so if you've been following my page for a while then you know i've changed the entirety of my life simply using loa. in this post, i want to go over things i've spoke about on here, loa terminology, how i manifest, what i've manifested, and everything else i want you to know. i ask that you read this before ever asking me a question, because it is likely i have answered it here and will not respond to your question if it's already been answered. i will seperate this into sections so it's easier to read. you are entitled to disagree with my pov on things but please keep your responses kind and respectful. with that being said ; i hope this helps ♡

— PART 1 : what have i manifested?

p.s this is absolutely not everything, just the primary things i want to mention.

— PART 2: HOW?

the simple answer is affirmations. the long answer, is also affirmations.

no matter what method you use, you're always going to be affirming somehow. saturation tends to be my choice of affirming and i used it quite often when manifesting things that seemed "major" as it always helps me remind myself that nothing is truly out of reach or to big to manifest, even if it seems that way at first. the type of affirmations i use tended to switch based on what felt most natural to me in the moment. of course there were some affirmations that came up again and again for certain desires, but overall when affirming — especially during saturation sessions, i honestly find it fun to just go on and on about your desire in a way where you're speaking like you already have it. because you do, you're simply just reminding yourself and overpowering the thoughts that state otherwise. i believe your affirmations should always be what feels best to you. in short; choose whatever affirmations you want, because it doesn't matter really. as long as your affirmation aligns with your desire.

put it this way; if i want a tesla for my birthday which affirmation should i use? "i already have a tesla" or "i got a tesla for my birthday!" ?? the answer is either one! both align with the desire (a tesla) and you already know in the back of your head when you want it (for your birthday) so it really doesn't matter how the affirmation is formatted because either way you're telling yourself it's already yours. there isn't a cheat code of affirmations that are going to make your desires yours. whatever you believe works, works. sure — some affirmations may feel more powerful. but the truth is, you give them power. you choose what works and what doesn't. that is how my manifestations are mine. i simply decided that whatever affirmations i said in the moment, worked. and filling my mind with these affirmations only made me believe it even more.

— PART 3: SPECIFIC TERMS

there are alot of terms within the loa community that i tend to see people get confused by or not fully understand. so i want to go a bit in depth about the terms and how they are used within loa.

3D VS 4D: opinions on this always vary, in some way but the general understanding tends to be the same. the 3D is your outer world while your 4D is your inner world aka your imagination. the 3D is a mirror of the 4D with persistence. the 4D is truly the only thing that matters as anything within the 3D can change or occur according to your persistence in tbe 4D. still confused? see the post i've linked, it explains a bit more in a way i think most will be able to understand. https://www.tumblr.com/cutiescute/694055506946424832/3d-4d-and-what-happens-when-you-manifest

Revision : revision really is just another form of loa but it's usually separated when spoken about, based on the grounds that it proposes the idea of manifesting a change in a specific event or situation that has already occurred in the 3d. for example, i used revision for my grades. despite already being showed my "bad grades" by my guidence counsiler, i altered the memory of my grades being bad and erased whatever ideas my counsiler tried to put into my head — souly by assuming and repeating that my grades were perfectly fine. another example i can give you is one i've seen a lot recently but also ive used myself — revision for pets. basically, in my own experience, when my dog got sick the vet had told me she would die very soon and there wasn't necessarily any beneficial treatment we could give her. all i did, was assume the opposite and repeat to myself affirmations that firmed the belief that my dog was perfectly fine. this reflected the idea that the vet had told me that my dog was sick — rather, that the vet told me my dog was perfectly healthy and would live a long healthy life. to conclude, this all happened last year and my dog is very much still alive and healthy to this day. revision isn't that complicated and it is just another form of loa.

saturation: saturation is another popular loa method. the name kind of speaks for itself, it's basically where you spend time saturating yourself in the knowing of your desires, reminding yourself they're yours. you can do this multiple ways — affirming, scripting, visualizing, etc. do whatever feels best for you.

persisting: persisting by definition means maintaining a unwavering belief in your desired outcome regardless of external circumstances or delays. to expand, despite the circumstances in your physical reality or the fact you may start to think your desire is "taking to long" or "not here yet". this tends to be the hardest part for some people as they find trouble in not letting circumstances define your entire reality and sometimes let the thoughts of their desire taking to long, not coming or not being able to manifest due to circumstances, overpower the actual desire. this is why some choose to manifest a better self concept and utilize mental discipline to get their thoughts in check and prevent wavering. this usually helps them fully come to terms and comprehend the fact that they are the creator of their reality and absolutely limitless. Persistence is key and your outer reality will always reflect whatever desires your inner reality persists in. the more you persist in the belief that your desired is already fulfilled the more it is solidifies! persisting is truly the only thing you need when manifesting, methods like the void state, saturation and stats do give people a piece of mind, help alter their thoughts and feelings revolving around manifestation — but throughout everhthing persisting is the number one thing that makes loa, loa.

the void state: the void state is a state of pure consciousness where there is no thoughts, emotions, or physical sense — only awareness. the void state in another way for instant manifestation and most like to use it when manifesting multiple things at once or when shifting their self concept. but it is not necessary what so ever considering manifestation is also instant without the void state. the void state can be entered through affirmations, relaxation techniques such as meditation and of course — persistence.

— PART 4: COMMON QUESTIONS + CONCERNS

"can i manifest __"

yes, you are limitless. it does not matter what other people have manifested or what others think it "impossible" you create your reality. please be your own proof. don't worry about whether there are sucess stories that reflect your desires, you should be the sucess story.

"i want to manifest someone but they are a celebrity or already in a relationship, what if someone else is manifesting my desires person?"

celebrities are people to, nobody has free will in your reality and a status doesn't matter. you can meet people in the most random way possible, that includes celebrities. this also applies for 3p. (3p = 3rd person, anyone outside of you and your SP). 3p doesn't matter nor exist in your desired relationship, so why worry? you don't need to take action or try and do anything to remove 3p, all you need is the understanding that 3p does not place any limits on you and your sp's relationship. lastly — your reality is your reality and another persons is another persons. if you manifest someone, then they're yours and you won't see them with another person. and vice versa. it may be hard to understand, but reality is limitless and your reality is your reality, so don't worry about others manifestations.

"is it wrong to manifest and shift realities? can i do both? how or why is it possible to do both?"

"is it wrong to manifest __"

morals are different for everyone. if you feel something is wrong to manifest, that is your pov and shouldn't define others realities. if you feel guilty about manifesting something, think of an alternative solution. for example, if you dislike someone but feel guilty about manifesting them out of your reality, an alternative solution may be manifesting a change in their personality. always remember to stick to your own views and what will make you truly happy.

"how will my manifestation happen?"

you can either decide or just let it happen. the how doesn't necessarily matter unless you want it to matter. you can manifest something happening in a specific way or just manifest that something and let it happen however it happens. i've gotten things in absolutely random ways and i've gotten things exactly how i've imagined getting them. it's your decision, just know in the end it is yours and the way it plays out doesn't change that.

"i'm worried i'm running out of time to get my desires"

your desires are already yours. time doesn't matter when manifestation is instant. age revision (revising the age you are or the year you were born) may also be a good tool for those of you who worry about time.

"i can't stop obsessing over my desires? is it bad?"

obsessing over your desires isn't necessarily bad. a while ago i read a quote that stated "you want it so bad, because future you already has it", and i think that's the best way to put things. it's normal to feel an overwhelming sensation when thinking about your desires, it's normal to be obsessed with the idea of them... because they're already yours — you just need to understand that. obsession doesnt have to be negative. you can easily make your obsession positive. for example; when i first decided i wanted a change in my appearance, my obsession with it was somewhat negative. i kept telling myself; "these subliminals aren't working!!" "ugh nothings changed". i was very obsessed with the idea of my appearance becoming how i desired but not actually changing - therefore, my outer world reflected these constant thoughts. but overtime, i learned how to change my obsession into something more positive. instead of being obsessed with the idea of my appearance changing, i became obsessed with the end results. my thoughts changed from the ones i stated above, to things like "i am so in love with my appearance" and "wow my eyes look even bigger today than they did yesterday... they just get bigger every day" even if i occasionally thought nothing actually changed, i quickly remembered to switch back to the positives and remind myself it has changed no matter what. i didn't completely ignore my thoughts, or erase the obsession with my desires. instead, i simply switched from being obsessed with the idea - to being obsessed with the results.

"do subliminals work? how should i listen to them"

subliminals, like any other manifestation method, work if you believe they work. you can listen to them over night, while working or doing homework, while working out... literally however you want!

"how do i shift realities?" "what is reality shifting?"

— PART 5: END MESSAGE

Despite how long this is, i want you to know manifesting really isn't complicated. some of you may read this and leave with the exact same information you came in with — and if that's the case, i am begging you to GET OFF TUMBLR in the nicest way possible. you know everything and there's nothing else you need. just apply, and it will occur. stop overcomplicating things for yourself, it seems simple because it is simple. i want you to read this and know that no matter what your circumstances are, you have the power to change anything and everything and create anything and everything you want. i have said this countless times on here but my past before loa was horrible and i often used shifting as an escape from the reality i so desperately held onto. but with only loa, without any effort what so ever outside of my mind, i changed the entire path of my life and gained the beautiful simple life i didn't want to shift for. please never give up on yourself or loa. you are the creator, take notice of your power, understand it and utilize it.

