You look in the mirror and tear yourself apart, every inch of your body you criticize. You call yourself stupid, tell yourself your dreams will never come true. You make yourself miserable, you wish you were someone else. Life doesn't have to be this way. You don't have to continue with this. There is no rule that you constantly have to hate yourself. Be a little kinder, a little nicer, more understanding.
