Alright, babes, letâs get real. Mornings are your time to set the tone, and if you want to crush it like the *it girl* you are, you need a routine thatâs as fierce as you. Hereâs how to wake up, show up, and slay:
1. Wake Up, But Make It Chic đś: No more obnoxious alarms. Wake up to your favorite throwback jamâsomething with serious vibes. Weâre talking J.Lo or Britney, because you deserve to start the day like a total boss.
2. Hydration = Power đŚ: Grab a glass of cold water the second youâre up. Hydrate like the queen you are. Bonus points if you add lemon. Keep it fresh, keep it fierce.
4. Coffee & Attitude âď¸: Coffee isnât just a drink; itâs a lifestyle. Brew it strong, make it bold, and sip it slow while you mentally plan your domination of the day. Remember, a red lip *and* a coffee cup = iconic.
5. Look Like the Moment đ¤đ: Lay out your look the night before, so you can step into the day like you own it. Think black boots, leather jacket, and those jeans that hug you in all the right places. Youâre not just dressingâyouâre making a statement.
6. Mood Setting đ§: Plug in your earbuds and blast that playlist that makes you feel invincible. Whether itâs rock, pop, or something in between, itâs gotta have that âIâm unstoppableâ energy.
7. Makeup & Magic đ: A flick of liner, a pop of red lipstick, and youâre ready to take on the world. Keep it simple, but make it striking. Remember, less is more, but always *look* like more.
8. Mindset of a Queen đ: Take five to focus. Whether itâs journaling, affirmations, or just a moment in the mirror to remind yourself youâre *that girl*, start with some serious self-love.
9. Scent of a Legend đš: Finish with a spritz of your signature scentâsomething that leaves an impression long after youâve walked away.
Lock tf in. Lock in with your manifestations, shifting, the void state WHATEVER! Put aside that âI canât do itâ mindset and tell yourself âI can get this shit down by TODAYâ. Itâs easy. Fuck doubts and negative thoughts cause they canât do shit anyways. You wanna use a method? Search up a method and lock in. Donât want to use a method? Donât and STILL lock tf in. Stop being lazy and get serious about what it is that you want to achieve. You KNOW you can manifest, you KNOW you can shift, you KNOW you can enter the void state. Put that victim mentality up and LOCK TF IN!!
How I get whatever I want.
- Journal. Itâs important to plot out what you want before you begin doing anything new. Sit down, concentrate, and take the time to visualize what you want for yourself. Journaling is an extremely effective tool, and itâs important to be able to write about what you want instead of creating a concept in your mind.Â
- Make goals less abstract: Find or make a path to the goal, then zone out (networking, reading, research). Your goals should not be abstract or difficult for you to understand. They should be clear, planned out to the best of your ability, and reasonable enough to achieve in 90 days. If you have a long-term goal, set up a series of short-term goals that will set you on the right path.Â
- 3 month hiatus and just fixate on work. Be strict with time and money, keep a schedule, donât allow minor distractions to sway you from your path, and use the next 90 days to bring yourself closer to the finish line. Can your hiatus be longer than 3 months? Yes, but if it becomes necessary to extend it, be sure that youâre engaging with the real world and not isolating yourself.
- You have to be sure of what waiting and a little bit of luck will do for you. So much of it is a waiting game, and while I believe that itâs important to work hard instead of being hard on yourself, knowing that luck plays into your success is imperative. If you donât see immediate results, keep going until things fall into line.Â
Plan, prepare, and then put your whole soul into action.

my micro goals for 2025 p1
1. Start going for walks every time I feel stressed or anxious.
Whenever I feel overwhelmed, I'll step outside and take a walk to clear my mind and release tension.
2. Learn more about the world in terms of history and facts.
I will dedicate some time each week to dive deeper into the worldâs history, discover interesting facts, and expand my knowledge.
3. Journal every single day, no matter how messy the day is.
I'll commit to writing down my thoughts daily, even on chaotic days, to maintain self-reflection and track my growth.
4. Go on solo dates twice a month.
I'll make it a point to take myself on two solo dates each month, whether it's exploring a new cafe, restaurant or enjoying a peaceful time in nature.
5. Take care of my health and take breaks between study sessions.
Iâll prioritize my health by remembering to take breaks between study sessions to recharge and avoid burnout.

Usually, it takes me around 30 minutes or sometimes even longer to enter the void state. I typically get there by the time I reach step 4, but this time I somehow mastered it and entered in 10 minutes! Hereâs exactly what I did to enter quickly and effortlessly (but remember that everyoneâs journey is different)
1. Find a Comfortable Position, You can lay however you want, but for me, lying on my back helps me feel more symptoms. I stayed completely still, letting my body relax fully. No adjusting, no tension, just letting go.
2. Affirm with Full Belief, I repeated simple affirmations in my head, like:
⢠I am in the void.
⢠Entering the void is easy.
⢠I am pure consciousness.
I didnât stress or wait for symptoms, I just affirmed and let myself sink into the feeling.
3. Counted to 100 & Affirmed When Needed, As I counted up to 100, I didnât feel the need to constantly affirm. I only affirmed when I noticed my mind starting to wander. By the time I reached 100, I was already in the void.
4. If Youâre Not In Yet, Count from 100 to 0 & Affirm, If youâre not in yet, try counting down from 100 to 0 while continuing to affirm every now and then. Usually When I reach 0, I am already deep in the void.
I know for a fact it took 10 minutes because I had a subliminal playing in the background. Just as I fully entered, the sub ended, and an ad suddenly played, scaring me and pulling me out.
⢠Donât Overcomplicate It, The void is natural. The more you let it happen instead of âtryingâ to enter, the easier it is.
⢠Detach from Outcomes, If you keep thinking âIs it working?â youâre just pulling yourself out of it. Assume itâs already done.
⢠If You Feel Yourself Dozing Off, Let It Happen, A lot of the time, youâll enter as you âfall asleep.â Trust the process.
And thatâs itâ10 minutes, and I was in. No forcing, no stressing, just trusting. If I can do it, you can too!
