I really wish people would put warning or a disclaimer on videos containing animal abuse or anything like that. I played a video last night on twitter and was not expecting to see such terrible things and now it keeps replaying in my head over and over and it’s making me really angry and I just started crying while driving home today because I don’t understand how people can be so awful and I wish there I was something I could do to make sure that all animals are safe from those people. it was literally the worst thing I’ve ever witnessed in my life and I’m not just exaggerating. I’m never going to forget seeing that for the rest of my life and it’s actually traumatizing. I don’t want to describe it because to me that’s just as bad as seeing the video. please please please, I understand it’s important to share and acknowledge the injustices in the world, but please put a disclaimer on shit before spreading it across the Internet when you don’t know how it might affect people!!

Bomb goes off in Target women’s bathroom

A small bomb went off inside the women’s restroom of an Evanston, Illinois, Target on Wednesday afternoon around 4 p.m., local affiliate WGN TV reported. The bomb didn’t hurt anyone and caused only minor damage. Police are investigating — but the timing of this can’t be ignored.

Ex-Vanderbilt football player pushed teammates to rape unconscious woman

Brandon Vandenburg even passed out condoms to three fellow players before the woman he had been dating was raped, prosecutors said during his retrial

“Prosecutors say a former Vanderbilt football player encouraged his team-mates to rape an unconscious woman whom he had been dating.

During opening statements Monday in the retrial of Brandon Vandenburg, a prosecutor said the former player even passed out condoms to three team-mates before the woman was raped.

But one of Vandenburg’s attorneys blamed the three other players, saying that maybe Vandenburg could have stopped the June 2013 attack but he shouldn’t be held responsible for what others did to her.

The defense attorney said Vandenburg had been drinking all day, and the 19-year-old new recruit had asked players he didn’t know to help him carry the unconscious woman to his dorm. He said the others were on her as soon as they got her in the room.”

Horrific.
