Virgil: *sipping from a mug* So what do you look forward to the most every day?
Roman: Seeing the sunrise—
Virgil: Boo! Your pathetic addiction to Vitamin D has made you weak—
Roman: You’re one to talk, fairest in the land. What about my bones? Without sun they’d snap like twigs
Virgil: Bones are peddled by Big Milk to keep you buying, there’s no such thing
Roman: Oh ho, so what keeps you upright then, huh?
Virgil: Coffee and spite *sips more*

The Fish Jacket in all its glory!
I don't know what to say.. I started the jacket 10 months ago. What a journey! I'm so proud and happy!
Thanks for your lovely and kind words and the overwhelming interest! Happy stitching everyone.
New art! This is based on a scene I saw driving to work earlier this year. I was able to snap photos for the background reference, but had to find the raven, haha. I don't know why I'm so obsessed with leaving elements "outside" of the "frame." I actually did finish this with a "full" background, but realized I could do "the thing." I submitted the "full bg" version to a show put out by the town. I'm thinking I may throw a white mat on it when I frame, to get a similar vibe.
I present to you the REAL Kiki and Bouba

Okay cuz like, when you really get down to it Neotheater is an album about time. It's about nostalgia and anticipation, living on the past and not wanting to move onto the future, it's about the goals you set for yourself and wanting to achieve them, it's about everyone's pressures on you to actually achieve the goals you promised you'd reach, and at the end of the day, it's about surrendering yourself to the uncertainty the future holds, to let yourself live in the moment, letting go of the nostalgia and making peace with the anticipation.
