1. the law of assumption is personal. considering how we have different sets of experiences, different environments, different upbringings, and even different languages, we have different assumptions.
because of this, we are affected by teachings and success stories differently. it's important to note this since a lot of manifestation coaches will teach you about the law in a way that worked for them (and the others they may have taught) but it's possible that their advice (even my own) may not be the best for you. even abdullah and neville goddard, two of the people who are known to start this discipline, may have ancient or varied belief systems and techniques. this is normal considering the world they lived in before is different from the world we live in now.
although, you should still read on abdullah and neville because they will teach you the basics and they will help you understand the foundations of the law.
as an example, you might manifest your dream career faster with simple affirmation techniques but a coach may have taught you to focus on visualization techniques.
even the idea that "dominant THOUGHTS manifest" or "what you BELIEVE in manifests" is entirely up to you.
note: notice how i said "may not be the best for you" instead of "may not work for you". any technique can, does, and will work.
how i learned this: when i was learning about the law, i mainly focused on neville's teachings because he was one of the most prominent figures in the practice. and though i liked his practical techniques (especially mental diet and inner conversations), there were some beliefs that i do not agree with e.g. divine timing, appointed hour, avoiding "does not" "is not" "will not".
when i was going through sammy ingrams' takes, she said that it's better to have concise affirmations/short list (non-verbatim) than a long list of 25+ affirmations. but going through affirmations without being specific about them doesn't personally resonate with me and that's just because i'm a detail-oriented person (also a writer).
what i can advise:
learn about different approaches
a. through scientific concepts. e.g. quantum physics, reticular activating system, cognitive reframing, cognitive behavioral therapy, the psychology of placebo effect, the psychology of affirmations, Baader-Meinhof phenomenon (a.k.a. the psychology of self-fulfilling prophecy)
b. through religious and/or spiritual concepts. e.g. passages from the Bible, passages from the Quran, deity work, spells and rituals
c. through self-development. e.g. identity-based habit
start the practice with an identity you like in the present or an identity that you resonate with (learning style, talents, interests, etc.)
examples:
-visual learner = vision boards
-loves writing = scripting
-words of affection love language = affirmations
take teachings with a grain of salt. do not limit yourself and do not allow other people to limit you. experiment with concepts, ideas, and techniques, and have fun with them.
2. techniques are only reminders. you are manifesting either by thinking, feeling, or acting out your desires. you are manifesting every second of the day either with your thoughts, emotions, or by embodying a state. you are only being intentional when you anchor techniques.
note: it is true that your dominant thoughts manifest. it is also true that what you believe in manifests, the same way that your inner knowing manifests. BUT these ideas are meant to empower you. they are meant to remind you that manifestation is as easy as thinking, feeling, acting, believing, understanding, deciding, etc. if an idea doesn't feel good to you, it doesn't have to be an ultimate truth you embrace and carry on with. this is the same with techniques.
what i can advise:
choose one technique and practice it for 7 to 21 days. it can be mental diet, affirmation tapes, sats, mind movies, etc. as long as you can persist with it. give it time. give it time. give it time. in other aspects of the world, you give change some time. when you're calcium deficient and you decide to drink calcium supplements, you realize that it's counterproductive to ask "why am i still calcium deficient?" as soon as you start your regimen because you know your body is changing with the supplement and you put your trust into it. after all, why would you choose a supplement you have no faith on? you just give it time.
note: you can still manifest changes to be instant. you can affirm "i am seeing results now", "results come immediately", "my manifestation is quick". the amount of time you're using a technique does not equate to the amount of time your results will come.
the reason why i encourage you to practice for maximum 21 days is so you can fully explore and master the technique you chose. with the abundance of topics and methods discussed in social media, switching and trying new things is tempting. now, there is nothing wrong with this. it's just that, you wouldn't be able to take a step back and reflect on what worked and what takes more effort when you change techniques every so often.
try a technique that is popularized in the media. a lot of the times, the reason why this technique gained traction is either because it's simple or because it has worked for a lot of people. now, here's the thing: if said technique didn't work for you, at least you can say "oh this is a tiktok/twitter/youtube/old/beginner technique, there are other techniques out there" and you can try another technique with less resistance. but, if it did work, then it did. congratulations.
you can invent your own. here are some techniques that i invented throughout the years.
a. "name is set and solid with the fact that..." - works amazing for sp, getting people to commit, getting people to pursue you
b. "okay! manifestation powers go brrr!" - funny but i do this when I'm spiraling; it also helps me surrender doubts and i think it's because it's so simple and unserious lmao
you can combine them. for example, you want to do sats but you cannot hold a vision for long, what you can do is montage photos or videos that is similar to the vision you want to manifest. you can also have affirmation tapes running in the background.
3. "concept" work can be such a banger. assumptions are basically the conception about the world, about yourself, about the people around you. hence, when you manifest and apply the law of assumption, you change or reinforce a conception.
these can be done through:
self-concept
what it is: your awareness about yourself; the way you perceive yourself.
how you can apply it: there are multiple ways to establish your self-concept but the best way, is to start reinforcing the universal truth: that you are inherently worthy. you deserve money and resources because you are worthy. you deserve love because you are worthy. you deserve ease because you are worthy.
other ways to grow your self-concept is celebrating the identities you have within yourself that you like e.g. that you are strong, you are disciplined, you are beautiful. be careful about strongly tying yourself into these identities though because these are not the reasons why you shall receive. again, you shall receive because you are inherently worthy.
why it works: by having a strong self-concept, you develop ease. you are less likely to rationalize or question the law or why you deserve the things you're asking for. and as you may think, rationalizing may be a form of resistance. questioning may be a form of resistance.
one of the ways i have seen this is when people receive incentives from work, instead of just receiving or saying "thank you", they say things like "what have i done to receive this?", sometimes completely rejecting this gift because of fear that they might lose something when they receive. this can be an example of a weak self-concept. consequently, the company starts questioning "did my employer really do enough to receive this?".
on the other hand, someone with a strong self-concept can take this incentive and buy the things they like because they know they deserve it. they can also take this incentive and say to themselves "oh it's because i worked hard these past few days". it's the knowing and confidence they have within themselves that everything around them has no other option but to recognize.
conception of other things (e.g. of love, of money, of a specific person)
you can work on your conception of other things the same way you work on your self-concept: choosing a narrative that is uplifting to you.
in case you have resistance to a specific object, you can also listen to people's success stories to start shifting to a more positive and desirable perception. one of the ways i do this is by going back to abdullah and neville's story. these two men lived at difficult times, through difficult eras, yet they manifested their desires. they managed to let go of the 3D.
4. practice some distance as you're starting. you were exposed to a different life before the law, it's only normal and human to have doubts or spiral once in a while. however, when you set distance on things that do not help you embody the state, you set distance on things that will feed your doubts and spiraling.
for example, if you're shifting to a state of wealth and you're affirming "i have 1,000 dollars". it's unhelpful and opposing to be constantly surrounded by someone else saying "you only have 10 dollars".
now, i do understand that not everyone can do this right away because of circumstances. but PLEASE do whatever you can to set this distance. find a voice to reinstate your truth.
a personal story, i am an asian girl living with a grandmother who was pessimistic about love because her two children (my mom and my aunt) struggled with it. because of this, she used to constantly remind me of how love is difficult. i didn't know this at the time, but this created a set of beliefs in my head. consequently, as a teenager, i only seeked and allowed love which was difficult because that was all i've ever known. that was all my assumption.
but around the pandemic, i went back to the countryside with my dad where i had a lot of time on my own. this was when i got deep into new-age spirituality and did shadow work. from here, i realized: this is not my assumption about love. before my parents broke up, my assumption was that love is easy. you only have to make the other person laugh. when i was busy in school and would spend most of the time at my friend's house, my assumption was that love is support and light. i started to get these epiphanies that a lot of my pessimistic perception was because of someone i was constantly surrounded with and that i have to build new assumptions.
but around august 2020, i have to go back to the city with my grandmom. i was afraid of the toll i might get into when i got back. however, because i already practiced distance and understood what are the assumptions that serve me, what are the assumptions that i want, i was more at peace. i listed down affirmations about myself, about love, about money, about being "deserving".
after this, every time she told me what love was, i can stop her and say no. i can tell her that it's not the universal truth, and certainly not mine. along the way, i started manifesting that she believes love is easy and supportive. i started manifesting that she believes i deserve love that is soft and tender.
then, when i got into my relationship, she was nothing but happy and supportive.
other ways i have practiced distance while manifesting:
unfollowing content creators who normalized hating men.
unfollowing content creators who were shady and negative about relationships.
unfriending highschool guy friends who do not make me feel safe about men.
unfriending relatives who make unnecessary comments about my looks, my studies, my relationship, and my earnings.
unfollowing girls who made me feel bad about also liking girls.
unfollowing manifestation gurus who romanticize struggles because "the more you struggle, the more you get blessed"
unfollowing manifestation gurus who say stuff like "if you want money, you have to take action to deserve it. not just manifesting"
now, you can totally manifest these people to change and be better, as long as it will make you feel good.

