i haven’t written a single “official” word in any document (just the scraps of interviews here)

BUT

i have figured out how to start the story and, most importantly, what happened with sirius and where is he.

also who the interviewer is.

the whole article is set to be published in the quibbler cause what better place to report on a old rock band that only a few people still remember to this day.

i’ll start working on it after i finish translating.

also if you’d like to read some gossip marauders au @genderfluidluna it’s currently working on a gossip girl au and it’s really good!

you should write a marauders (blackinnon) fic set in a Bridgerton-like setting! (high society, marriage mart, gossip column!). I looove ur writings❣️

that’s sounds interesting but i fear i would struggle a lot with time period accuracy in terms of language, common phrases and things like that (not that i would mind that much re-reading some classic in english to immerse myself in it).

Blacleria is BACK! 🥳🤭After a full month full of frustration, because I constantly hated my all my drawing attempts, I thought... f*ck it, I do a full painting now. Let's see how it works out. And now I am really proud, and a bit nervous (because I am proud...lol). I also experimented a bit with my style. For the background, I used another software, which is specialized in imitating traditional painting media. I have to admit, I really like this look! 😊🫣 Please excuse me now, I have to read some fics from arlie now. 📖

Andromeda Black

Officially working in the interview format story of Marauders, the band au centered on Blackinnon, but with Jily on the background as well (and possible other pairings, idk yet). And yes, I'm writing both versions (sp/en). See here if you want to know more about it.

"A Blackinnon story" will be updated on monday and "Like a bludger to the heart" on wednesday (I also added a bonus chapter that I'll drop to the original version once we get there with the translation).

And this time I won't be dropping anything earlier because I'm going out of town for a few days.

lily never really approved of sirius and marlene (in this au they weren’t high school friends)

lilypad enjoying going out for drinks and talk shit about everyone UNTIL SIRIUS CANT TAKE MORE OF LILY MAKING FUN OF MARLENE (nothing major calm down) cause sure marlene has been a little extra lately but he chose her to be his partner and that means something

a little prongsfoot moment when they’re both feeling down a bit?

marlene an lily laughing their ass off when they found out and are not angry at all (basis for a solid friendship between the girls after all?)

gilderoy being blissfully unaware of all the shit show going around. peter loving him for it because he won’t let his honeymoon be ruing by their immature friends

tonks and marlene bonding over tiny adventures they take together

lily and james fighting because lily thinks james is acting weird in front of tonks because maybe he would like to be with someone younger and reckless but james replies that maybe lily is just projecting and she’s the one who would like to be as carefree as tonks

in the case i decide to make regulus as remus ex: sirius and remus talking about the whole tonks/regulus situation and sirius making jokes about it and regulus having found out about remus dating tonks cause they still share family icloud (if this is a muggle au)

what if the story begins with gilderoy surprising peter with a wedding for his anniversary (better late than never) and all their friends join them in the honeymoon (codependency at its best) and all hell break lose?

sirius trying to down play the fact that he’s going mad having marlene constantly watching out for him because he knows is out of love.

the potters acting as their parents.

remus bringing tonks for the first time on a holiday with them.

The way that Ron got laughed at for dancing with Minnie but the marauders would have leaped at the opportunity 😂😭

I don't think Andromeda's rebellion was loud, like Sirius'. Not really.

I think Andromeda was a Black through and through. Her parent's pride: Slytherin, prefect, first of the class. She followed the rules, and she knew what her name entailed.

Andromeda Black used to scorn at muggleborns, to mumble stray "mudblood"s when the occasion was fit.

That's how her and Teddy first met. He and his Hufflepuff friends tripped with her, her books fell on the floor, just like a meetcute. But Andromeda didn't blush, she didn't feel like the protagonist of a romance movie.

She saw red. This careless Hufflepuffs had ruined her books, there was spilled ink all over her pages, and, worst of all, there wasn't a single pureblood amongst them.

Maybe she had already been having a bad day. Maybe, in any other situation she wouldn't have reacted, she would have been prideful.

But she cursed them out. She let out a long string of slurs that weren't even in use, a "this is what happens when they let fucking impure thieves into our school", etcetera, etcetera.

And she got a book to the face. Square, right in the middle.

Ted Tonks, one of the Hufflepuffs in the group, had grown tired of her racist rant, and had decided to put an end to it. The muggle way.

Hell ensued: Andromeda brought out her wand and started cursing. Ted charged at her with his bare hands (he was trying to prove a point). The rest of the Hufflepuffs scattered.

The teachers didn't take too long before they arrived and separated them, but Andromeda Black already had a black eye, and Ted Tonks had some ugly, bloody gashes where her curses had landed.

And they were forced to do Detention together.

They couldn't stand each other, from that point onwards. Until Andromeda started changing.

I don't think Andromeda's rebellion was loud. I think it was slow. I think she had to unlearn everything her parents had taught her, and I think at first she wasn't willing. But she was, eventually.

And she did change. She became better.

i have this au in my mind where marlene and sirius break up and marls is desperate to get rid of the feeling of sirius on her body.

she needs to physically move on, so she starts dating. and while she doesn’t sleep with every guy she goes out with, that’s her main intention.

so she hooks up with the guy who’s a bad kisser and she knows it’s gonna be bad in the sack and he is, but it’s fine because at least is not sirius.

then she goes out with the guy who only fucks her and doesn’t care for her at all and again, it’s fine, because is not sirius.

then she manages to find a more stable partner over time that’s sort of good but not really and it’s fine anyway, because is not sirius.

but then, she goes with a guy with whom she finally opens up about. they talk for hours before jumping in bed and it’s going well enough, until she realizes it feels too familiar, too comfortable, too achingly tender and she can’t quite shake the feeling off. so when it ends, she can’t get away from the guy and the situation fast enough.

and suddenly she feels grief for the first time because either she’ll never feel anything good again in her life or else she will be forever haunted by the memory of sirius mark on her when she finally does.
