i get that people have bad experiences with teachers or the way they teach it in schools sometimes but the bad rep only makes it worse like i had a shitty music teacher and that didn't make me hate or want to stop listening to music or be nasty to people who actually decided to pick it as a career path math wants to hug you all!! i'm sorry if your teachers were shit or if your family made you feel like not being born understanding math means you're dumb but math doesn't judge you. she just wants to playyy. and you can play around a lot with whatever level of knowledge you have actually which will also help you understand and learn more btw in a more fun and effective way than just powering through 8 pages of problems while holding back tears just bc someone said you had to
