zuko shows some more fire nation dancing moves after he and aang went to see the dragons (because he wanted to prove that it's not cringe at all! and requires a lot of passion and skill!!) but he needed a partner for that 👬 of course sokka wouldn't back down from such a simple task, right? warriors never give up, after all 🌚🌝

A comic of Atla characters. Sokka is in his sleeping bag at night with the moon shining. He's glaring, his hair frazzled. It's snowing.
"How is everyone sleeping?" he thinks. "It's freezing."
He quotes them sarcastically over a panel of the smoking fire, long since gone out. " 'Noooo--Sokka, we can't keep the fire lit...it'll give away our position!"
A panel of Katara and Aang happily cuddling and sleeping. Over it is text reading: "Says the couple that can cuddle for warmth."
A panel of Toph's tent, covered in snow. "And the girl who can shut out the elements."
Sokka looks over at Zuko, who's sleeping without a sleeping bag. The snow around him has completely melted away to the grass below. "Look at Zuko," Sokka thinks. "Stupid firebender heat regulation. He's probably pretty warm."

A closeup panel of Sokka's narrowed eyes. "hmm..." he thinks.
He gets up in his sleeping bag, hopping around and rolling on the snow comically while shivering, and rolls all the way over to where Zuko is sleeping.

"Warm at last~" Chibi Sokka thinks with a huge smile on his face, lying next to Zuko.
A black box holds text that reads: Some Time Later...
Sokka is no longer in his sleeping bag, and now his hair is down. His arm and leg is over Zuko's body for warmth, and he's happily sleeping, while Zuko looks alarmed and says "Dude! What are you--are you drooling on me? Get off!"
The next panel, Sokka remains sleeping, and Zuko glares and frowns. "..."
Then, he smiles softly and touches Sokka's arm that's over him in acceptance. "Fine," he says.
The last panel is just of their faces, both sleeping soundly. End ID.

I made a tumblr for the sole purpose to post/share this little fanart of @lovelyelbowleech ‘s fic War Games! I drew Zuko and Sokka on Dumpling —not any specific moment, but I did draw zuko with season 3 length hair and with earth kingdom clothing, and sokka with his wolf tail and his usual water tribe clothes

It’s definitely not the best fanart out there, but it’s the first fanart I’ve drawn of zukka and Alta overall, and I’m quite proud of it :) The All’s Fair series are the first Atla/Zukka fic I’ve read and goddamn, it’s amazing, and I’m loving it, I’ve never read a fic over 200k words before, and I’m surprised I’ve gotten through it, and I can’t wait for the rest of the fic!
