When I first watched the mall episode, when Todoroki declined to go because he wanted to visit his mom, I thought the primary purpose of that scene was to show some growth in his character. We find out here that he's actively working on repairing his relationship with his mom.

By the end of the episode, I realized this reasoning was actually secondary. The primary reason for this scene was to get rid of Todoroki, because if he came to the mall, he wouldn't have left Midoriya's side, and Shigaraki wouldn't have been able to catch him alone.

This is probably obvious information, but it's something I think about way more than I should. There's something so heartwarming and simple in the thought. Todoroki wouldn't have left him.

Commentary: I fell in love with this fic the second I read it. It’s such a thing, ins’t it? aksjfdjskdj. Possessiveness like this it’s such a good thing to read (for me), and I loved the way the author got to put this all together. Ryan’s realization, how well it fits both of them, it’s really good.

Can I have uhhh,,, drabble with heavy dirty talk and light sub/dom dynamic? Please??

Commentary: This is one of my favorite d/s fanfics in the fandom. A first time doing a scene, first time being a dom for Shane, and it’s amazing. It has this really good POV, too. Shane’s feelings while doing the scene, taking desicions and learning to command are great, there is not even a moment where the fic forgets this and it’s just overall amazing. Such a great story from an amazing author, we all need this in our life.

Commentary: One of the first d/s stories in the fandom, this story is a lot of fun to read. It’s a good PWP and it gives you the chills, it’s great. I really like the dom!Shane they write in this, I love him. Just in general, I really like this fic. Little warning for daddy kink and lotsa good dirty talk.
