Okay, next story should definitely be out on the 30th December.

I've gotten the plot planned out to a point where I'm starting to overthink really tiny details, which I think means I'm ready to start writing it out in full by this point. I've already gotten the first chapter done save for a few more proof-reads, and I'm 70% done with the second, so it's go time.

I already think I'm going to make it novel-length by accident again.

Do not name a character after a common food ingredient. They will haunt you... they will be on menus...

The problem with getting birthday chocolates is everyone feels the need to get such fancy ones. I don't need these extravagant selection boxes- just get me a basic bar of Tesco's own milk chocolate or something, I'd prefer it! I'm cheap! I'm cheap, baby!

I see a man (fictional), I am generally like "okay". I see the same man (fictional) being put in a situation, covered in dirt and blood, perhaps soaking wet, actively sobbing and shaking like a chihuahua, and I am saying "yay" and "yippee" and things of this nature

I do love that in the epilogue when astarion is like “so it turns out killing people is actually fine as long as you’re doing it in the name of hero-ing” you can be like “yeah bro I tried to tell you that” and he’s like “yeah but I don’t listen to you when you talk”

most important part of the writing process actually is when you loop a single song on max volume and stare at the word document and imagine the characters doing things for 14 hours. this is known as getting in the zone