GUYS I JUST FIGURED OUT INTENTION. LIKE ACTUALLY.

Every time I've tried to set intention, it's always been a "failure." It's super annoying, but I was like "what am I doing wrong?

I KNOW WHAT I WAS DOING WRONG.

Every time I've tried to shift, it's always been without actual intention. I was repeating words, but not their meanings.

What is shifting to you?

It doesn't matter why your shifting, but the emotions and thought process does. When you wake up in your DR, what will you feel? Not physically, but emotionally.

THAT IS WHAT GIVES YOUR INTENTION, YOUR WILL TO SHIFT. THAT ALONE CAN, AND WILL SHIFT YOU.

To set intention, you feel the weight of your words. Ask yourself, what do you emotionally feel about shifting? That emotion you feel, right now, in that universe, is enough to shift you. When you lay down, and close your eyes, no matter the method, when you shift, you have to think about the emotional impact you'll have waking up on your DR bed or area. Think about the feeling of your environment. How happy you'll be to feel that one thing there. And once you feel that happiness, that excitement, affirm. "I am shifting." Or, if it pleases you, say "i have already shifted." And you wanna know why that shifts you? Because your emotions are your intentions.

THIS CAN BE SAID ABOUT LITERALLY ANYTHING. TO MY CLUELESS INTENTION SHIFTERS/MANIFESTORS/LOA, KNOW YOUR INTENTION IS JUST YOUR EMOTIONS PUT INTO PRESENT TENSE.

i’ve come to realize something when it comes to people struggling with the law. it’s a sad thing, really. because i was also in your hypothetical position until today. all of your problems stem from not viewing the law for what it is; a law. you’re always over consuming and over analyzing everything about this law, because you’re genuinely so smart to not realize that it’s just as simple as the law of gravity. whatever you assume to be true will be true. PLEASE stop trying to make the law deeper than it is, because it’s not and it never will be. it’s gotten to a point where i’ve seen people ask how to assume. as if it’s not a thing we’ve been doing since birth. unconsciously manifesting up until now. listen to me; as someone who’s been in this community for almost 4 years now, and dabbled in every single interpretation known to man, trust me when i say this….you’re doing too much man LMFAOOO.

i’m not saying this to mock you, i’m saying this to hell you realize something: you’ve been doing everything BUT ASSUMING. you’ve been viewing this as a theory, looking for a reason why manifestation is instant or how shifting is possible. THEY’RE POSSIBLE BECAUSE YOU ASSUME THAT THEY ARE!! stop worrying about if your subconscious is impressed or if you’re in the state of whatever you want to be — focus on your assumptions. because, by law, you MUST experience them! it’s so stupidly simple that we just can’t help but make it difficult for ourselves! you don’t need to uncover “the key” to the law. there isn’t any. it’s like that one scene in kung fu panda where po opened the scroll to uncover the secret of being the dragon warrior (i think i haven’t watched it in years ntm)…only to find nothing on it. he realized that all it took to be a dragon warrior, was to have faith in his own abilities. he didn’t apply a secret, it was all him. all those times you successfully manifested? it wasn’t the method or that you fully “felt” something, it was your assumptions. it was all you. always have, always will be. and i understand if you’re inclined to defend something you’ve been (let’s be honest here) attached to during your journey. but realize this…it was an assumption. “states manifest” is an assumption. “dominant thoughts manifest” is an assumption. “sats makes you manifest faster” is an assumption. EVERYTHING IS AN ASSUMPTION!! get excited over this!! anything is truly possible if you truly place trust IN YOURSELF (and the law, obvi. but this is about you right now). assumptions aren’t hard to make or hold, you’re always doing it. you just have to apply it in your favor.

this is the part where i tell you what an an assumption is, so suspend your belief for a bit: an assumption is just a thought. yeah, that’s it. this can be as controversial as you can make it but….its true. i’ve learned this the extremely hard way. they’re instant to make, ask anyone to make an assumption right now and they can. hell YOU make assumptions everyday! however,the reason why not every assumption you make manifests is due to you not persisting in them. remember the law:

an assumption, although false, if persisted in, will harden into fact.

every assumption you persist in is what you MUST experience BY LAW! you see how simple it is? when you just dumb it down to the basics and go off from there? manifesting is all about changing your thoughts. by repeating (persisting) in the new ones, they will become your experience. you don’t need another blog post, you don’t need to ask another blog, it’s all the same! it’ll always be all the same! the law doesn’t care about if you “feel” your assumptions, or if you reprogrammed your subconscious. it only cares about WHAT YOU’RE PERSISTING IN! THAT’S ALL YOU’LL EVER NEED! PERSISTENCE!

now…this might be the most controversial part of this post: but i think enforcing the idea of instant manifestation being an assumption might be a fairly toxic mindset to have. i would know, because i basically searched on tumblr, twitter, reddit, youtube — you name it, i doomscrolled on it — and absolutely nothing of it made sense. i understand why people hold that belief, but it’ll only lead to more spiraling and more over consuming and more frustration. nothing is wrong with you if you didn’t see results instantly after you assumed. it doesn’t matter anyways because you don’t need proof to make an assumption. you just do. don’t take this as me saying manifesting takes a long time: it doesn’t and it never will. listen: the law is always instantly working. it doesn’t stop when you stop thinking about your desire, or when you “waver”, it keeps working all day every day no matter what you think. it took a long time for you to get what you wanted because you persisted in assumptions that implied that you didn’t have it. simple as that.

it never takes the 3d a long time to catch up. the second you assume something, it’ll immediately start moving to reflect your assumptions back to you. time doesn’t matter because once you decide it’s done, it’s done. your word is what goes! everything is an assumption! that’s why it’s important to stay consistent with your new assumptions; so the ones that you want show up in your life! instant manifestation isn’t based on how fast your assumptions show up, it’s based on how fast the law will start producing your new assumptions the second you decide to settle for them. if they show up is dependent on if you PERSIST. it’s not a hard concept to grasp, as long as you hold onto that assumption; you will experience it. period. the law doesn’t pick and choose, and it definitely doesn’t pause. focus on what you’re assuming and stick to what you want.

truly see your assumptions as facts (cause they are) and they’ll unfold so fast that you didn’t even see them coming. JUST STOP GETTING IN YOUR OWN BY THINKING YOU DID SOMETHING WRONG!! the law is natural, so treat it that way and not like a magic trick! normalize it because it’s just a part of your life! mystifying it to the point where you beat yourself to live up to an unnatural standard is not healthy and i wish yall understood that! it’s not your assumption of manifesting instantly that causes you to get fast results, it’s your persistence in new assumptions that does. so focus on persisting in your new assumption and let the law do it’s thing PLEASE 😭

before you jump me, i want to ask you this: did you ever worry about if your negative assumptions manifested quick enough? did you ever worry about feeling those assumptions to be done? did you ever freak out if you had a positive thought, ruining the assumption you held? did you ever micromanage your mind to make sure you were being the version of you who was in a shitty situation? i’m guessing that the answer is no. at the end of the day, you can’t get away from your mind. no matter how hard you try to delude yourself into thinking that’s the case. stop applying pressure onto yourself due to “applying” a bunch of different things that are irrelevant. the law is a law, no matter what you do you cannot escape it or modify it. if you “failed” it’s due to your lack of persistence, which stems from your lack of understanding of the law. don’t get mad at not getting an answer if you refuse to complete the equation 🤷🏾‍♀️ you can delude yourself into thinking that’s there’s something more to do, or a step you can skip when there isn’t. do some spring cleaning in your mind. self regulate. practice assuming things that favor you despite “not seeing” anything. whatever is in the 3d right now is OLD NEWS! treat it as such and stand firm in your mind. in adapt this as your lifestyle and watch everything shift because of you!

stop treating the law like it’s a possibility. stop treating manifestation like a test you need to study for in order for you to apply. stop thinking that you’re in the middle of the process of “creating an assumption” because you’re NOT! stop following made up rules, or making them up. you know what to do. APPLY! BECAUSE THE LAW IS A GUARANTEE, NOT A POSSIBILITY!

when people say "ignore the 3D" i always noticed how they just didn't elaborate, and for a long time that frustrated me to the point where i would avoid practicing loa because i didn't understand it and not one person would explain it in a way that made sense to me. im the type of person that needs things spelled out in a more detailed, realistic way, while most posts talkng about loa and manifestation are more abstract and conceptual. im not saying this is a bad thing, its just a different way to explain the law that makes sense to some but not to others.

so, now that i finally understand loa, im gonna explain it in a way that i wish someone would have done for me lmao

ignoring the 3D doesnt mean to stop living in your cr, to stop functioning and shut down, ignoring all responsibilities. it means to look at the outer world and accept it as the reality your PAST thoughts created. your PAST assumptions. reality has a bit of a delay for a lot of people (not all, but i've seen a great majority of people talk about how they struggle with it), in the sense that when affirming that they have their dream life or they've shifted, its not instantaneous like a lot of posts say it should be.

this delay reminds me of how light takes time to reach the earth. there are stars that are so far away from us, that when we look at them, we're seeing them YEARS in the past, probably centuries. the light of our own sun takes 8 minutes to reach us. when we see the sun, we're seeing what it looked like 8 minutes ago. there is a delay in what you see, but that doesn't mean that what you WANT to see isnt coming.

ignoring the 3D simply means that you see the reality around you, and you calmly accept that it's what your PREVIOUS assumptions created, and you continue to focus on affirming. intrusive thoughts going "but where is it? why isnt it here yet????" IGNORE THEM. shake your head like an etch a sketch and persist in affirming. live in the end, as in assume you already have it, and act as such.

ignore the 3D as in realizing that reality is created by you and your dominant subconscious thoughts, and is waaaaayyyyyyy more malleable than you first thought. nothing is set in stone, reality is fluid and ever changing.