HOW TO ACTUALLY FEEL FULFILLED
Hey Upper East Siders, Gossip Girl Here. Three little birds sat on my window, and they told me that some of manhattans finest elite, aren’t feeling so…elite.
And i’ll tell you, that you don’t need to worry.
People may give you advice on how to feel fulfilled, but doesn’t mean it will fulfill you.
Because little does your naive self know, that they’re just telling you what makes them feel fulfilled, not what makes you feel fulfilled.
No, I’m not talking about the fulfilment of “Yeah, I’m a God” that lasts 3 minutes. I’m talking about true fulfilment. The one that takes you places. The places you want to be. The long term fulfilment. The unshakeable fulfilment, because you know you are who you want to be.
Here’s how:
STEP 1: Decide what makes you feel fulfilled.
Is it affirming?
Is it visualising?
Is it scripting?
Is it just simply deciding that you have it?

STEP 2: Do what fulfills you every time your desire comes to mind. Fulfill yourself until the feeling of desire completely vanishes. You can compare it to your soul feeling some sort of hunger, feed your inner self until you no longer feel the need to. Because you are fulfilled.

Try to visualise or affirm or any method you’ve heard of, and whichever one(s) fulfill you, then those are the one(s) for you.
How do I know when i’m 100% fulfilled?
- You aren’t identifying with the 3D
- You aren’t waiting for your 3D to conform AKA being impatient.
- You feel free knowing you have what you want.
- You aren’t trying to get anything in the 3D.
- You think FROM your desire and not OF it.
- You aren’t viewing your desire as a desire, because you acknowledge that you can’t desire something you already have.
- You know that the 4D is realer than the 3D will ever be.
States to NOT occupy:
- State of lack (not accepting your desire in the 4D).
- State of waiting (waiting for the 3D to conform).
- State of failure (believing you’re doing something wrong).
- State of trying (trying to achieve something in the 3D).
REMINDERS!!!
- Mental health comes first
- It is impossible for your 3D to not conform, you don’t have to assume that your 3D will conform.
- Your 3D reflects who you are. So give it something new to reflect.

- Knowing that your desire is YOURS in imagination (4D) and standing FIRM in that FACT.

