I really couldn’t help but imagine the Dark Sides in this same situation and it made me laugh so I was inclined to make a comic about it! Virgil is a Grade A Gremlin. Me drawing pumpkins before Halloween? How weird! Patrons got early access to this.

@atomiktaco I blame you for making me want to make more gremlin Virgil.

New art! This is based on a scene I saw driving to work earlier this year. I was able to snap photos for the background reference, but had to find the raven, haha. I don't know why I'm so obsessed with leaving elements "outside" of the "frame." I actually did finish this with a "full" background, but realized I could do "the thing." I submitted the "full bg" version to a show put out by the town. I'm thinking I may throw a white mat on it when I frame, to get a similar vibe.

I can't believe this is the first detailed Janus I draw and it's a glaringly obvious symptom of "obsessing over a character so much it barely looks like the original anymore" syndrome