You are afraid of success

Because failure is much more validating. Failure will pat you on the back and say, "maybe next time, hun", it will feed you anticipation and that flutter of trepidation in your chest when you think of success, it will make you feel comfortable in that bog you settled in.

The illusion of productivity keeps you in that mindset and prevents you from facing this fear. It keeps you feeling busy so you don't feel bad about being stagnant. It tells you you're walking in strides while you actually stand still, avoiding the discomfort of fully committing to success. Just like buying a dozen of fancy pens and notebooks instead of writing a book, you busy yourself with useless tasks that keep you from actually applying.

You can shift and manifest with just an intention and without any effort, but some of you are afraid of accepting even that. Just another script for my another DR, just another playlist with dozens of subliminals (do you even listen to them more than twice before creating a new one?), just another small "check" before a big manifestation, just another hour of reading through Tumblr/Pinterest/Reddit/TikTok posts and success stories, just another pile of photographed and screenshotted angel numbers. Are you not tired?

Shifting and manifesting are mundane and trivial to the point of being innate to you. If you have an apple in your hand, do you daydream about it? Do you create playlists named "🐁 🎀 𝐼 𝒽𝒶𝓋𝑒 𝒶𝓃 𝒶𝓅𝓅𝓁𝑒 🎀 🐁"? Do you buy a special knife that you proudly call "my apple knife"? Do you create moodboards for this apple? No, if you want an apple and you have it, you bite it.

You already have and know everything there is to know, and nothing will happen unless you actually start applying. You may know that only intention works, but did you internalize this knowledge? A lot of you throw fancy manifesting lingo while still persisting in the state of lack. Remembering and knowing is not the same as applying. Don't let this mistake keep you on Shiftblr until 2030.

soo it's been a while since i've been on here! ik, this is a collab post i've been meaning to write for a bit and it wasn't until i had a pretty nice conversation with a friend of mine @piercedblunt that i figured something pretty neat out?

States Are Just A Mindset

You read the title. I know. Before the cancelling comes in, before you type that “you don’t know the law! States isn’t a method” comment, listen. Sit down and listen, sweetheart.

Before the cancelling comes in, before you type that “you don’t know the law! States isn’t a method” comment, listen. Sit down and listen, sweetheart. Whenever you start your LOA journey, embrace it. Be proud of yourself for learning about the law, reading source, asking questions, joining LOA Tumblr or LOAtwt. Now, I won’t say that you need to “forget what you know” this is not that type of post, it’s one of love, otherwise, I wouldn’t have made it. Wherever you are in your LOA journey, be proud of it. 

I needed to hear this for myself, too.

Think about states, how you get into one, how you embody it, and what you do to feel it. How does it feel to you to have that knowledge, freeing, right? I felt that too. When I started my LOA journey, I started on Twitter of all places (I know, shocking). I read source since everyone else was, did whatever was being thrown around as buzzwords and a daily thread read just to satiate myself, thinking that it would help free me. Eventually, I made this account and here we are today. 

Think about how we’ve been told to embody a state: A. figure out what you want

B. decide it’s yours using techniques/deciding

C. persist as it happens

States freed me in a way, it did, it really did! States made me learn about my true power, who I am as an individual and who I can choose to be whenever I wanted to. It felt great! It felt amazing to know the power I had, to change myself. However, it took a turn when I stopped. I stopped relying on states, on source, on the law. I was tired of it, I was tired of myself, and so, I stopped. However, over the past year, I stopped using states as I started university, I found a job, I went through a life changing experience in my life that really screwed me over in every way possible. So, for comfort, I went back. I went back to twitter to search for answers for a law I had forgotten. I forgot source, I was put under circumstances that made me lose my mind over how to find peace. I craved the peace I once found under the law. So, I kept trying. You might be wondering, “states doesn’t mean you’re trying! You’re not trying to manifest!” I know. Under what I was working with, it felt like it. It felt weird trying to do something you once loved so dearly, only to see it crumble when you thought you had the hang of it again. So, I stopped again. 

It wasn’t until recently, a week ago that I truly understood the cycle I was in. With my circumstances, with the world around me, I hated it. 

I hated interacting with the 3D knowing the change I had made. I hated how I’d overconsume on the same cycle of information over and over again. 

I hated how nothing was changing. Again, you might be thinking, “you didn’t use states properly! States isn’t about the 3D! It never has been!” I’ll get to that. What are we doing this for? To feel fulfilled, right? To feel like we have what we want, to genuinely experience whatever we desire, to our heart's content, to that, I don’t disagree, I never have! I do agree that you should feel everything that your heart desires. 

I read every thread imaginable, every blog post, every piece of source material, even tested it out like I used to back when I first got into states, but I didn’t feel the same? I didn’t feel powerful, I felt defeated.

HOW I FIGURED IT OUT: It came to me after a week of anxiety, this past week I felt MISERABLE trying to manifest. I was in my desired states, I did what I used to to get into them, but I still felt something? It felt like something was missing. 

I felt doubt and anxiety.

I felt FEAR.

I felt scared. I had never EVER felt scared using the law So why? Why was now the time when I did?

I know what you’re thinking, now you might think “Kaeya, you didn’t fulfill yourself sweetie that’s why. You need to go back to the state to make it natural, to feel it’s reality only in imagination since that’s the true reality!” But I  did! every waking moment! From the moment i woke up, the moment i commuted to and from a uni i didn’t wanna be in! Whenever I thought about it, whenever it came up in conversation, whenever I “let my emotions out” and afterwards! whenever I saw something in 3D that I didn’t want, I fulfilled myself by going back to my visuals (as they used to help me to manifest and feel the reality of imagination) and inner convos.

So why didn’t I see my manifestation? I fulfilled myself? i decided i had it! i didn’t “try”, I felt as if in imagination. To this, you’ll probably think, “Kaeya, you don’t need to believe it in the 3D, just in imagination” I did! I really did! 

So why was I still miserable? Why did I still feel anxious? Why did I feel like I didn’t change? Even though I didn’t focus on the technique, but the feeling? I felt like it already happened! I felt how it would feel months from now! Why didn’t I still feel secure? Why was I still overconsuming? Heck, even when I wasn’t, why did I not feel fulfilled even though I decided I had what I want? Even though I persisted, why did I not see a change in my outer world? Why did I not see a change in movement? I dwelled in my states when I saw it fit, I returned to it because I felt fulfilled. So why? It’s because I didn’t change. This clicked with me when I remembered ALL the information I had been overconsuming for the past week. All the blogs I read, all the threads I went back to when I was anxious and stressed. All of it. 

Something that never truly ever sat right with me was “persisting”. Yeah, go ahead, the block button is right there. I never really understood dwelling states, or why returning to it equalled to fulfillment which then equalled our manifestation in the 3D. I always did what I needed to, felt the relief but there was always this nagging feeling in my chest and in the back of my head that went, “now what? :/” Now what? It becomes a part of your identity. 

Think about it, in every way possible. A mindset switch equals to that mindset now being part of your identity. 

Another thing, I never really understood why people said that you should focus on the state. Like, it was always “it’s not the technique or method you use, but the state!” But if you look at it, since when did getting what you want covered every ground of that desire? Think of it this way, you got your sp, but are they treating you right? You got the car, you know how to maintain it? You got the grade, but do you know how to sustain it? You got the perfect skin, do you know how you’re going to keep it up? Perfect body, how are you going to keep it “perfect”? You might think, “Kaeya, that’s not our job to think about, stop limiting us!”. Ask yourself, how long has that thing you wanted stayed for? That person you oh so wanted, are they still with you? Treating you right? Is that car in working order? Are those grades always an A+? See what I mean? Does being in a “state” cover all those bases? Give you that security? You got the SP! But are you being treated like VIP? Are you being treated like a god/goddess/royalty? Are you expecting the best for yourself? Or are you expecting the opposite? Do you expect to be dumped again? Do you expect that it won’t last long? That your SP will react like they did when you two went through no contact or that break up? That argument?

Your mindset covers it all! See it as part of your identity!

If you’re already someone who is in a healthy, committed relationship, you’re obviously going to have thoughts and feelings correlated to being loved, secure, chosen, wanted and all. 

If you’re already someone who is an intelligent student, you’d be secure in your intelligence, your productivity strategies, your routines, your hobbies, habits, you’d feel proud of your intelligence, etc. 

If you’re already wealthy, and you see a bad worth $1000, you’d probably think to yourself “that’s not too bad!” or “cute bag, i’ll buy it!” you EXPECT that from yourself because you’re secure in knowing that you’re wealthy. 