A thing that a lot of people do is, they’ll affirm “I have everything I want.”
Then they’ll observe the thought, not the FEELING it gives them. The feeling of knowing. Although the whole point of affirming is to give them the feeling. Automatically putting them in the state of the wish fulfilled.
Relish in that FEELING until you are completely satisfied.
And we all know what satisfaction feels like. Like having a delicious meal and feeling full afterwards. Like taking a nice warm bubble bath on a cold winter night.
So feel satisfied. Fulfilled.
Don’t EVER go back to the undesired state.

so manifesting my desired appearance in full took roughly 2 weeks, also this post is pretty long bcuz im not gatekeeping anything, im giving u guys the full story, the full scoop on how i did it so here we go...
some things that i remember doing was, before going to bed i'd either read what my desired appearance looks like (i wrote a list bcuz me as a person, i LOVE writing things down) and i'd read that list before bed like it was fact.
or if i didn't have the list with me, when i was the state akin to sleep i'd talk to myself (ik it sounds weird but its natural for me so it worked) and i'd be like "ik for a fact that i am (fill in the blank)" or "ik for a fact that i have (fill in the blank)"
and i'd just say it to myself, or sometimes when i'd shower, for every part of my body that i'd wash (i separated it into sections) and for each section i'd talk about an aspect of my appearance as though it was from someone else's POV. for example, part of my desired appearance was a difference in hair texture so i'd say "omg honey's hair is SO long and glossy". like i'd talk thru someone else's pov ABOUT my appearance in either a tone of admiration, envy, or indifference.
even if i didn't see movement a couple times or got discouraged, i went back to what feels RIGHT and thats affirming for me.

another thing that rly helped me was visualization, i was living PURELY in my imagination, completely in my head. i was REAL delulu. i have a vision board on pinterest that was SO helpful for me.
when i saw things in the 3d that didn't please me i completely disregarded it, and when i tell u COMPLETELY, i completely dismissed anything that i didn't like, or that didn't sit right with me.
another little exercise that i liked to do was actually bcuz of a bad habit. so i have a RLY bad habit of checking the 3d but i used it to my advantage. my habit was that every morning the first thing i'd do is go and look in the mirror. when i manifested my desired appearance what i'd do, is i would go to the bathroom mirror and tell my subconscious what i see. so my logic behind this was that since the subconscious didn't have any eyes i could tell my subconscious that i had the head of a unicorn and it'd believe me 💀. so i would talk to my subconscious and tell it what i saw. "i see an angel skull" "i see rly rly long lashes" "i see waist-length hair" etc etc.
i went to the end and i BASKED in it. moral of this manifestation story :
persist regardless of what u experience with ur 5 senses
time is an illusion so forget about it
dont settle for less than what u seek
go straight to the end and bathe in it bcuz u can't try and be something that u already are

So, I was watching ATLA and LOK for the millionth time, and there are so many elements in these shows that I have applied to my life, it's not even funny. This isn’t even really meant to be particularly educating but honestly I could have used atla and lok alone at the beginning of my journey and still come to the same conclusions as I had today. They’re both some of my fav shows since I was a child, and looking back and seeing its influence on me is very nostalgic. Also the live action is getting produced soon so I can’t think of a better time to make this post.
Chakras
Anyways In Avatar: The Last Airbender," Aang learns about chakras from Guru Pathik. Chakras are like energy points in our body. Each one is linked to a different part of life, such as love, truth, or survival. When Aang clears blockages in these chakras, he can use his Avatar powers better. I had made a post about I will link here but honestly watching the scene in a kids show is more appealing 😭😭
Mediation
Meditation is used a lot in the Avatar series. It helps characters like Aang to focus, feel calm, and understand themselves better. In real life, meditation does the same thing! It can obviously help reduce stress, improve focus and make us feel happier. In both shows I saw characters use meditation to induce a plethora of things.
Talk to Past Lives: Aang uses meditation to talk to his past lives for advice.
Ask for Help: Aang meditates to ask spirits for help.
Clear Minds: Characters meditate to think clearly and make good decisions.
Astral Projection: Aang and Jinora can travel as spirits, separate from their bodies, and etc
Yin and Yang
Avater uses the Moon (Yin) and Ocean (Yang) spirits to symbolize balance. Yin (Moon spirit) is like the subconscious mind, it's quiet, internal, and creative. Yang (Ocean spirit) can be seen as the conscious mind, it's active, external, and logical.
Just like in Neville Goddard's teachings, both aspects need to work together for balance. In the show, when the Moon spirit is killed, chaos ensues because the balance is disrupted. It's only when the Moon spirit is revived that harmony is restored. This is similar to how our subconscious (inner self) and conscious (outer self) minds need to work together to achieve our desires as we want to experience both of the worlds as they work in unison.
Astral realm and the sprit world
Atla and lok also talks about a spirit world. This is like another dimension filled with spirits and mystical beings. It's similar to what we call the 'astral realm' - so a space beyond the physical world where our consciousness can go. Also Jinora, a character in "The Legend of Korra," has a unique spiritual ability that allows her to astral project. So she can separate her spirit from her physical body and traverse both the physical and spiritual worlds in her spiritual form.
Jinora displays astral projection abilities multiple times. For instance, in Season 2, she uses this skill to guide Korra, who is lost in the spirit world, she also uses it to find and save Kai in seasons 3. Her astral form appears as a glowing butterfly-like spirit, and she used it multiple times to lead her friends to safety.
The Void state
In lok a character named Zaheer learns to fly. He was put in jail for trying to kidnap the Avatar. But he obviously didn't waste time while in jail. Instead, he used it to meditate and try to reach enlightenment. He does this by entering a 'void' state when he meditates. He lets go of all his earthly attachments and desires, and this makes him weightless. His ability to fly is deeply intertwined with his spiritual beliefs and his interpretation of the teachings of Guru Laghima, an ancient Air Nomad.
In the show Guru Laghima, who lived 4,000 years before Zaheer's time, was the first airbender known to have unlocked the ability to fly. According to his teachings, one could achieve flight by "entering the void" - which meant letting go of all earthly attachments and desires to attain true freedom. When his gf dies This emotional event helps him truly let go of his last earthly tether, thus allowing him to "enter the void" and unlock the ability to fly.
Reincarnation and the avatar cycle
I knew the shows were probably based of real life because I’ve seen aot nomad clothing, and I know monks are very closely reflected onto the show but really every aspect rings true and is similar to beliefs in Buddhism. This is especially true when looking at the Dalai Lama, who is a spiritual leader in Tibetan Buddhism.
People believe that the Dalai Lama is a new version of Avalokiteśvara or Chenrezig, who is known as the Bodhisattva of Compassion. When a Dalai Lama dies, it's believed he comes back to life in a new person. Then, high-ranking lamas look for signs to find this person.
This is like the cycle of the Avatar. When an Avatar dies, they come back to life in a new person from the next nation in a set order (Air, Water, Earth, Fire). The new Avatar is found using different tests, which is much like how the new Dalai Lama is found.
But there are some differences. For example, the Avatar can remember their past lives, but the Dalai Lama usually doesn't say they remember theirs. Also, the Avatar is special because they can control all four elements, which is a fantasy idea and doesn't have a real-life counterpart in Buddhism.
I was researching my a specific Lama and his story was a reflection of Korra’s character. It's interesting to note that both the Dalai Lama and Korra knew from a young age that they were special. In the show, Korra knew she was the Avatar when she was very young. Similarly, the Dalai Lama also recognized his identity at a young age.
Honestly, it's just a really good show to watch. I probably even missed some elements from the show bc I’m more concerned about watching it than learning something. But I love both ATLA and LOK and I've even shifted to LOK and will shift to ATLA as well! I really suggest watching its so good y’all. Byeee

