
She knew what this was, looking up at the sky. A probability storm. This was dangerous, but she couldn’t help but fight. She could barely move at the moment.
Han Sooyoung wished she could have done more. She looked up at a tower on Veronica Castle, content to let it be the last thing she saw. She never really was the knight- not even in her own stories.
There was a figure, however. Han Sooyoung noticed it one second, recognized it the next.
Asuka Ren. She was fighting as hard as she could, but the storm was getting to her too, and she was backing up to the ledge of the tower, and Han Sooyoung stood up.
Then, she ran.
She didn’t know where the strength came from, but it was all she could do. She needed to save her. She ran and ran, until Asuka Ren was falling.
[Your Exclusive Skill ‘Avatars’ has been activated.]
Han Sooyoung let the avatars take off their clothes, throwing them into a pile. Then herself. She jumped in, not caring that half of her memories were missing- just noticing the sudden hard weight of another person in her arms.
Han Sooyoung reeled from the pressure. She collapsed, and she could hear Asuka Ren calling out her name, but it was going to take her a second to continue. She could faintly see the red sky clear up as her vision died.
The pieces of red hair falling into her face.
“I don’t think I meant fall off a tower when I said fight,” She mumbled, her avatars disappearing as she sat up.
Asuka Ren looked at her for a moment, eyes shaking with fear, before grabbing her by the collar and connecting their lips in a kiss.
Han Sooyoung was beginning to think artists weren’t so bad after all.
