Triangulum Log - Post 4 - Vista System (Planet 2)

Here we come across the system’s second planet, a warm desert world. This rocky world orbits 0.41 AU from the sun and has a mass roughly one fifth that of Earth. It is a hot world covered in a thin Carbon Dioxide/ Sulfur Dioxide atmosphere with one tenth the atmospheric pressure of Earth. The planet is tidally locked to the sun and has an average surface temperature of 231° F on the day-side.

O’Sirus System - Post 1 (Hellish Moon)

We have gone deeper in the Triangulum Galaxy.  We are now only 1,473 light years from the NGC 604 Nebula. Our next system is the O’Sirus System, a dim Orange Dwarf orbited by 12 planets, including 1 world that supports life.

The lone satellite orbiting the third planet.  Roughly a third of Earth’s mass with a super-heated water vapor atmosphere. Atmospheric temperatures reach up to 1,000 K (1,340 °F), and glowing clouds of Titanium Dioxide hoover over the moon. The sun is only a K9V type star, but at only 0.11 AU, it covers an area of the sky 7.5 times larger than a Full Moon on Earth.

The surface of a large moon orbiting a gas giant that has an unusual purple-tinted atmosphere. The moon has diatomic sulfur in the upper atmosphere producing the purple hue.

More moons. A small and large moon orbiting a ringed gas-giant. The bright star transited by the rings is a nearby bright giant, but not part of this planet’s star system.

Insight A - Fifth Planet (Insight A-V)

Insight A-V is a hot earth-like planet with oceans. The planet does support marine life, but the surface is far too inhospitable for anything other than Extremophiles. The planet is much smaller and less massive than Earth at 0.14 Earth masses and a diameter roughly half that of Earth. The surface is very active with a hot atmosphere. The surface averages 161 F, with an atmosphere only 54% as thick of Earth’s that is dominated by carbon dioxide. The surface is so hot that there are no ice caps or even snow on mountain-tops.

The planet rotates backwards with an axial tilt of 148 degrees and a rotational rate of 24 hours and 21 minutes. No moons orbit the planet.

Are male sharks now going to be banned if their claspers are visible? Also are female sharks with scars on their face going to be banned since that can be considered sexual abuse by a male shark?