think how you were before the law. did you affirm on loop to have your sp block you? did you have to do a challenge to fail a test? did you fulfill yourself with the state of being sad and persist in it? no, you didn’t. what exactly did you do in order to enter and remain in that state?
deciding & letting it be.
it’s so ridiculously simple to the point where you feel a rise in annoyance after realizing that. how could you not? you see all of these posts/tweets, talking about how they got success from fulfilling, or doing a challenge, or affirming till they pass out. you do what they did, then you think you’re not doing enough. when in reality, you were just wasting time because there was nothing else to be done.
allow me to explain.
💌 where it went wrong.
the second you thought that you needed to convince yourself, was the second that everything went wrong. let’s be very honest with ourselves here: did we really need to convince ourselves any further after assuming we have what we want? we didn’t do it with the opposite. why is the standard different in this case?
you’re dependent on the 3d? you haven’t convinced yourself that you’re the inner man. your body feels weird? you haven't convinced yourself that your state is who you are now so you’re uncomfortable. you still think you need more information? you haven't convinced yourself that you know what you’re doing.
the goal of convincing stems from lack & the assumption that you need to manipulate the outer self. you’re not dumb, you know you’re trying to convince yourself or blindly believe that you have what you want. but, blind faith can only take you so far, until you crash. trying to make yourself trust your assumption just leads to doubts, confusion, and spiraling.
“if it’s true, why can’t i see it in or out of my imagination?” “if its true that the second you fulfill yourself you switch states instantly, why can’t i feel the shift in self?” “if it’s true that self is the only thing that’s expressed instantly, why hasn’t anything happened?”
persuading yourself is only going to bring you more problems. sure it worked before, but when are we going to be honest with ourselves and understand that techniques, methods, challenges, repeated conscious fulfillment & persistence aren’t necessary? let me tell you, making myself imagine my desire on command every time i’m reminded of it is was so tiring and stupid and pointless to me. i used to get so annoyed when i couldn’t come up with a scene to fulfill myself. and if i did, the second i felt that discomfort i thought i didn’t fulfill myself with what i wanted. the irritation i had towards the 3d, the law and myself. it was just a vicious cycle of trying. it was like i was running in circles in my own imagination. manifestation had a grip on me to the point where it was tediously suffocating. every day i wondered “why the fuck can’t i just accept it & move on?”
so, i gave up. i gave up on fulfilling myself and persisting. i dropped loa for a few days. no tumblr. no twitter. no neville. no edward. nothing. until i read this thread. something clicked in me. a lightbulb went off after my eyes grazed over the words, the TRUE two keys to law of assumption; “just decide and BE”.
allow me to break this down.
💌 key one: decide.
we decide something about ourselves and in relation to ourselves every day. what we’ll eat for breakfast, what we’ll wear, what we’ll say etc. and they all come to pass. we didn’t wonder how, or when, if it will happen, we just know that it’s done. then we go through life knowing that and it will inevitably come to pass. then we move on.
stop trying to believe in something.
you are not your body, or your mind. enough with self persuasion. enough with the brain washing. enough with the reprogramming. your true nature isn’t limited to flesh.
do you not understand that you are pure consciousness simply roleplaying as a human? do you not understand that it is not your responsibility to rationalize how your desire will come to fruition? do you not understand that your only job is to decide and be? you say you do, but here you are feeling “unconvinced”. because you haven’t “accepted” your state, or that your inner man has it, or you don’t “believe” that you have what you want yet or whatever.
belief isn’t a thing. acceptance isn’t a thing. you don’t believe in something. you decide what you want to be aware of.
did you make yourself “believe” that your friend hated you? no, they were acting weird and based on that you decided that they hate you. you didn’t want to believe it, but it came to pass.
you, my dear reader, applied the law to your disadvantage every single time you felt something was off based and chose your faith.
the goal of the law isn’t to keep going to fulfillment, or making your state natural, or how many you’ve returned to the state. your goal is to allow yourself to let it be.
letting go of control in regards to your mind & your 3d demonstrates that you know how the law works. one decision can (and will) change self, and that is what will be expressed. never force a state. controlling how a state will appear within you displays a sense of lack. awareness just is. it’s the root in which your state branches out. stop trying to figure out what you would experience within. allow it to flow in accordingly, and fulfillment will be in your possession.
looped inner work is a myth that’s been prevalent within this community, but understand that the only work you need to do is decide that you are the person who has/is what you want. that is how you successfully change self.
💌 key two: let it be.
i understand that you might think that’s there’s something more to this, because of what you’ve been conditioned to “believe”:
we persist because we want to go back to the state! we fulfill because we want to experience it with enjoyment! we’re doing it to change self!
be honest with me, was doing all of that enjoyable to you? did you not feel annoyed by the fact that you “fell out of the state” so you needed to go back or else? did imaging not feel like you’re trying too hard to experience something you've already assumed you have but can’t come up with everything? did you not feel like you were in a cycle of frustration because you mentally could not be at peace?
internalize this for the rest of your journey: fulfillment and persistence cannot be forced.
the second you’ve chosen a new concept of yourself to be aware of: everything starts moving. states start flowing in, feelings start getting stronger, your mind starts getting filled with imaginings of this new reality you’ve chosen to the point where it drowns out your old state. it all happens accordingly.
persistence is allowing yourself to be.
awareness naturally brings in a new sense of being. it prolongs it, making you naturally be aware of that fact.
persistence in this community is used in the context of frequency, i.e. consciously going back to your state whenever you think of your desire. when in reality, it just allowing yourself to move through life, being your new decision. within and without.
think of it this way: you wanted water, and you got water, would you still be thinking about getting water? no. you have it, so you move on.
there is no need to wait for something to change when the change has already happened.
apply this to your desires. when you make that decision, DO NOT go back on it. stay steadfast in what you’ve chosen. don’t rationalize, or imagine, or persist nothing. it is done. your inner fulfillment will flow in and you will dwell in it naturally. that’s the naturalness you wish to achieve. forcing it will only make your life harder.
and by steadfast, i don’t mean doing a repeated mental action on loop to keep it on the front of your mind. i mean never changing what you’ve chosen. you can doubt, scream, cry, be impatient, mess with the 3d, question, WHATEVER, but as long as you leave that decision as is, it will always come to pass.
never change that i am into an i am not.
💌 conclusion
i truly believe i was limiting myself prior to this realization. granted, i’m happy i’ve realized this now, but looking back … i never enjoyed persisting and fulfilling repeatedly. it was tiring and annoying and so stupid. i wasted so much time applying those “beliefs”. now, i’ve never felt so free!! i can really BE and HAVE anything, and it’ll come to pass because the law is truly a promise!!
here’s the controversial statement of the day:
feeling it real was never needed.
let me back this up with a story:
at the beginning of this month, i was on academic probation (because of my terrible executive function yassss). i thought my professors never graded my late work, making my grade stay stagnant. one day, i was trying to “accept” that i had all As. so, i gave up and i decided that i passed. you can say that i “settled” but what did you expect from a woman who was on the brink of losing her neurodivergent mind. amidst the anxiety, i never changed that decision. could’ve sworn that by the time of my meeting with my counselor, she would’ve told me i’ve failed. eventually, i forgot about it. then, my day of alleged reckoning came. i went on that zoom expecting the worst. venting to my counselor, barely managing to get my words out because i was crying that hard….only for her to tell me that i passed. my sobbing immediately stopped and i went “oh! 😀”
now, point out where i was repeatedly fulfilling myself consciously. where i was doing every challenge in the book. where i was persisting to make it more natural? when i gave up on “feeling it real”, and just left my decision at that….it came to pass. no effort, no techniques, nada. but i still got what i wanted.
i can only tell you that this is how the law truly works, but you can’t see it for yourself unless you apply what i’m saying.
it’s just three simple steps:
figure out what you want
decide that you have it.
let it be . go on about your life knowing that as long as you don’t backpedal on that decision, it is done.
please, please free yourselves from the idea of needing to do more repeated inner work to make whatever you want to come to pass. practice what i’ve shared. internalized what i’ve written. be honest with yourself and leave the idea of conscious repetition to rest. finally realize the reason why you’ve found this law. you’re here to choose the best for yourself and watch it play out.
listen, we weren’t feeling it real when we decided that we’re terrible at something. in fact, we might feel awkward, but that’s void compared to who you decided to be. you kept being aware of that the second that decision was made. it’s not about looking back what you’ve experienced within, its about what concept you chose to be aware of. you decide you’re rich? it is done. you decide you’re with sp? it is done.
whatever you choose, it is done.
that's where your true power lies. you have an infinite amount of possibilities at your fingertips, and you have the right as god to decide which one you’d love to experience.

