I never wanted to say this, but the Spider-Man fandom has become a bad joke, there are people who do not know that Miles is the Barry Allen or the Hal Jordan of the franchise and who not only do not recognize him as Spider-Man , but they don't even recognize that it has become an unstoppable phenomenon thanks to Spider-Verse. At their farewell in ITSV, Gwen wanted to kiss Miles but she hadn't dared to do it and she realized it too late (Her lips are all puckered up)

That girl revealed in polaroid the photo she had on her cell phone and brought it with her everywhere

Every day she thought of him for a year (and i bet she even dreamed several nights of him)

She literally hallucinated with the image of Miles in the windows lmao

She dedicated songs or long drum solos to Miles, venting like mad all her frustration at not being able to be with him (Yes, that is much WORSE than the drawings)

She could no longer lead her life normally without him

Gwen didn't care that Miguel had appeared out of nowhere until she saw her interdimensional clock and automatically thought of Miles

All the while Gwen was talking about Miles with her friends

For Gwen, Miles has ALWAYS been AMAZING in her eyes.

She put THE ENTIRE MULTIVERSE at risk just to spend an afternoon with the LOVE of her LIFE, it's INSANE

Her mind is clouded every time she's with Miles and several times she just gets carried away

She got jealous as HELL because Miles had a less than 10 second conversation with another girl and dragged him off on a LEASH

And she created an ENTIRE rescue team just to save him

Yes, Gwen is definitely the biggest SIMP in the multiverse by FAR

If Miles is in love with Gwen, she is TWICE (If not TRIPLE) as MADLY in LOVE with Miles

Well, a storyboard has just been published where Gwen, at the beginning of ATSV, was going to see Miles' image, while she changed into her Peter at times, and I honestly don't know what the hell to think about this.

I mean, the first thing that crossed my mind is that, for Gwen, in this version of the storyboard, Miles is nothing more than a replacement for her Peter (Which in itself is contradictory because it is not known if Gwen even liked a little Peter), and if that were not enough, there was also the "Miguel calling" scene of the building where Gwen and Miles were originally going to say goodbye before he followed her to Pav's universe in a totally bitter way (And not exactly because of Miles).

Look, I trust that Lord and Miller are going to give us the most satisfying ending to the relationship between Gwen and Miles, but seeing as they have TOO MUCH to resolve in Beyond The Spider-Verse, along with this that was published, the thing in the next movie can turn out excellently well, or terribly badly, since they have to be very careful not to give the wrong message.

For example, I am one of those who thinks that in the BTSV epilogue, do not have Gwen go with Miles to her prom wearing the same outfit and at the same school, precisely for the same reason I just said. They can be much more creative and original than that, they can make them, for example, do a concert, or be at a meeting on the roof of Miles' house, etc.

Anyway, I want to know what you think, I really didn't like this and like the storyboard of "Miguel calling", it made me wonder what in the earth they were thinking when they did that scene.

I still remember that when I went to see ITSV in January 2019, in the scene where Gwen and Miles say goodbye, the whole theatre got more excited than usual and they started to encourage them to kiss saying "KISS, KISS, KISS" 😭🫶

Now that I look at it again that frame makes Gwen's face look a bit cursed lol

I want someone to look at me the way Gwen was looking at Miles when they see each other again after a year and four months...
