But oh. My. Word.
You are all accusing Heechul of being a predator??? For dating another consenting adult???
YOU. DON'T. KNOW. THESE. IDOLS. PERSONALLY.
By calling Heechul whatever disgusting names the internet loves to use, you are questioning Momo. You all claim to love Momo and want to protect her when you automatically assume that she can't possibly be dating Heechul because, I don't know, HE'S A GOOD GUY who is famous for how respectful he is to women?! And you automatically assume a bunch of sexual stuff and not that he's dating her because he LIKES HER? You are questioning Momo's ability to think for herself and be a grown working woman making adult choices.
I have seen countless young girls go full on crazy over male idols. I've heard 14-year-old girls say sexual things about idols who are almost 30. Several of the people crying over Heechul and Momo have said these things themselves. Also apparently Heechul admired her "when she was a teenager" - you're leaving out the fact that she was 19 - AN ADULT.
And to all the people sobbing about how they're both actually gay and it's a coverup, you disgust me. You actually disgust me. These idols sexualities are none of your business. Oh, and throwing shade to someone because they're not the sexuality you wanted them to be? That's not only a million times creepier than anything you claim Heechul has done, but is hateful and contradicts everything you supposedly stand for - which is supporting people no matter their sexuality.
Momo and Heechul are both adults with their own private lives who don't owe these bratty, selfish, so-called "fans" anything. I've seen people giving Heechul DEATH THREATS. Which is in fact illegal (their relationship is not).
In short - Heechul and Momo deserve all the love and happiness in the world. You're allowed to be uncomfortable as I know many people have had bad age gap experiences but please PLEASE for once just realize that not everyone has the same experiences as you.
And to everyone accusing Heechul of horrible things and to everyone who's so concerned for Momo's safety - I sincerely hope you can get a life and stop infantilizing women as well as stop assuming the worst about a man simply because he is a man. Oh wait - this is your life. I don't hate any of you - I'm sorry for you. You must feel so bad about yourself that you feel the need to try to ruin innocent people's lives that you have no involvement in because for some reason you've decided it's bad.
Stop treating idols like they're fictional characters who must adhere to your headcanons and ships. Stop infantilizing grown adult women making their own life choices. Stop threatening men on completely baseless accusations. This is the most disgusting thing I've seen in a long time. I sincerely hope you all learn from this and stop acting like the terrifying cross between Puritans and Radfems that the internet seems to breed so prolifically.
Okay.
Everyone.
Take a deep breathe.
You're okay, Woojin is okay, Skz are okay.
There have obviously been some problems we didn't know about, whether it's a physical problem, mental problem, or whatever, something was going on and now we have our beautiful eldest member Woojin leave the group. This doesn't mean we have to pretend he was never there, this doesn't mean we can't be upset about it, but it'll be okay. He above anyone knows what's best for himself and whatever made him make this decision had to be important enough to leave something he's worked very hard for. It's okay to be sad, it's okay to cry. Take time away and just get yourself together. I know a group can come back and even bounce back stronger than ever before when this happens. Stray Kids are still nine or none, but this time Stay will just have to be that 9th member. Work hard for skz, keep supporting them, but above all take care of yourself. The important thing is everyone is okay. We will be okay. Stay strong Stays ❤️
fame changed changbin
This is super important!!!!
i’m really disgusted by people continuing to hurt, disrespect and insult idols, who literally work their ass off to satisfy us and make us happy. and that includes invading their personal space, which is something that’s simply not okay to do, along with so many other things that have happened.
to start this post off;
s/o to the rats entering nct’s tour bus and going through their stuff
or the one who went to johnny’s house the day he was visiting his family for the first time in 3 years
people calling them bts, interviewers not being able to tell apart nct dream and nct 127….
however there’s a lot more than just the recent incidents with nct:
a fan once told tzuyu to “shut up” during a fan event when she was giving her final greeting. others joined in and told her to keep her mouth shut which resulted in her asking jeongyeon to do it for her.
aoa’s mina was cussed out by a ‘fan’ who told her that “a singer needs to be good at singing. use the time to care for your fucking face to practice singing.” which brought her close to tears.