OKAY LMFAO whoever makes this up is getting on my nerves and I would love to have a conversation with them. Now why is y’all spreading these fake lies. AFFIRMING IS JUST TO REMIND YOURSELF OF WHAT YOU WANT. How does that imply lack? I think that implies very much lazy if you don’t even feel like persisting for what you want. If you want to only do states and “feel the feeling of your desire already here.” or maybe “feel what it’s like to be a millionaire.” Then go right ahead. But some people don’t like to try to force emotions and I think it’s often misunderstood because how am I suppose to feel what it’s like to be a millionaire when I been broke and poor my whole life. Let’s be fr. But to be in the state of acceptance, and having full certainty that your desires is already yours.
You can only do states and knowing your desires are yours, and sure no method. Whatever works, and is serving you go ahead but don’t bash people who do basic A+P because it works. We know it works freaking fast because affirming and persisting, plus saturation is the fastest way to impress your subconscious. Neville even said this, what ever you dwell on most manifest. Good or bad, so why not just think thoughts in your favor? It’s not like you can just stop thinking like it’s some sort of off switch. So stop bashing people who choose to a+p instead of just get in the state. Who told y’all that “dominant thoughts don’t manifest states do” because hold up. I literally manifested while crying, life was hell, angry, upset, spiraling, and I promise you I wasn’t in the state of wish fullfilled. It’s PERFECTLY FINE TO GET INTO THE STATE but fr stop demonizing, and downing people who use there time instead of letting circumstances take control they affirm and freaking persist! If the law is all about persistence why is the people who use states keep downgrading affirming.
“The law isn’t about respecting and affirming” it’s about just assuming, yeah but it’s also not something that needs to be done depending on what mood or “acceptance/satisfaction” state your in. first off i don’t use subliminals neither do i participate in affirmation challenges. i use to but i grew to feel that it’s unnecessary. on my account you won’t see neither of those.
i know about affirmations, i know about non dualism, i know about states. however something about all of this did not sit right with me idc, my brain didn’t like it. all of this information and you’re bound to be confused especially with the arguments about what and what, literally for weeks. people take “do what works for you” for granted.
i didn’t throw all of these ideas and concepts away however i shaped tf out of them to fit what feels right with me, and that’s what a lot of people don’t do, hence all of these arguments for no reason ! a bunch of mad people and for what.