Screw wealth for a second, place anything you want there, your standards and expectations change as your mindset does, see that as an indicator of what you need to change (aka, what you need to get more comfortable with). WHAT I LEARNED: 

Persisting isn’t forcing yourself to do methods to get something on the outside, nor is it always bringing yourself fulfillment 24/7 by thinking of it or going back to that knowing, why would you when you’re consciousness? Would consciousness/god repeat it to themselves? That they got what they wanted all the time? Stop limiting consciousness babe. The reason you do it is to become more comfortable with a new mindset, one that you have decided to be in, one that YOU chose for yourself because you see that change being with you for a part of your life. 

You can’t serve two masters - you can’t be your desired mindset and the opposite of it at the same time, ofc you’ll feel like shit. Take the example of someone who has endless opportunities, whether for a job, money, growth, romance, or whatever. It all comes from a mindset first, one where opportunities feel endless to them, as success does. It also comes from the knowing that “opportunities come to them easily” or something of the sort. In the mindset/state/identity you’re in now (don’t lie to yourself, even if it’s a “negative” one or one not desired) try to place yourself in that state, the state of being someone with endless opportunities. Try it from the angle of someone who isn’t that successful, see it from that lens. See how it’s so much harder for you to see yourself as someone who has those opportunities when you’re not in the same mindset? Try it out for any other thing, or maybe something you desire! Put yourself in a state of trying, and try to be that person. You won’t be able to - you can’t serve two masters. You can’t be in two (usually opposing) mindsets at the same time. Doubts, emotions, thoughts of the negative sort don’t matter - if you’re already secure in that identity, why would it? How would saltwater take it away? How will ranting to your friends about how you feel take away your mindset? Something YOU have created? Your mindset and identity mean the same thing, which is also why it’s okay to “fall out of it” or “forget” because you can’t lose it, it all comes down to who you’re being/identifying with. Thoughts never mattered either because you can only experience the mindset that you’re most comfortable in and maintained. ONLY AND ONLY if you start to adapt whatever thought patterns or feelings you had that made you question that mindset you mentioned and you sustain it (identify as that person), it’ll be pushed out. 

Detachment - be so honest with yourself babe, you would not be so hung up on your desire if you had it already. Genuinely, be honest with yourself and ask yourself, “would I be thinking about this 24/7?”” chances are no. The mistake I made over the past few months was thinking I had to always think about it, always be in a state, always remind myself of my state. No shit I felt awful, I was forcing stuff that I wouldn’t be doing. I’m not telling you to forget about your desire, in fact, keep it in the back of your mind, but don’t make it ALL you think about for the entire day. Another thing, the “3D” is just you, you can’t really detach from yourself, stop trying to separate something you see outside of you and whatever is going on within, so just detach from this hardcore attachment you have with “wanting something” outside of you. Another thing, whatever I stated above of doubts, emotions, thoughts - they’re all part of the “3D” so it doesn’t really matter, you put the meaning on it, so you can literally decide that you’re not attached to anything. “3D” is neutral - I used to forget this SO dang often, still have my moments ngl. The only issue I saw with this was seeing the “3D” including my thoughts, emotions and feelings as something that I HAD to experience, because of the beliefs I carried in the state. It was a perception! States are also just perceptions, so I always thought that whatever I experienced, even if those were negative emotions/thoughts = would get thrown out in the 3D, and it did because that was what I assumed. The issue I saw with this was that I was CONSTANTLY attaching a random story to whatever I felt. Had a random thought? That meant I wasn’t in the state. Felt anxious” That meant I wasn’t in the state, I had to go back to it, when I didn’t have to. I always forgot that there is no true meaning to the 3D, that was also why everything is just a perception. The reason loa influencers and Neville said that the outer world has no meaning is because it genuinely doesn’t! YOU’RE THE ONE GIVING IT REALITY, by expecting and assuming something that isn’t part of that mindset! Stop letting your ego try to put limits on you by understanding that whatever you experience, feeling wise, thought wise or even if you spiral, you’ll need to practice neutrality at some point. This entire section was based on Jani’s thread I read on twt which I will link here. If you’re an intelligent, straight a student = you’re not scared of failing, you don’t EXPECT that. even if you do, that isn’t permanent because you KNOW it isn’t. 

If you’re someone in a happy relationship = you’re secure in it, you’re NATURALLY gonna feel loved, chosen, secure, safe. If you’re already someone who is wealthy and experiences opportunities - you EXPECT it. Why else do you think Abdullah told Neville that he already went to Barbados and he went first class? He was in a mindset where he thought of the best case scenarios! He was teaching Neville how to use a state/mindset to his advantage! He told Neville to expect the best. If Abdullah wanted to, he could have been fine with Neville going to Barbados in third class, why didn’t he? BECAUSE HE ALWAYS EXPECTED THE BEST! He wanted Neville to expect the best! Have the best standards! 

the keyword here - what are you expecting? what are your standards?

see that as an indicator. Take a relationship for example, if you’re in a healthy relationship and feel “opposite” shifts in yourself via thoughts, feelings or actions, you’re usually gonna be reminded naturally of what you own, of the mindset you’re in. That’s something you remind yourself of NATURALLY because that’s the mindset you’re in, that’s the one you’re most COMFORTABLE in. If you’re in a relationship w the love of your life - your standards will match whoever that is. Whatever that looks like to you, your expectations match that. 

You CANNOT look at your healthy relationship and see a cheater unless you change your mindset and think/assume that your person is one. If you’re in a healthy relationship, you expect things REVOLVING around it. You CANNOT look at your stellar grades and see yourself as failing unless you assume so! unless you do things that make things go that way! Even if you do, let’s say you fail a test or something and think “omg what if I fail this semester because I failed this test? :0” you’ll only see it only as something that can HAPPEN, a mere POSSIBILITY if you allow it. Which your mindset won’t allow since you’re secure in knowing you’re not failing. However, IF you have a mindset shift from what comes with it (say you stop going to class, stop doing your work, stop doing things that made you feel like that top student)

Which is also why you shouldn’t be so dang hard on yourself whenever you do “fall out” of a mindset or are scared of what you got outside of you. Lets keep the student example going. -> you fail a test, cry, react 

-> if you choose to, you can continue being a student who failed that test, make it your whole identity. 

OR 

-> you can see it as “alright, i didn’t do so well on this test, but i know there’s gonna be more out there.” (credit to Jani for the student analogy) 

See the difference between the two? It’s all in the mindset. HOW DO WE CHANGE OUR MINDSET? 

By coming up with assumptions that you would assume if you had what you wanted - Jay 

By actually expecting what YOU would expect had you had what you wanted. What would your standards and expectations be? A FINAL EXAMPLE TO WRAP IT ALL UP: You’re in a relationship with the love of your life. You two have the healthiest relationship possible, open communication, boundaries are set, date nights galore, etc. One day, you two you two have a discussion about something that ticked you two off. Knowing the patterns you two have gone through, you expect that things will work out as you two communicate openly, respecting each others boundaries and understanding each others perspectives. You expect that you and your partner will make things up, because you always do. You have a rule set in place that you two never go to bed angry/upset and try to do so accordingly. You expect that the two of you will release your emotions healthily, that you two can reminisce about this on the next date night. OR You could use what ticked you off and argue, one of you decides to not stay at home as distance is what you need (fair). You think that because you two argued that your partner doesn’t want you anymore, that they’re cheating, that some problems are always in your way that never get resolved. The more you sit with this, the more you think that you two will go into no contact or break up. HOWEVER, knowing you two fought, maybe, lets say for a split second you DO forget the rule you two placed, that you’re so up in your emotions that you just don’t want to talk to them for the next week (also fair). Once you’re calmer and ready to talk (maybe a few hours or weeks later), you two do talk it out, you make up, and you’re back to that healthy relationship. Apply this for anything, not just a relationship.

Now that I've said my part, here's Jay's POV!

hiii everyoneeee! it’s me. jay piercedblunt. collabing with kaeya on this post because of countless convos we’ve had in regards to this topic. now, you all know how i’m open with my mistakes in regards to the law. for good reason too. because i know how the majority of y’all put us in a pedestal, without realizing that we’re on this journey with you!! It’s okay to make mistakes, they help you realize what you were doing wrong and grow for the better! with that being said. let’s get into it. MY BIGGEST MISTAKE:

for the LONGEST time i just thought that returning to my desired state persistently is all that was needed to manifest. my negative thoughts didn’t matter because as long as i “focus on the state” (keep it in my field of awareness) everything will flow in naturally! because the whole point of the law is to feel fulfilled and satisfied within!!! . . . it’s not LMAO.

yeah hate to break it to you but forcing yourself to imagine something in order to “feel good” isn’t enough to change your state. never was, never will be. I’m not pulling this out of my ass, either. all the times that i’ve “applied” were just me forcing myself to imagine something to feel good and persist in that…only to get movement and not the final product LMFAOOO. which hurt my heart SO BAD because i was putting all this mental work in for BREADCRUMBS?? FOR NOTHING?? the latest proof of that left me genuinely heartbroken. i took a step back to process what i was doing and why things turned out they did. after i did, i finally realized what was i doing this whole time: i was trying too hard to make my state natural. YEAH PLOT TWIST LMAOOO. hurts my ego to admit it, but it’s the truth. honestly, i’m glad i came to this conclusion. This thought process kept me in such a slump. it was so toxic that i legitimately felt SICK, dude. It was like i was driving myself crazy by the minute. all of this imaging, all of this satisfaction, just lead to me to the same spot i was before mentally. “just accept you have it in imagination!” “fulfill yourself to change self!!” “be it!” okay yeah but how?? how on earth was i supposed to assume i am who i wanted to be without feeling like i’m being…delusional?! on my quest to find an answer, i was just met with nothing burgers, and parroted phrases instead of intentional sharing of knowledge. the answer right in front of my face: my mindset.

