it's definitely hard to stay all stuffed and bloated while I'm so busy on a daily basis, but it feels so good... And so humiliating 🥵

Since that post I've eaten a hefty amount of pasta and chicken wings (including leftovers and all) with fruits and vegetables and psyllium husk. The wings have been giving me the best gas of my life good God 🤤💦 I once ate them a little too soon before sleeping and I woke up with such a tummyache and basically blew up the shower with a ton of huge farts, God it felt so good