ONE ) i know that what i want will show up for me now or what society called the future. time doesn’t exists to me, my future is my present and so is my past. manifesting on a time crunch doesn’t exist either in my book. because if i already had it, is it really a time crunch? you can’t want something so bad for it just to not show up. when you know you have this much power, whatever you want can’t not show up for you. it’s bound to at this point.
TWO ) when something isn't 'showing' up, it isn't because of me. because i know once i become aware that this thing exist in my life at some point of "time." knowing time does NOT exist. it exists now. i can easily decide on when to have it. just because i became aware of that fact. and for two; the 4D & 3D are the same exact thing. they can't exist separately it's one complete thing. so whatever it is that i want it has no choice but to show up.
THREE ) i can't fix a broken person, i'm not their momma nor a therapist. i feel like a lot of ppl should hear this! i will never take my train of thought, etc., to 'manifest' back dirt ass people !when i can use that energy to put a better person into my life that didn't fuck me over the first time. cause friendship wise i thought about it before but i thought to myself do i need this past energy in my life again?' like nooo. it’s a fresh breath of air manifesting someone new and i find it more comfortable and easier. i’m too good to do myself dirty.
FOUR ) life is effortless once you know you have zero limits, and become aware that you are in control of your own limits ! i promise just sit down one day & close your eyes and become aware of the fact that you can control the limit(s) that you think you have. you can literally erase it.
FIVE ) my mindset has no labels. if it seems correct to me, i will take this and that and follow it. what most of us need to do is relearn and go back to the "basics". the first thing we learned that got us to wherever we are now. it helped me so much, and got rid of any clutter in my mind.. with the information i have, i know i got hella options and so it was just a big spot of ink in my mind. i threw away some stuff and kept some.
i’m now one of those one people who just write down what they want and decide that i have it. fuck a state, fuck an affirmation, that’s literally how it is. obviously i’m educated about those things but i don’t take up all of my time trying to “get in a state” or “how long should i saturated for?”
if you can’t be a spoiled brat about what you want then i don’t know what to tell you. because that’s what it basically it is. 🎀

Remember that you are perfect just the way you are.
When we manifest physical changes, we tend to do so as a result of our imperfections or because we want to feel accepted.
To fully change ourselves, we have to first change our mindset and then manifest physical changes. I say so because many times our insicuritis will not let us be happy even with our desired body.So first mindset, then body.
To manifest a change in our mindset, we have to remind ourselves that we are worth so many things! and especially that you are worth having a healthy mindset!

subliminals! best way ever! I love exercising and listening to subliminals that boost my results! Even words of affirmation (again) can be great. A good example is "I love my tiny nose." Even if it is not true, it will change with time, and you will find yourself with a tiny nose. We start as neutral, and as we call ourselves ugly, our body and energy will respond to that and act on it. So if you believe that you are hot, well, you are! Changing your appearance is as simple as that, and no one should tell you otherwise. Any method can be adapted to help you change your appearance!

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR SELF CONCEPT AND MANIFEST YOUR DREAM LIFE WITHIN A WEEK!!!

