Abul ‘Āliyyah [may Allāh have mercy on him] said:
“A time will come upon the people wherein there hearts will be devoid and derelict of the Qur’ān.
They will find neither sweetness nor acquire any delight by its recitation.
If they fall short of performing what they have been commanded to do, they will say: ‘Certainly, Allāh is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.’
If they commit that which they have been forbidden from doing, they will say: ‘We shall be forgiven, we have not associated any partners unto Allāh.’
Their affairs will be based on covetousness [and false hope], possessing no truth [and no sincerity].”
Kitāb az-Zuhd, 1714 | Al-Imām Ahmad bin Hanbal [may Allāh have mercy on him]

“He asked, "What makes a man a writer?” “Well,” I said, “it’s simple. You either get it down on paper, or jump off a bridge.”
Quran 59:19 ♡
And be not like those who forgot Allāh, so He made them forget themselves. Those are the defiantly disobedient.

The life we have is a reflection of our actions. Our actions are a reflection of how we feel about ourselves. If you want to change your life work on changing yourself. POINT BLANK. What you plan on doing doesn’t mean shit if you’re not doing something about it NOW. TODAY. Doesn’t matter how slow you go or how little you do as long as you show up EVERY DAY.
the older i get, the more i need time & personal space to be as boring as possible
Zoozve, my beloved
i procrastinate until it’s not even procrastinating anymore it’s just stupidity
الْبِرُّ حُسْنُ الْخُلُقِ وَالإِثْمُ مَا حَاكَ فِي صَدْرِكَ وَكَرِهْتَ أَنْ يَطَّلِعَ عَلَيْهِ النَّاسُ
Righteousness is good character, and sin is what waivers in your heart and you hate for people to find out about it.
