Bryce Canyon was just a little chilly. Mossy Cave had truly blue icicles. And I loved these snow curls. I watched the far left one form.

Tavernier was a French painter who was fascinated by Hawaii’s awe-inspiring fiery volcanoes. To reach Kilauea in the 1800s, one would have to make a difficult 3 day journey by horseback. Despite this, Tavernier called the place “an artist’s paradise.”
Carboniferous flora impressions and casts from around Bukówka Lake near Lubawka. There are mostly Equisetales and Lepidodendrales to find here. Haven’t spotted any fern-like things so far.