what states actually are: let’s de-mystify states a bit. states aren’t labels that you assume once and then you magically become it after assuming it a few times. states aren’t “full packages”. states are mindsets. you’re always embodying a mindset. your mindset of love could be different from your mindset of money! states consist of whatever assumptions you’re holding to sustain it! remember, whatever you decide to be true is an assumption! choose wisely, though. because everything in your 3d is you pushed out. your imagination is so powerful to where it always pushes out the state you’re maintaining!  you rely on your mindset more than you do your own 3d. so use it to your advantage and maintain a mindset that'll serve YOU. see it like this: change your mindset -> change your life

this is why your intrusive/negative thoughts, and thoughts in general, don’t manifest. it’s always your state, your MINDSET, that gets pushed. thats what always prevails. unless you’re consciously holding onto those thoughts and start assuming them, it’ll affect your state, causing an unwanted ripple effect. let them pass, and consciously decide to return to your new mindset. they’re powerless compared to you. you don’t want something, you want a new mindset. you want to think AS the person who has it. You can java what you want but not fully enjoy it because you’re too busy dwelling in a mindset that doesn't serve you anymore!! now, don’t take this as me saying you’re not supposed to do anything period. you should put in a little bit more effort into inner work rather than outer work. you’re not trying to make anything happen. all you’re doing is sustaining this state until you get used to it. don’t worry about the 3d, it’ll do its job when you do yours. you’re not enemies, you’re a team. MISCONCEPTIONS “you just have to hop right back into the state by saying an i am statement!” well, while that can satisfy your want to embody a state, it’s not enough. If you really want to change which state you’re comfortable in, you need to come up with assumptions that you can dwell on in order to make being in that state more enjoyable. for example: you can’t assume that you’re rich while simultaneously being cautious with your money cause you might “run out”. when i tell you to assume a new state, assume EVERYTHING YOU WANT to include with it “you don’t need to put in any effort” yes, you do. you can’t just assume a bunch of things and go looking for it the next day. put in some effort in MAINTAINING that new state. idc how you imagine, come up with what you want to assume and return to it. whatever you dwell on AIDS in sustaining your desired state. dwelling on imaginings = sustaining a mindset = assumption. for now, you’re seeing the opposite. but deep down, you know that it’s not the case. you don’t see yourself that way. you know what’s the truth. i mean, you wouldn’t doubt yourself, would you? your mindset is the only thing you need to rely on, because you know you’ll be proven right. you don’t need to force yourself to dwell in your new imaginings 24/7. 

your ONLY responsibility is maintaining the mindset of having what you want already, by imagining what you want and return to it, every time you think of it, until you get used to it. that’s all.

HOW TO APPLY?

figure out what you want: be precise in what you want so you can appropriately assume what you’d like to add to your new mindset. 

decide: now that you figured that out, decide that’s who you are now and start assuming your new mindset. maintaining it is your only responsibility. remember, your mindset determines your experience!!

persist: the most crucial step. no, i don’t mean “saturate your mind” unless you want to in order to sustain your state. persisting in being is sustaining your new mindset. when you think of your desire, go imagine with the intention of embodying your desired state to maintain it. DO NOT PERSIST TO “MAKE” A NEW STATE. you’re doing this to get used to it. you’re getting comfortable with this new state, it’s awkward shifting into a new mental space instantly.  creation is finished, remember? what else is there to do but get comfortable within said space? persist to get used to it.

THE PAST, and a CONCLUSION. Knowing all of this I’m NOT saying that you have manifested things like mental health struggles, trauma, abusive relationships and situations - that is NEVER your fault. Those are not my intentions with this blog. If you think that’s the case, please go wash your face with some ice water and stop being insensitive. 

What I mean to say is that if your mental health isn’t where you want to be, that doesn’t automatically equal to that SP being a cheater or you feeling like you’ve failed. In fact, it’s the exact opposite, you have the freedom to know that those thoughts aren’t all you of which that you are. Those negative feelings, those thoughts, the past, your circumstances are not you. That isn’t what your mindset is. Even if you do think so, or are still confused, beating yourself up over a so-called “hurdle”, grant yourself the ultimate gift of forgiveness. 

Forgiveness is hard, it’s not meant to be an easy task, however, it means that you’re willing to let go of the hold your past has had on you, you’re willing to let go of the hurt you felt, you’re letting go of those grudges, the pain, everything. By forgiving yourself of the past, circumstances, those who have done you wrong you will feel so much better and more secure in yourself. 

Plus, isn’t it better to have a loving growth mindset than a spiteful one. Treat yourself with love, as that is who you are at your core. You would not want to change if you didn’t love. You would not want to move onto something better if it weren’t for love. So choose love, for yourself.  learn from my mistakes, and understand that your mindset is the blueprint for everything. it’ll always be what is pushed out into your 3d. this isn’t the law of affirmations, or the law of feeling good, this is the law of assumption. assume your new mindset and nurture it.  that’s what you were put on this earth to do. giving yourself the best mindset you can imagine (heh, get it) and live out the harvest of it. you found out about this law because you don’t deserve to live in desire! you deserve good things! ditch your old mindset, it doesn’t serve you anymore. embrace the new one with open arms and allow it to become a part of you. As we already know, you are not your physical self. It is a part of your experience, sure. It gives you a face and an identity for your current reality. However, there is so much more to you that you cannot see. Your conscious mind, your subconscious. Your awareness, your higher self. All of it is you, and the physical plays according to the rules you set for it.

You have access to infinite information, infinite experiences. You can write the list for things you desire to experience, and your physical has to conform to it. It could not exist if you decided not to perceive it. The physical reality is only real because you choose to observe it. You could live on as pure consciousness, but the physical reality would not exist, because there wouldn’t be a projector anymore. Its screen would be left blank.

Realize this, and remember it when you start having doubts. No matter what you see, it doesn’t have to be the way it is. You can choose to perceive it differently or stop observing it at all. You can choose a different experience for yourself instantly. You don’t need to detach yourself from the physical, at least not in the way you are often told. There is no need to ignore the physical reality.

Simply remember how infinity lies within you. How you have access to it so easily and naturally. How there’s so much more to you than what you can physically see and feel. You are an endless, powerful being. Remember that.

Leave the world alone and change your conceptions of yourself. ❞ To change conceptions of yourself, all you have to do is stop identifying yourself as the undesired, and start identifying yourself as the desired. There are many methods, techniques, etc. out there that can help you with changing your self concept, such as visualization, commanding your subconscious, etc. It all works, but in this post, I‘ll only cover,

𝟏. Identify negative / limiting assumptions you hold

𝟐. Flip those limiting beliefs to positive ones

𝟑. Affirm the positive ones and don‘t return to the old story

What assumptions do you have right now that do not benefit you? Flip those negative assumptions to positive ones, then from now on, have thoughts that imply that positive assumption as a fact & persist. Something I‘d like to note is that you do not have to affirm every second, 24/7. You can if you‘d like though! You just need to affirm whenever thoughts regarding whatever it is about your self concept that you‘re changing pops up. Keep in mind you do not have to believe in your affirmations, because they will harden into fact anyway.

𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄:

The world is against me -> The world is on my side

… Jonathan assumes the world is against him, which results in people treating him like shit and him having bad luck. To change this assumption, he changes his thoughts. He stops having thoughts that imply the world is against him and he basically keeps his thoughts in check. With persistence, his assumption changed and now the world is on his side.

To maintain your new and improved self concept, all you do is persist in the new story (new story = good self concept) and give no power to the old story (old story = bad self concept). This just means to persist in dominantly having thoughts that imply your self concept is perfect. I know sometimes we slip up or get intrusive thoughts. It is okay to slip up a few times, as long as you are dominantly thinking in having what you want. If you get unwanted thoughts, then something that helps is interrupting those type of thoughts. For example:

If you need motivation, Neville Goddard books are truly motivational reads, as they are full of success stories and inspiration. You can also read success stories on Tumblr or any other trusted loa site. One tip I have for motivation is to keep a list of all your success stories, no matter how “big” or “small,” then read that list whenever you feel low about manifesting.

❥ my self concept is perfect in all aspects. I know I am the creator, the God, the source and I know I am limitless. I see myself in such a godly light and so do others, which is why others can‘t help but treat me like a God / Goddess. Not only that, but everything I desire, desires me more. My desires are extremely attracted to me; In fact, anything good is attracted to me, like a moth to a flame. I love life because life treats me extremely well. Life treats me like how someone would to their first love or to a desert rose. I am also protected, as everything always goes my way and works out in my favor. And of course, manifesting is so easy. I manifest anything I desire instantly and effortlessly. I don‘t care about the 3D. The 3D doesn‘t affect me, as I know it is malleable and not set in stone. I am brazenly imprudent; I don‘t take no as an answer. I only get what I want and better. I always win, never lose. I already have all my desires.

For example, I‘ll write down self concept affirmations, then title it “star list” and affirm “I have everything on star list” — that way, I don‘t have to affirm for every single self concept affirmation.

