One where y/n is pregnant but doesn't tell levi but he notices her morning sickness. so she goes on the expedition and gets injured so she becomes unconscious. And wakes up in the infirmary and levi finds out and promises to take care of her.

Pregnant

(Y/N) stares off into space in her room,  replaying the doctor’s words over and over again inside her head.

You’re pregnant.

Her hand was over her stomach. A baby was growing inside, her baby.  Levi’s baby.

She was terrified. They never talked about having children. A world where there are man eating beasts out there, having a child wasn’t ideal. (Y/N) assumed Levi wouldn’t want children in the first place anyway, seeing that they are so messy and a handful to deal with. He has enough on his shoulders as it is. Being the Corporal, making sure his men don’t die. He was fully focused on eradicating the titans, what would happen if a baby was thrown into the picture?

She sucks in a sharp when she realizes something. An expedition was coming up. She cannot let him know. If she does, most likely he’ll bench her and no way in hell was she going to let that happen. They need every soldier they could get.

Then what would happen? Would Levi even want to be with her if he knows? Her heart clenches. She didn’t want him to leave her. Looking down at her stomach, she hugs herself. For now, she won’t say anything. She’ll just have to find the right time to say it or figure things out for herself.

“Don’t worry little one, I’ll keep you safe.” (Y/N) murmurs.

Levi rolls over to the other side, his hand reaching out to bring (y/n) closer to him. His hand clutch at bed sheets. Opening his eyes he sees the empty spot next to him. His ear picks up on retching and he slightly cringes. The bathroom room was ajar.

Getting up, he shuffles towards the bathroom. (Y/N) was over the toilet, emptying her stomach again. Grimacing, he kneels down and pulls back her hair, rubbing her back. Once she finished throwing up, she turns to give him a small smile.

“Thank you…,” she says hoarsely.

“You okay now?” He inquires, helping her  to her feet.

She nods, wiping her mouth with the back of her hand. “Yeah, I’m good.” She brushes her teeth to get the taste out of her mouth. He narrows his eyes at her. She’s been throwing up in the morning for a couple of days and he was worried.

Once she finished, Levi tugs her back to bed.

“You sure you’re not sick? Maybe we should go to the doctor.” Levi proposes as they slip under the covers.

“No!” She quickly denies him.

He arches an eyebrow at her, not expecting her to feel so strongly about it.

“I-I mean why bother? The medics are busy as they are, no use in going to them. It’s probably nothing, honest Levi.” She reasons, glancing away.

He wasn’t convinced, but didn’t push her. His arms wrap around her, pulling her closer.

“Expedition is in three days. I don’t want you to go if you’re not in top condition.”

“I’m fine Levi, I can handle the expedition.”

Levi sighs. No use in arguing with her. She was just as stubborn as him. He rests his chin on top of her head, closing his eyes.

“Fine. But if anything comes up, tell me.”

“I will…,” she whispers, her eyes glancing to her stomach.

(Y/N) struggles to focus as they ride on, her head dizzy. She threw up again this morning and Levi really was about to pull her out of the expedition but she stood her ground against him. Now she was wondering if it was a good idea.

A horde of abnormals come out and they fly into action. Oh god flying was the worst. It threw her completely off balance and she wanted to throw up again. She pushes the bile down in her throat as she slices the nape of a titan.

All of a sudden she sees a shadow looming over her. Shit, she doesn’t have the time to move out of the way. Her arms instinctively go around her stomach as she got smacked to the ground. Pain explodes inside her body as she lets out a sharp cry of pain.

Her vision starts to fade. Before she lost consciousness, she heard a faint shout of her name.

(Y/N) stirs, her senses coming back to her. Man everything hurt. She feels something holding her hand. Opening her eyes slowly, she sees that she’s in a white room.

Looking over, she sees Levi next to her bed, clutching her hand tightly. There was this expression on his face and she knew that he knew. She looks away from him, staring at the wall. Her other hand rests on her stomach.

“Doctor said you’ll be fine. You and the baby.” He says.

Relief floods her system for a brief second until she realized that there were things to talk about now. Hiding this was over.

“Why didn’t you tell me you were pregnant?”

She bites her lips, thinking of what to say. His hand holds her face, forcing her to look at him.

“I-I didn’t know how…I didn’t know how you would react to it and if you knew you would’ve benched me for the expedition-”

“Of course I would’ve!” He cuts in, his voice raising a few octaves. “Goddammit (y/n), you are carrying our baby, what if they got hurt!?”

She averts her gaze away in guilt. He was right, what would she have done if something happened to their baby?

Levi sighs, calming down. “Don’t keep things like this from me.”

“I understand…,”

She snaps her gaze to look at him when his hand rests on top of hers, the one on her belly. “We’re having a baby (y/n).” He says softly, his eyes warm.

 She gasps at his tender expression. “We are.”

“I’ll protect you, you and our baby.” He declares. This was a turn of events, but he didn’t mind having a mini copy of him or (y/n). He has to train harder to kill all the titans so their children could have a peaceful life.

Her eyes were soft when he said those words. He kisses her lips before pulling back the bedsheets, raising her shirt so he could kiss her stomach. She wanted to cry from happiness with the way he was acting so gentle.

Her heart swells with love. She didn’t expect him to react like this, but she was glad he was on board with this. She didn’t need to be afraid, as long as she had Levi, they would go through this journey together.
