Since there are INFINITE realities and we shift all the time, we shift to a different reality everytime we blink, sooo i felt why not use that to our advantage!
Eg- suppose we're manifesting physical appearance changes, umm...like...desired hands! So we hold our hands in front of our eyes and blink and shift TILL we shift to a reality where we have our EXACT desired hands! You can blink and shift as many times you wish ofc, theres no limit.
With this, you can literally see your old features morph into your desired features! I mean you can literally see your progressπ€© with you own eyes, which might even motivate you!π

self concept is the foundation of everything. its how you view yourself and how you view friendships, relationships, life..etcetera!
changing your self concept doesnβt have to be challenging and difficult it is so easy and simple
hereβs an example
if you think that you are unlucky, ugly, stupid and that no one will ever love you those thoughts will reflect in your 3D. you will find yourself in circumstances because of your thoughts.
you can change all of that in a millisecond by deciding that you have the best self concept in the world, you are more kinder to yourself and start practicing being kind to yourself
instead of tearing yourself apart you start telling yourself βi am going to be kind to myself today, i find that my features perfectly suit my faceβ
if you want to be beautiful you have to change your inner thoughts. it all starts with mindset first, never the other way around.

Overnight Notebook Manifestation Challenge
I want you to get out a notebook. An empty notebook if possible cause youβre going to need space.
1. I want you to write out your old story. I want you to write out how it makes you feel, your regrets, your doubts - ANYTHING. Literally anything about the law of assumption, failure, fears.
2. I want you to write about discovering the law of assumption and everything you know about it.
3. I want you to write out your rules of manifestation. How long does it take you to get into the void? How fast do you receive your desires? How does manifestation work for you?
4. I want you to write out your new story. Talk about the things youβve manifested, revised, etc. Talk all about your power, your perfect self-concept, etc. How everything always goes right for you.
5. I want you to go to sleep knowing that step 1 has been revised from your past. That step 4 is your new reality.
Now, close that, by now, probably full notebook. Thank yourself for giving yourself your desires. Know that you have them.
If youβre still having doubts I want you to go back to step 1 then reread and add to the other steps. Repeat this until youβre so firm in the state of knowing that nothing can shake your confidence.
Donβt log onto tumblr, YouTube, instagram, or wherever you go first for content when youβre finished. If you feel the urge to - REPEAT step 1 and reread and add to the others.
6. Wake up with your desires. Every single last one of them.
Changing an assumption does not take time if youβre honest to yourself about your underlying feelings and assumptions.
Feel free to send me your results. Mind you, this challenge is for overnight manifestation results. Donβt start going to ifs, whats, and buts. when entering the void, have you ever had intrusive thoughts, drifting thoughts and daydreams that might pulled you away from getting in the void? if yes, i have the solution!
understand why can't you focus
your body's job is to protect you, it has to predict what's going to happen to you in order to protect you, so when you close your eyes, it doesn't know what's happening, so it sends thoughts, and anything to distract from getting in the void.
how can you change that?
your body is scared, so talks to it before entering the void, just like you'd comfort a little kid, or someone you really love. doing that, your body is comfortable to let it go.
simple as that. if you want, try listening to something that comforts you while entering the void, a background music, a subliminal, anything!