𝐓𝐈𝐏 🏷 Use sleep to your advantage! When you wake up and while you fall asleep, you are in SATs, which is extremely useful to affirm in. I suggest that you affirm right when you wake up and as you fall asleep. Works like a charm.

I. Introduction ✧

Hello, my loves! This guide will help YOU become the person you have always dreamt of being as the starring role of your reality. We’re going to cover so much so I hope you’re ready to bid farewell to the person you used to be and get ready to transform into the most desirable version of yourself yet. Whether you aspire to be an it girl, it boy, it person or it god, whatever your preferred title is, if you desire to be other than what you currently are, this guide is for you.

Note: this was written through a law of assumption lens so if you’re looking for a glow up post that tells you to eat fruit and cut off toxic people this is not the one. If you haven’t read my guide about the law of assumption or are new to it I strongly recommend you read that one first before reading further, as everything written later on will make much more sense that way.

A. What’s to come.

The comprehensive purpose of this guide is to help you become the person you have always dreamt of being and to remind you that you no longer need to be unhappy with who you are because you get to create your own reality, meaning that you get to define yourself. Not your environment, not your peers, you. Your upbringing may have persuaded you of the fact that you are undeserving of anything you could ever desire, but you don’t need to go another day feeling insecure, unloved and miserable. Life is your creation. The days of you being confined to the image others have imposed unto you are a thing of the past now.  I don’t know who you were before you opened this guide but that person isn’t you anymore. From this point on, you have been an icon from BIRTH.

B. Breaking down the terms “iconic” and “it”.

Before we start, let’s define what an iconic it girl is first.

To be iconic means to be impactful. What makes an icon an icon is the fact that they don’t live up to standards or expectations because they live by their own rules and are not afraid to deviate from the conventional. The difference between an icon and a non-icon is that icons aren’t all talk, they ARE about it. 

“It” refers to a prominent and commendable quality in an individual that evokes intrigue and admiration, especially one that makes said individual spectacular or exceptional. The it factor is subjective because different qualities instigate intrigue across different people. In the case of this guide, the IT factor will ultimately be up to you to define.

If we fuse both terms together with the law of assumption in mind, an iconic it girl is one who’s in total control of her reality. She’s a sovereign, she’s above everything and everyone and nothing can cause her to waver in her conviction. She’s the center of the universe and nothing can ever challenge that thought in her head. She calls the shots and she does what she wants. An iconic it girl is a trend setter. She doesn’t follow trends nor standards, she creates them. Nobody tells her what she can or can’t do and nobody tells her who she is because she has an established conception of herself.

C. Why be an it girl?

It girls tend to be the girls you either want to be or be with because they seem to have it all: wealth, beauty, sex appeal, allure, social circle, relationship, achievements and/or an interesting lifestyle. You see these girls on social media and you covet the lives they lead but you feel suppressed by your current circumstances because reality conditions your desires. If you want to change your appearance, you must be rich and if you want to be rich, you must work hard. If you want to be extroverted, you must change your personality and if you want to change your personality, you must step out of your comfort zone. That’s the reality of life because life operates by logic. But, guess what? You are not limited to what we once accepted to be the “reality of life”. We are infinite beings capable of everything we could ever desire in this world. Anything someone else is or has can also be you/rs and in this guide I’ll explain how you can.

Now that we have established what an iconic it girl is and why we can aspire to be one, we will now proceed with HOW to do it and more importantly, where it all starts.

II. Conception ✧ of self.

“It is our conception of ourselves which frees or constrains us.” - No One To Change But Self

Self concept is how you see yourself in relation to the world and how you see the world in relation to you. All the assumptions you carry about the two comprise your conception of self, which as a result fashions the experiences you have in your world. From the way people treat you to the way you treat yourself, all of it has originated from your assumptions which harvested your state which has become part of your consciousness (what you know to be a fact at this very moment). Whether your goal is to manifest being an it girl or anything else, it always goes back to changing your self concept first, which is nothing more than a state.

A state is an attitude of mind comprised of beliefs (assumptions) and when we desire to change our self concept, we adjust our state of consciousness. You may not feel exceptional nor as if you have the it factor as of right now and that is credited to the contents of your state of consciousness. If you want to become an iconic it girl, you must first change your state into one of an it girl. How do you change states? Through feeling, by I AM.

A. I AM.

“I AM wealthy, poor, healthy, sick, free, confined were first of all impressions or conditions felt before they became visible expressions. Your world is your consciousness objectified. Waste no time trying to change the outside; change the within or the impression; and the without or expression will take care of itself. When the truth of this statement dawns upon you, you will know that you have found the lost word or the key to every door. I AM (your consciousness) is the magical lost word which was made flesh in the likeness of that which you are conscious of being.”- Your Faith Is Your Fortune Ch. 6

I AM is a declaration of self through what you are aware of being. You are incapable of speaking about yourself unless your statement begins with I AM. Manifesting becoming an it girl is not about acquiring something, it is about being the person who has that something through whatever comes after I AM:

I have money -> I AM [in the state of being] wealthy

I have perfect grades -> I AM [conscious of being] a stellar student

I have a partner -> I AM in a relationship

Everyone is you pushed out accounts for the notion that whatever we think or assume of ourselves is pushed out into the world and reflected back to us. This means that the people around you will see you the way you see yourself and treat you accordingly. We manifest 24/7 through our established assumptions, so whether you have accepted as a fact that you are loved by everyone you meet or you aren’t very likable, your circumstances will evince that. However, that is not to say you are not entitled to feel upset when someone disrespects you. Although this may be a difficult truth to accept, the purpose of acceptance of it is to feel and realize that we are above what people say or how they treat us rather than to feel inferior because of it. So, how do we take this concept into consideration when we aim to become an it girl? We simply accept it as yet another facet of our realities that we are in control of. How do you get people to stop seeing you as the person you no longer want to be anymore? By changing self first. When you begin to see yourself as an it girl, the world will see you as one as well.

Imagination is the actual habitation of every created thing. No matter what you see in the world, it springs from your imagination. So that's where you go, that's the workshop, the garden of God.” - The Pruning Shears of Revision

A wonderfully comforting aspect of the law of assumption is that we all possess the inalienable gift that is to be able to grant upon ourselves whatever it is we desire to have, do or be. No matter what it is that you want, be it factual or fictional, existent or nonexistent, you can have anything. It is possible to become the person you have always wanted to be due to the lack of limitations in imagination. If you can think it, you can become it. Whether you desire to look like someone, have a relationship that mirrors the one in your favorite k-drama with your celebrity crush or be exactly like your comfort character, I could go on and on with examples of whatever it is you can have, do or be because when I tell you that you are a limitless being, I mean it wholeheartedly.

I must emphasize and drive this point home. All is possible in the world. Every possible desired life aspect you could ever fantasize about in your imagination exists because creation is finished. Whether it’s your dream home, career, income, accomplishments, possessions, relationship, friend group, physique, personality, lifestyle whatever it is you dream of having is possible to be conscious of because there are a myriad of states for us to choose from. That state already exists like a suit that is waiting for you to wear it until it becomes a natural part of your consciousness.

Because of this, it naturally makes sense to acknowledge that we no longer need to be neither humble nor jealous of another. If we know we can have absolutely anything in the world, even something already in the possession of another, why would we?

With our wonderful human imagination on our side, we can transcend the limitations that surround us. Whether you desire to get accepted into an ivy league university two years early with a 2.1 GPA or eat endlessly without gaining a single pound and jeopardizing your health, your limitless self is capable of becoming conscious of it and more, so let your imagination run free devoid of any restrictions when you define your it girl. The presentation of any circumstances do not and will never matter. To be is as simple as asking yourself whether or not you want to be it.

IV. Inspiration ✧ Defining your it girl.

Now we’re getting to the fun part of this post because you get to use your creative power: imagination. Remember a few sections ago when we discussed what the IT factor is? This is where you get to determine what IT is. Let me remind you again, your idea of what an it girl is is subjective, so it won’t be exactly like someone else’s definition. It girl is not a mold in which you are expected to fit into. Whether you want an active socialite nepo baby city life or a secluded pastry-making book-reading cottagecore life, doesn’t matter. This is all about who you desire to be. With that, let’s get down on how to determine what your it girl self looks like.

A. Who do you want to be like?

What qualities in a person would make you perceive someone as admirable or inspiring? Hard work? Being multifaceted? Do they have a personality you wish you had?

Think of people you deem iconic or who you look up to and why you perceive them as such. Are they someone who’s successfully pursued a personal goal of yours? Is their career full of achievements?

Don't condense your inspirations to people, you can also take fictional characters into consideration. Whether it’s Maddy from Euphoria, Blair from Gossip Girl or Pooja from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, think of the characters from your favorite films and tv shows for more ideas.

You can also consider some of the most popular archetypes across social/media such as the femme fatale, the socialite, the siren, the beauty and brains, any archetype that possesses a lifestyle or aura that you would like for yourself can also be taken into consideration.

