I feel like if taylor comes out ever, hetlors will try to rewrite history and be like “I don’t know what hetlors you’re talking about bc *I* never sent death threats” except they’re all saying that. Or they’ll be like “I still think gaylors were invasive, I’m just happy she got to come out on her own terms” or some bs like that. But it doesn’t really matter

I saw you like sapphic fiction and Taylor Swift and I've just gotta ask you: have you heard of Burn the House Down by Kenna Jenkins? It's an alternate history novel abt the 1st woman president and her secret sapphic relationship/bearded marriage with her mlm best friend and has massive Taylor Swift vibes (especially anti hero, last great American dynasty, gold rush, illicit affairs, I Did Something Bad, and champagne problems). It also has a subplot about arson at the White House and ft. An entirely queer main cast and really fleshed out characters!

OMG NO WAY. I’ve never read this but it’s going straight to the top of my list. Gaylor Swift coded books have my HEART (seven husbands of evelyn hugo was my quickest read.) That sounds just incredible I’m so ready to read this, thank you for recommending! I’ll update when I finish reading :-)