HEY YOU THERE!!!! Are you still in a continuing loop of not seeing ur desires? Of feeling lack? Feeling like there is so much weight on your shoulders and that your desires are out of reach?
Well believe it or not…we’ve all been in that position. We’ve all been in positions where we put our desires above us, too high to reach. That’s just called having a terrible self concept. And if you are familiar with the law of assumption, you know that self concept is REALLY IMPORTANT!!!
If you really believed that you can’t achieve what you want, then you wouldn’t be here in the first place. Reading this post. Surfing tumblr to read success stories and tips&advice. That tiny amount of faith you have says a lot. We’ve all been at that point, having little to no faith. I’ve been there, at one point i start doubting the law. But i knew i didn’t deserve to live a sad life, so i changed my inner self.
You know how the law works blah blah blah. One thing to familiarise yourself with is how “illogical” it is. This was a concept i didn’t grasp before. I thought it was ridiculous for people to wake up in their dream house, with their dream EVERYTHING. It felt so…unnatural and odd. I felt like things like that couldn’t happen. I thought maybe they tricked themselves into seeing that. But when i started to realise that we are just pure consciousness, everything changed.
First of all, people who manifested their dream life didn’t “teleport” to a different realm or anything. They just changed their awareness to their liking. You are aware of not living your dream life, so that is what you see. Everything in your life is based on your awareness. What you’re aware of. Are you aware of being a master manifestor? If so, then you are a master manifestor. Everything you accept to be real is REAL. YOU gave into the 3D and accepted it as real. That’s why every time something bad happens to you, you say “why is this happening to me!!! I’m so unlucky” etc. You accepting your undesired 3D circumstances as real is literally self sabotage. The only time where you can accept your 3D as real is when it is in your favour. The 4D (imagination) is the REAL and ONLY reality because the 3D cannot exist without it. Still don’t believe me? Remember the time when you really believed that something would happen and it did, for example believing that you would fail an exam. Anyway, i’m not going to try and convince you to believe in the law of assumption if you don’t already. Because no matter what, in a week or less your state will manifest. Belief or not. Wanna know why? You’ve manifested constantly your whole entire life before even knowing about the existence of the law. You did all that without believing in it. LMAO you literally manifested to find it difficult, without believing in it. The law is based on faith, not proof. Proof (which for most of you reading this is the 3D). Never see the 3D as “proof” of your manifestation. Why would you do that? Looking in the mirror after listening to a subliminal to check for results is accepting the 3D as proof. Being surprised when your manifestation “didn’t come” in the desired amount of time is accepting the 3D as proof. BUT HELLO?!?! The 4D IS THE REAL REALITY!!! THAT IS A FACT NO MATTER WHAT YOU BELIEVE!!! NOTHING CAN CHANGE THE FACT THAT THE 4D IS THE REAL REALITY!!!
The 4D is all you need when you desire something. Fulfill yourself in the 4D. The purpose of “feeling it real” is not to convince yourself that you have it. It’s to remind yourself that you do. Embody the state of having your desires. If you don’t know about states i really recommend reading a blog about them. It’s literally the foundation of the law!!! Your state manifests!!! Never come from a state of lack. Never affirm from a state of lack. Never visualise from a state of lack!!! When i knew about the law for some time, i thought i was trying to “convince” myself that i had my desires by “pretending” to have them and “acting as if” i had them. That is literally coming from a state of lack. That is literally accepting that you don’t have your desires. But the 4D is the real reality. So stop accepting your 3D circumstances as real, because they aren’t. They are so fake. Faker than my old friends. The 3D is literally just a product of your past assumptions. It is not real!!! It does not exist the moment you accept that it doesn’t. Why do you think people manifest instantly in the void? Waking up in their dream house/apartment with everything they’ve always wanted? Because the 3D isn’t real. It’s like an illusion. Focus your awareness on having your desires and that HAS TO reflect! Failure does not exist!! Failure does NOT exist!!! Got it? Lemme tell u something. One night i was reading a success story about the void state and waking up in a fricking CAR when they went to sleep in their bed. I was low key shocked to be honest but my mindset has improved since then and i’m not baffled anymore (this was about 2 days ago). I had an epiphany from there. I literally started to realise that the 3D is literally not real. You are just pure consciousness. Whatever you are conscious of, you will see. It’s not “teleporting”. It’s not “magical”. You’re not in a parallel universe far far farrrr away from your loved ones, being surrounded by clones (because that was what i thought before and i was TERRIFIED!!!) Look around right now. Look!!! Look at your surroundings. They aren’t real. That’s just the 3D. The real reality is the 4D. You aren’t “creating” anything. You are just focusing your awareness on the REAL reality (the 4D).
You do realise that you have manifested countless things during your life, unconsciously (without knowing). What makes you think that you can’t do it consciously? Why? Do you believe that you are unlucky? Have you brainwashed yourself that badly that you lost complete faith in the law? You literally manifested for things to be difficult for you…isn’t that disappointing? Luckily, you will use your power to your advantage this time, and not for self sabotaging.

You are going to follow this routine for a week!!! I promise it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to not materialise your dream life. Whether it’s:
- Revising people’s deaths, waking up in a mansion, waking up in a different country, waking up with your desired body and face, becoming an alien, being able to fly, growing wings, being able to talk to animals, being able to manifest in under 2 seconds.
STEP 1
- Embody the state of HAVING, not desiring. States are the easiest things ever. So ridiculously easy to embody.

Literally most and if not all problems people have had with the law of assumption was based on the 3D. Now that you’ve accepted that the 4D as the real reality, this will be so much easier!!! Ofcourse there are things like “intrusive thoughts” that scared you but you aren’t embodying the state of those instrusive thoughts are you? No, exactly, so they will not manifest. Thoughts do not manifest. States manifest.
Remember, when manifesting, the goal is not to “get”. Because you already have it.
IT IS LITERALLY TIME FOR YOU TO ACCEPT THAT YOU HAVE YOUR DREAM LIFE!!!! STOP PROCRASTINATING!!! I promise you, your desired life with materialise in a week or less. Never give up.

an “imaginal act” is a scene you play out in your imagination that implies your wish has been fulfilled. the scene can use any of the five senses, and can be as long or as short as you want; what matters is the feeling that it evokes in you! i like to refer to my imaginal acts as “daydreams,” because the word reminds me of when i was a creative child who’s imagination was limitless.
instructions: take these imaginal acts and put yourself there in imagination! tweak the details to match your desires, personal details, and preferences, and use the senses that you have in your imagination to fully immerse yourself.
seeing:
imagine picking up your phone like you always do throughout the day and seeing your background light up; it's a picture of you and your sp holding hands that you took last month on a date. your sp has the biggest grin you've ever seen, and is looking at you with eyes filled with love and adoration for you!
or, the inverse: imagine your sp passing you their phone to take a picture of them or to show you a text they got, and seeing their background is an adorable picture of you that they absolutely love looking at every day!
hearing:
imagine you and your sp are out with friends at a party or event. both of you are doing your own thing, talking to friends and making the rounds, but both of you are still in the same room and nearby. while you go to the entrance of the room to get a drink, you overhear your sp's voice as they talk to one of their friends: "seriously, being with (your name) has been the best thing to have ever happened to me. they make my life so much better, it's seriously crazy for me to believe that they wanted to be with me when i've been pining after them for so long." you can hear their friend congratulate them, telling your sp, "i haven't seen you this happy in forever!"