B. Which trains would you like to possess?

D. Combine it.

Once I had an idea of what I wanted my new self to be like , I would refer to scenes in tv shows when a character is being introduced in third person as if they’re reading a profile about them. They don’t just name the character, they’ll list their background, their personality, what they do, what their interests are, etc. and then twist this for myself and imagine how I would like another person to describe me. I’ll list an example of what that would look like below:

One word to describe her? Extraordinary, but she’s too much to even conceptualize in a single word that it almost feels disrespectful to her. She either inspires you to be at her level or mortifies you for not being at her level. She's influential and enticing, opulent and godly. She has sky-high standards and smells like Tobacco Vanille. She always gets what she wants and doesn’t take no for an answer.  She studies hard in the daytime and attends prestigious social gatherings in the nighttime. She’s a polymath with an IQ of 168 who knows a little about every subject. Whether it’s foreign languages, interior design, pastry making or art, she’s full of knowledge and constantly teaches you something new. She’s innovative and always formulating progressive ideas which also makes her a trendsetter.  Whatever she does whether it’s a hobby or putting an outfit together she always owns it in her own unique manner. Because of that, her presence captures the attention of everyone in the room without her even saying a word. Her magnetic aura and sultry gaze make her irresistible to anyone who locks eyes with her. Men go crazy over her even though they know she’d never look twice at them. She’s witty and fun to be around.  She’s unlike anyone you’ve ever met before. In fact, you could copy her personality and style down to a T and you still would not be able to capture her essence. You can’t get her out of your head because her beauty, passion and determination make her unforgettable. 

Now that you have an idea of who your new self is, let’s talk about how to dump the old self.

V. Immolation ✧ Say goodbye to the old story forever.

“Man is not willing to outgrow, [and] yet he wants other things than those he has. But if you remain in one state, you will forever have to suffer the consequences of not being in another state. (From the “Hermetica”). If I remain in the state of poverty, I must suffer the consequences of not being in the state of wealth.” - The Art of Dying

A. No one to change but self (concept).

“Heretofore I thought I could change others through effort. Now I know I cannot change another unless I first change myself. To change another within my world I must first change my concept of that other; and to do it best I change my concept of self. For it was the concept I held of self that made me see others as I did.” - No One To Change But Self

I started this guide with self concept for a reason. If you want to create a change in your life you must first begin with self . As within, so without. An inner change must precede an outer change because we do not experience what we want, we experience what we are. Any attempt to change our worlds without changing ourselves is a mere delusion because the world will forever reflect back to us that which we are conscious of being. You want the world to know that you’re an it girl? Feel yourself to be an it girl first.

B. Forgiveness.

“You must learn to distinguish between the eternal human who occupies a state, and the state itself. This is the only means to forgiveness.”  - True Forgiveness

Forgiving is forgetting and forgetting is letting go. When you are able to feel yourself to be who you want to be, you let go of who you used to be. You no longer have to be somebody you don’t want to be because a change of state is always instant. Every day is a new day and every moment is a new moment. If you are currently a miserable person and then you decide you are not then you are no longer a miserable person because you chose to not identify with it. You are not your state and you cannot be affixed to any state you don’t want to occupy. You will always have the option to embody any state you would like to occupy. You can shift that immediately through forgiveness and intention. Through forgiveness, you create the severance between the state you were formerly in and the state of an it girl. 

C. Regret no more. 

“Do not waste one moment in regret, for to think feelingly of the mistakes of the past is to re-infect yourself.” –  Feeling is the Secret

I’d like to take this moment to tell you that regret doesn’t need to be a thing anymore because you can revise the past. That hobby you wanted to pursue but gave up on? Your GPA that you can’t go back and fix? The best friend you miss? Do you remember when you wanted to start drawing but then you stopped? Or when you did ballet when you were younger and never continued? Remember when you started learning Spanish and then gave up? You don’t need to feel regretful anymore because you can revise all and reshape the past to be in harmony with the it girl that you are. Whether you wish you had grown up wealthy or with a specific skill which would later become your passion, absolutely every aspect of your life can be adjusted. There’s no need to resent the past because it is not set in stone.

D. Let go of the external.

I urge you to not let anything outside of you define you or your life. Whether it’s the tarot deck, the tea leaves or a birth chart, none of those sources have a say in what your life looks or will look like. There’s no such thing as a predetermined fate for you. Every single aspect of your world is malleable at your command, so give up the idea that there’s any other force in the world capable of interfering with your desires.

VI. Reincarnation ✧ The birth of a new you.

“You must this night – not tomorrow – learn the technique of writing your own obituary and so completely die to what you are that no man in this world can tell you where you buried the old man.” - Consciousness is the Only Reality

A. A newly acquired mentality.

It’s time to step into your power and see yourself as the GOD that you are. You no longer need to live by the limitations the world has convinced you exist. You don’t need to do or be anything/one you don’t want to do/be and more importantly you do not need to settle for anything that doesn’t live up to your expectations. If you don’t like something, it doesn’t need to be a thing. Think about it being as simple as blocking someone, you are not gonna annoy me in MY reality.  Starting today, you get to decide who you want to be and who or what gets to be a part of your life. Again, this is YOUR world, YOUR reality and everyone else is simply living in it. Why should you ever worry your gorgeous self about anything not going your way if this is your world? You’re the one on the pedestal and whatever you say must go. 

Imagine telling a person exactly that, This is your world and everyone else is simply living in it. We are at such a huge advantage with the law of assumption because you don’t even need to be concerned with the course of action, you just need to focus on being (I AM). When you talk to people through the confidence of knowing that every single one of your goals is absolutely achievable, because through the law of assumption they always are and always will be, it is very easy to appear as confident to the average doubtful person. Everyone around you carries the idea with them that failure and rejection are always possibilities. You’re not like them, though. You’re completely limitless. You can excel at whatever career you want to pursue, you can date anyone you point your finger at, you can possess all of the riches the world has to offer and there’s no need to be humble about it. You are THE it girl, after all, are you not? All we’re stating is facts.

B. You cannot serve two masters.

“If you are dissatisfied with your present expression in life the only way to change it, is to take your attention away form that which seems so real to you and rise in consciousness to that which you desire to be. You cannot serve two masters, therefore to take your attention from one state of consciousness and place it upon another is to die to one and live to the other.” - At Your Command Ch. 2

In other words, you cannot sustain two polarizing states at once and you cannot take any part of the old state into the new state. If you want change, you must be loyal to it. You must be so committed to it that you have no space to even consider the old story because it doesn’t matter in the slightest anymore. Fall in love with your new state of consciousness that you are willing to be devoted to it no matter what. Leave the old in the past so the new can take its place.

C. Feeling the wish fulfilled.

“You must assume that you are what you want to be and continue therein, for the reality of your assumption has its being in complete independence of objective fact and will clothe itself in flesh if you persist in the feeling of the wish fulfilled” - The Power of Awareness Ch. 21

Capturing the feeling of the wish fulfilled is utterly essential, no matter what it is that you desire to manifest because the process will always be the same. First we must assume ourselves to be that which we desire to be through I AM and we persist in it independent of the objectiveness of our world until we are one with our new state.

The moment you successfully attain that feeling and continue to live by it, the direction of your attention will continue to focus on the implications of its fulfillment. That is, when you start to accept yourself as an it girl, the scenes that would suggest its consummation will make their way into your imagination, and if you persist in them they will inevitably become part of your state of consciousness.

VII. Invocation ✧ How to become it.

“When you pray, do not get down on your knees and pray to any unknown God. Instead, go to bed and dare to assume you are now who you want to be. Fall asleep assuming it is true and you will be on the road to success, for this is how things are brought into being.” - Brazen Impudence

A. SATS + lullaby.

I have an extensive post about the state akin to sleep which I highly suggest you read for further clarification as well as how I like to use the SATS. I’ll leave the instructions below:

The first step is to define your objective. Have a clear idea of what it is you would like to be (or be in possession of).

Next, ask yourself, “what does the end of that goal look like?” For example, if you would like to manifest a prestigious job opportunity, you’d be congratulated on it. If you’d like to manifest a change in appearance, you would receive compliments (It doesn’t need to include another person, but you may find it more helpful in order to feel it more real). Whatever the end looks like, it must always be an event that implies its fulfillment, that it is done. This is the wish fulfilled.

Get into a comfortable position. You can lay down or sit upright, it doesn’t matter, do whatever feels most comfortable.

Relax. You can do some breathing exercises, listen to music, have a warm drink, whatever it is that makes you relax. 

Induce a moderate degree of drowsiness where you can still concentrate on the wish fulfilled, but be sure to not feel too drowsy where you find it difficult to focus. When you feel like you could move but you don’t want to (because you’re too comfortable), that’s when you’ll know you’re in the state akin to sleep.

Construct a scene that implies the fulfillment of your desire by making elsewhere here and then now, then feel it real by incorporating your senses into it and imagine yourself being present within your imaginal scene from your perspective. Confine your scene to a single action. If your scene implies that you have received wonderful news, do not wander off in your visualization by doing a thousand irrelevant things afterwards, simply stick to the congratulations and mentally feel yourself being present in your scene. Repeat the scene until it takes on the tones of reality. [A tip from Edward Art: Focus on feeling it real (feeling the wish fulfilled) first and then the sensory aspects of your scene will follow]

If you find it difficult to focus on a scene and feel it real or if you simply cannot conceptualiza what the end would even look like, follow steps 1 through 4 and do the following: condense the fulfillment to three words or less and repeat them over and over again until your mind is dominated by the single sensation of thankfulness. Meditate on this phrase until you accept it as a fact.

