it’s the start of the new block and i’m taking up radiology and veterinary epidemiology this time. i also moved my setup around and i feel like this one’s comfier. compared to my study space at home, i only have a relatively smaller table here so a laptop, rather than a full pc setup, seems like the right choice.
i’ve been living here for more than a year now and still haven’t joined a gym which sucks
this and those two adhd studying tips posts on reddit are LIFESAVERS
some people were asking for actual advice and i can never pass up an opportunity to procrastinate so here’s just a couple of things i always need to remind myself of…now back to my paper :(

> what's with the studyblr (and my goals)
to regain the motivation to study
to make studying a lifestyle because there's so much to learn and so little time and its amazing how our minds are capable of grasping all these infos.
to meet people who share the same goals and struggles in academics as i dooo! becoz we're in this togetherr (and the pandemic made me forget how to socialize with people so send help pls)
have been wanting to study french since i was 12, and for a while i kind of did? (if watching french series and memorizing french songs is called studying, then yes, i did) but now i wanna be serious about this thing
aside from learning business, i am also a student of poetry (this is a hobby/interest of mine that i long to integrate into my daily tasks as i believe that writing is a muscle. it must be exercised regularly so that it may tone up and develop<33).
> what's in the blog
prolly my dark academia obsession (several topics in this culture)
daily tasks
my journey in poetry! i'm making this poetry account in IG (and Tumblr, soon). i'll be sharing the link and username in my future posts :)))

Gosh I hate grind culture. My little sister just started medical school and all of her orientation leaders are like “you absolutely cannot have a life WHATsoever you WILL have to give up EVERYTHING besides this program say GOODBYE to your hobbies and relationships” and now she’s calling me feeling guilty for running and going to the grocery store and that’s just WRONG! And that is exactly what I was told starting law school as well, and rejecting that mentality was the best thing I ever did but it was so hard not to buy into. Anyway if any of you are in an intense academic program PLEASE take time to sleep and eat and exercise and maintain your relationships and keep up your hobbies! you are not a robot who exists solely to study and I promise that living a life and staying physically and mentally healthy is not going to make you fail
Hi there! I'm putting this post out because I'm a full-time student unable to gain employment here due to our university preventing me from getting a job (under risk of expulsion).
I live in South Asia (Pakistan) and the area I live in has been getting pretty worse with regards to queer people.
I'm pretty sure I'm at risk of getting outed at my university department because of certain questions targeted at me recently by a supervisor who thinks that people like us should be put to death.
I'm a PharmD candidate and I'm hoping to apply to UofT, UWaterloo, and two more places (probably Saskatchewan so I can stay with my cousin). If I get accepted, I'm getting out of here by May-June and hopefully will be in a safer place.
If I can even apply for one or two, that's more than enough! I'd appreciate it so much!!
I'm not the best at art, but I wouldn't mind doing some silly little commissions if you'd like, and I also take writing commissions (details to come). I also have a Redbubble shop that'll go live soon. Until then, please support me!
Here's my: p*yp*l
You can also buy me a coffee!
I've added a few more things to my new workspace. I feel so happy with it now. I love it so much when the sun hits it in the morning. It makes me feel so calm.
