to reiterate the standard position btw ‘Hinduism’ isn’t even real. it’s a term and unity conception that was created and enforced during colonial studies of the subcontinent. there is no consistency amongst it. typically academic postmodernists and opportunist left liberals stop there, and refuse to acknowledge the recent and even then ongoing history: that the term was embraced and employed and so does have a categorical political unity: for the last 300 years
"copyright is good in theory" did you know that you can digitize books and then have infinite copies so in theory every book, every piece of information ever written and published could be shared across the world basically for free but any attempts to actually do this get shut down by copyright lawyers?
I’m a big fan of that post-laundry feeling when you’ve got all your A-list clothes back in the game.
It's funny that On Contradiction is one of the only truly timeless works of Marxist theory but the reason why it's a timeless work of Marxist theory is because its central thesis is "communists must do the work to understand the specifics of their own time and place and develop their own new revolutionary theory and analysis for it instead of blindly clinging to decades-old theoretical works of past luminaries."
i walk a fine line between “i’m asexual and i hate how much the world revolves around sex” and “sex is way too stigmatized and people should be able to be more open about it if they want to”
Goodbye Mr. Lynch I’ll see you in my dreams
Love to see Zionists getting thrown out of internet communities. Love to see people shutting down them with "you are a fascist" and refusing to engage further with any comments or explanations and just banning them from any shared spaces. You all can so easily cheer for murder of thousands but cry when people don't want to be associated with you? Lol. Anyway I hope you get the boot from even more shared spaces, both online and offline.
I'm tired. But I'm not done.
