Archive of our own (or ao3 for short). This the college of fanfiction. Everything's fairly organized, everyone's chill and mature, and it's big.

Fanfiction.net. The high school/middle school of fanfiction. There's some good stuff there, but it's hard to navigate with the poor search system and the hard way to post your work.

Wattpad. The elementary school/kindergarten/jail of fanfiction. Need I say more?

The AO3 search/filtering system has just ruined me for every other search function ever. I genuinely go onto websites, click 'advanced search' and then look at what paltry options they've given me in utter horror. How does anyone find anything? How do people survive?