¹ Visualization ideas.

Your scenes will vary depending on what life you want to live. You can change your scenes every time you visualize during the SATS so long as they all imply the same end. What would imply that you are an it girl? Being interviewed? Walking down a red carpet? Men dropping their jaws when you pass by? For ideas, consider what activities would comprise a day in your it girl life.

² The lullaby method.

"Remain there until you feel its certainty, until you reach the point of satisfaction, until you are convinced of its truth; and although the world may collapse around you, you will become that which you have assumed you are." - An Inner Conviction

If you would like to try out the lullaby method, some three word phrases you could use are: I’m that girl/person, I have everything, It is done, I’m so happy, I AM (__), etc.

B. Mental diets.

“Feast on the idea, become identified with the idea as though you were already that embodied state. Walk in the assumption that you are what you want to be. Mental diets aren’t particularly necessary since they can imply that you need to be monitoring your thoughts constantly. However, objectively being conscious of them can help you determine what state you are currently occupying. If you would like to indulge in a mental diet you can do so by asking yourself the following questions:

Is this what I would want someone else to say or think about me?

Would my it girl think this thought?

I would also like to briefly recall that thoughts alone don’t hold power unless you accept them as facts. You can have intrusive thoughts and joke all you want about how you’re ugly but unless you persist in that and feel them to be true it will not manifest.

C. Inner conversations.

"What are you saying at every moment of time? Watch it; be careful what you are saying, because your whole vast world is this inner conversation pushed out." - Control Your Inner Conversations

I urge you to stop internally berating yourself or imagining someone speaking negatively about you. Pay attention to the perpetual inner conversation you hold with yourself: “I’m not good at math”, “my friends always make plans without me”, “I’m so awkward”, because what you say and believe about yourself is what you will continue to face in the third dimension. Instead, think about the lovely remarks you’d like others to say about you and mentally hear them say them. You can also try vaunting which is the practice of constructing a conversation in which you brag from the wish fulfilled. You can turn to the example I used of being described in third person by someone else and speak from first person instead (I AM).

D. Revision.

"At the end of my day, I review the day; I don't judge it, I simply review it. I look over the entire day, all the episodes, all the events, all the conversations, all the meetings, and then as I see it clearly in my mind's eye, I rewrite it. I rewrite it and make it conform to the ideal day I wish I had experienced. I take scene after scene and rewrite it, revise it, and having revised my day, then in my imagination I relive that day, the revised day, and I do it over and over in my imagination until this seeming imagined state begins to take on to me the tones of reality. It seems that it's real, that I actually did experience it and I have found from experience that these revised days, if really lived, will change my tomorrows. When I meet people tomorrow that today disappointed me, they will not tomorrow, for in me I have changed the very nature of that being, and having changed him, he bears witness tomorrow of the change that took place within me." - The Pruning Shears of Revision

Before you go to bed, revisit the occurrences of your day and when you recall an unfavorable one that challenges your it girl state of consciousness and rewrite it. Follow the steps for the SATS and construct a scene that would replace the unfavorable situation and convert it into a favorable situation.

E. Finish the day feeling the wish fulfilled.

"Do not let the sun descend upon any vexation of the day." - The Pruning Shears of Revision

This one is an absolute must. If you can help it, try to refrain from falling asleep in the assumption that you are not an it girl. If you are not feeling the wish fulfilled, take a few minutes to meditate on your state and then fall asleep feeling embraced by it and the relief of knowing that who you desire to be is who you already are (also known as the Sabbath).

VIII. Preservation ✧ How to sustain it.

"Do you always turn to your imagination and, no matter what happens, do you remain faithful to the state imagined? If you do, you have passed the test. But if every little rumor, doubt, or fear can move you around like a pawn on a chessboard, then you are not keeping the faith!" - God’s Creative Power

A. Persistence.

“By desiring to be other than what you are, you can create an ideal of the person you want to be and assume that you are already that person. If this assumption is persisted in until it becomes your dominant feeling, the attainment of your ideal is inevitable.”  - The Power of Awareness Ch. 3

To briefly remind you, persistence means to remain obstinate with an intention regardless of difficulties or obstructions. When you are adopting a new state of consciousness, you may initially struggle to feel it real or even become impatient with its lack of manifestation in the third dimension, but you must keep returning to it no matter what.  You may waver and you may falter but if you remember to proceed with the embodiment of your it girl state by returning to it through any preferred means, no force and no power will cumber its realization.

B. Forget about time.

"The length of time between my desire and its conception depends entirely upon my inner conviction that it is done."- An Inner Conviction

Focusing on the “time” it takes for your state to feel natural to you will only hold you back and keep you in a cycle of waiting. Ask yourself what the end, or the actualization of being an it girl, looks like for you and live in it. Do not suppress yourself to what appears to be the present moment if it is not reflecting the end of your desires.  If you are concerned with “the time it’ll take”, then you are conscious of the opposite of your desires which means you are not feeling the wish fulfilled.

Always seek the wish fulfilled and abide by it until it blossoms into your world.

C. Disregard appearances.

"These appearances will continue in being as long as you give them life through your conscious awareness of them. You must disregard the evidence of your senses as it pertains to any undesirable condition in your life. You must Imagine and feel that you have already attained that which you want to experience rather than that which you do not want to continue in being. This may appear difficult, yet you have probably exercised this principle unconsciously to produce negative results." -  Imagination Creates Reality

Do not settle for less than you seek. You never need to compromise with whatever it is that you desire because as I have mentioned, all exists and all is possible. Reject anything that doesn’t confirm that you are an it girl and never take no for an answer. Be adamant. Decide on what it is that you want and regardless of the limitations of your environment, consent to its immersion to your state of consciousness. No matter what you see or hear, do not accept it if it is not what you want. If you continue to suppress the acceptance of your desires to your senses then that's where your consciousness will remain.

D. You already are, not will be.

“That which you seek you already are, it can never be so far off as even to be near, for nearness implies separation.” - No One To Change But Self

Something we can learn from it girls is the following: it girls don’t care whether or not they’re it girls, they simply are. So although we are intentionally shifting our state of consciousness, remember to not approach this with a trying mindset or the idea that you will become when you already are, because the use of the word “will” implies that you currently are not. As I’ve said before, “you can’t try to be someone you already are”. Whatever the wish fulfilled looks like for you, accept it at this very moment. Go straight to the end and bathe in it, rejoice in the fulfilled prayer as you go about your day and remain faithful to that inner conviction.

E. Reject the possibility of failure.

“Don’t be anxious or concerned as to results. They will follow just as surely as day follows night.” - Your faith is your fortune Ch. 21

Your desires are literally a guarantee. You can bring absolutely anything into being if you proceed with your intention in spite of what you experience in the flesh. You possess a gift that no one will ever be able to confiscate from you and that is your imagination. Intentional use of this gift will bring forward the beautification of your world in means you would not have been able to devise. Do not become an impediment in your journey by concerning yourself with the means, for they are never your responsibility. If you are serious and willing to assume in your favor, the mountains that need to move will move, the obstacles in the path towards heaven will be cleared and the people who need to play a role relative to its fruition will act accordingly without you having to do so much as lift a finger.

F. Apply.

“You must be doers of the law of assumption, for without application, the most profound understanding will not produce any desired result.” - The Power of Awareness Ch. 18

It is not enough for you to read the entirety of this guide without intending to put the instructions in it to use. You could read and listen to every document, every book and every lecture out there that tells you exactly how to manifest your desires but unless you take that information and put it to use, it was all acquired in vain. This post was long and detailed, do not let it go to waste by refusing to apply and persist. Wanting to do it is not enough, you must DO IT through persistence and a disciplined mind. Do not let the day in which you are reading this post to come to an end without acknowledging that you are an it girl now, not will be, you are. Plant the seed today and you will reap the harvest tomorrow.

G. Calm reminders

I’m sure some of these concerns may have risen at some point so I will clear them up right now: acting as if is not necessary, neglecting your current circumstances and pretending they are not occurring is not necessary and being happy all the time is also not necessary. It is okay if you fall out of your new state from time to time, do not think that there is such a thing as “losing progress” because you can never truly lose what is already in your possession. If you are truly serious about becoming the it girl of your reality, you’ll have to be disciplined, determined, and persistent. You have to be willing to give up who you are right now in order to become who you want to be because the longer you entertain your old self, the longer you’ll postpone your dream self. You can decide at any moment to change, and if you are not actively working towards shifting your state of consciousness then you are consenting to its preservation. You accept what you tolerate, whether it’s mediocre friends, mediocre grades or a mediocre lifestyle and the only way to put an end to that is by intending to because it all starts with you. Do you want it enough? Are you willing to finally become an it girl or will you continue daydreaming about being an it girl? If you’re capable of being someone you don’t want to be, what makes you think you aren’t mutually capable of becoming someone you do want to be? Your it girl self is not far away from you, she already exists within your imagination and she is waiting for you to bring life to her. You already know everything you need to know in order to do it, so what’s stopping you? I know it can feel challenging because we feel confined to our current circumstances but I have so much faith in you and I know you have it in you to give yourself the world. You deserve to wake up every day feeling completely obsessed with yourself and your life. You don’t need to spend a minute longer hoping things that feel like they’re out of your control change if you know you are the one who’s in control. This is your reality, after all.
