Yay!!!🎉 I almost feel bad for people who see this on their birthday 😅

today is not my birthday

When I was little my mom’s meatloaf was my favorite food. But ONLY her meatloaf. I didn’t like anyone else’s, and she told me that she would teach me how to make it when I was older. And when I was like 19? She finally taught me, but she told me never to tell anyone else and I was like weird but okay

Anyway, she was super fucking homophobic and abusive to me when I told her I was gay, so here’s the recipe

4-6 lbs of Hamburger/turkey burger

1 pk onion soup mix OR ranch mix

1 TBs ketchup

1 Tbs spicy brown mustard,

1 Tbs bbq sauce

1 Tbs steak sauce

1 egg

mix, shape into a loaf in a big pan, and bake at 350 for 2 hrs (maybe 2 and a half if you’re feeling dangerous)

You can get almost all of these ingredients at the dollar store, and have leftovers if it’s just you. The leftovers make great tacos if (taco seasoning is also like a dollar). Enjoy your revenge loaf

I'm rewatching Civil War and it occurs to me that Sam Wilson is most definitely not the Sane One. He tries to outrun the supersoldier that already lapped him three times in his first appearance. He purposely antagonizes the guy that just tore through a UN superjail. He's the only one that doesn't address T'Challa as "your highness" and tries to start snarky banter. Point is, Natasha was the Responsible One. Or Clint or Pepper. Sam is one of the crazy idiots who constantly need bail money.

Everyone writes Sam as the replacement Bucky but guys, Bucky is trying to go into hiding because there are now TWO Steves on the loose.

So the moral of the story that you should remember for this Thanksgiving:

1. The legacy of colonization of baked into every single aspect of American culture

2. Try to respect the 566 indigenous nations in the United States that are left because they are deprived of rights, American citizenship, and any living history

3. Consistently writing to your local office and federal government might actually make a change

4. The only way to unite a country going through conflict, especially America, it was to make your voice heard, and make sure those in power no the necessity of overcoming prejudice

5. Turkey was not native to the section of America where the Pilgrims landed