❥ bunny's dream life scripting series: part one - appearance!
to kick off my scripting series, i thought the best place to start would be with designing our outer appearances! our wonderful bodies carry us through the worlds we create, so why not make them as sparkly, delightful, and lovely as they can be? many people want to manifest a change in their bodies or change in the way they perceive their bodies, and this is a fun way to get super specific about what you want.
first, make sure you have an open notes app or journal to write down your ideas! then take a look at the "dream appearance ideas" section to see if you'd like to include any of them in your appearance. if none of them appeal to you, you can use that self-knowledge to create something that sounds even better! the ideas i've generated are just a starting point for your own magical ideas.
then, use the template below the "dream appearance ideas" section to start designing your own! you can be as vague or as specific as you like. for example, with height you could write something as vague as "tall" or as specific as "6'0," - write whatever makes sense for you for each section!
note: some of these are "illogical" (my fave), some of these are natural, and some of them are just plain fun. some people might want all of these for their appearance, and some people might want the opposite of these listed below. that's the fun part - you decide what you want in your dream life, no one else! no body is better than any other body - it all comes down to what makes you feel the best, and getting specific with what YOU want is what this series is all about!
hair, skin, and nails:
your hair is always soft, clean, and voluminous; you never have to wash or style your hair for it to look amazing
your hair always looks perfect, no matter the weather or what you do to it
your haircuts always look amazing; bad haircuts don't exist for you!

now comes the fun part - fill in the blanks with absolutely anything you desire! nothing is off limits or impossible, whether it seems "illogical" or not! write your absolute ideal, what makes you feel the most confident, excited, and happy, and know that all is possible! you can use the ideas that i provided above or you can come up with your own. my ideas are just a starting point - get creative and have fun!

for the second post in this scripting series, we will be writing down our dream skills and abilities! you've probably seen success stories of people waking up able to fluently speak languages they've never spoken before or all of a sudden having an amazing singing voice, or even having superpowers. manifesting these skills and abilities is what this section is all about! additionally, if you wish to have a more natural progression in certain skills where you still have to practice and learn them, you will also have the chance to write down how easy or challenging it is for you to learn these skills.
notes before you begin: check out my “how to use” post, here! this instruction post is applicable for all templates and posts in the series. things like "social skills" and "intelligence / study related skills" (which are known as "soft skills") will be included in the "vibe and personality" section of this series later on!

how to script your dream life and use it with any method!
hello friends! today i want to share with you how i personally script my dream life, and how this script is both my void list, states list, and precursor to almost every manifestation method i've ever used. i love scripting because it is not only a method in and of itself but it is also a simple list of everything you desire that you can now manifest using any method you love!
check back later for a link to my notion template for scripting. in the meantime, here are the steps to creating your perfect script from scratch with examples! all you need is a place to write it down.
steps to scripting:
step one: time to brain dump! at the top of your page, write out every desire that comes to your head in list format. don't overthink it and don't worry if they sound silly or unrealistic; remember, absolutely anything is possible! you can write out a few desires to start or go hardcore and write out hundreds, whatever you feel inspired by. you can always come back to this step later.
step two: now its time to get organized! look at the desires you've written and figure out what subcategories they fall under. for example, "my eyes are light blue and gorgeous" could fall under the category of "appearance," and "i have $100,000 in my bank account" could fall under the category of "wealth and items." feel free to use any category name that makes sense to you.
step three: now that you have a couple of categories written out and understand the structure of the script, your mind might start to have even more ideas. "ooh, now that i see revision is a category, i guess there are a couple more things i'd like to revise..." or "why stop at one SP when i could have everyone chasing after me?" for step three, we go a little deeper into these categories and add more details of what our dream life will look like. you can also add new categories that pop into your head - in the example below, i've added "the world and society" and "skills and abilities."
note: the reason why i broke this up into multiple steps instead of "write out all your desires at once" is because our brains can be mean to us and make us procrastinate if something isn't done "perfectly," so that's why adding an extra step is important to bypass the perfectionism.
optional steps:
because scripting is such a creative and expansive process, we might think of ideas we'd like to manifest in the future but not right now/not instantly. i like to organize my script further by adding another category: "future manifestations." these are ideas that i would love to manifest at some point later on but not necessarily while my dream life is manifesting right now.
another idea is separating categories even further into "instant manifestations" (manifestations that happen right now without things needing to unfold) or "perfect timing manifestations" (manifestations that slowly unfold naturally and linearly), if you want to get specific! however, these steps are optional and just fun details for specificity and i can make a post on this later.
how you can use your script with any method:
scripting has been used as a successful manifesting and shifting method on its own forever because it specifically addresses one of the most important steps in the manifesting process right away - deciding what you want! by writing out what you want in your dream life, you can now decide that your script will manifest on its own or you can use any method under the sun to fulfill yourself within:
the void state: if you enter the void state to manifest, you could affirm "i have everything in my dream life script"
affirming: you can affirm "everything in my dream life script has come true"
visualization: now that you have all of your desires written out, you can create an imaginative scene where all of your desires from your script are fulfilled (or you can imagine looking at your script and smiling because everything came true)
subliminals: you can create a very simple subliminal where all of your desires are included, or even a sub where the only affirmation is "i have everything in my dream life script"
the possibilities with scripting are absolutely endless. i hope that this guide has given you the inspiration and direction to write your own wonderful and unique script. now, go and get your dream life! 💗