during a seventeen fan meeting, a joshua stan was upset about something he had supposedly done and decided to express her anger by throwing some papers (and a pen) at him. luckily she was taken out from the meeting by security.
pristin’s kyla got rejected by fans at yet another fan meeting when she had some one-on-one time with them. instead of taking pictures of her, most of the cameras in the crowd turned away from her to shoot pics of the other members.
there was another time when monsta x held a fan meeting and minhyuk was leaning closer to jooheon to tell him something. a fan decided to stick her hand into his face to basically push him away from jooheon. (I don’t think she touched his face but the gesture alone is too much.)
during a got7 fan meeting, the fans had a chance to get partnered up with one of them for a game. youngjae picked a yugyeom fan, and she basically told him that she wanted to be partnered with yugyeom instead of him. he told her “you want yugyeom? go, it’s okay.” he kept saying that is was alright when clearly, it wasn’t.
some comments on an article about p.o’s mother passing away were about other groups. for example: “bangtan oppas will have a comeback in february please support them a lot.” ; “since this news isn’t fun, give us at least news about bangtan’s comeback.” ; “give us news about exo’s recent update. these kind of news are boring.” //// I’m getting so angry only writing about this
a lot of incidents happen during live streams - fans telling them to speak english when they’re clearly not comfortable in doing so. or asking for another member is simply disrespectful.
during one of nayeon’s livestreams, she read a few comments out loud which were downright cruel. some called her a grandma, others called her stupid when she didn’t know a word/term (I guess it was something trendy at that time). she played it off by saying “you guys are too much. onces (fandom name) are so cruel.”
.. or at the airport:
when exo-m and shinee arrived in korea, luhan was knocked down by a crowd of fans, and could’ve gotten swept away in the crowd if baekhyun hadn’t grabbed him.
another fan shoved t.o.p out of the way at the airport to get to daesung.
there’s also a lot of people calling idols ugly while hiding behind their twitter (or any other sort of social media) account.
thank you for listening to my ted talk. feel free to add to this post.
for those who cared about and loved sulli and for those who lived again the times in which we lost jonghyun today, i hope you find peace in normal/domestic things and i hope you are safe. know that you are never alone in these moments and it's okay to take a break or two, but don't give up on small things ♡
so i just woke up to the news of goo hara’s passing. she was a south korean singer and actress, only twenty-eight years old. this is coming right after hearing about sulli’s passing just about a month ago. in 2017, the lead singer of shinee, kim jonghyun passed away at just twenty-seven years old, followed by actor jeon tae soo’s suicide in 2018, actress jeon mi seon in 2019. this problem isn’t just found in south korea, but i’m writing after seeing the news this morning.
there have been more than 200 celebrity suicides in the 21st century. the afsp published that in 2017, 47,173 americans died by suicide. there were about 1,400,000 attempts. the people who are dying are not just “our family, friends, teachers, etc.” they’re other human beings who genuinely should have every chance at living life they deserve. there is something inherently wrong in social society that prevents people from being able to live. there are some who wish to commit suicide but cannot because they are more afraid of their children’s/family’s/friend’s lives than their own lives. this is another extremely big and undressed problem, because there are so so many people suffering from depression.
we can’t just blame it on cyber bullying and call it a day. it’s a much more serious problem than that, because not everyone dies from being cyber bullied. not everyone is dying from being bullied. some people are dying because of economic reasons, family problems, traumatic events, you name it. we need to be helping each and everyone in some possible way, whether it be by just trying to extend a hand to those who need it, or focusing on bettering mental health care.
there needs to be something done, and me being frustrated and heartbroken after hearing about suicides won’t be enough. awareness is not just enough, but it’s an amazing step towards a goal. we need to start taking some sort of action, and fast, because suicide is the tenth most common way people die in america. (after a list of 1-9 being health-related death, like cancer, diabetes, etc that are also very important)
if you know someone needs help, be compassionate, empathetic, and an active listener. provide them with different solutions, like therapy or just being able to sit and talk with them. serious problems like these take time, and unfortunately, it doesn’t seem as though people are taking the time to actively move towards a society that is more accepting, aware, and inclusive of people who are struggling within.
we need to care, and we need to start caring faster if there is meant to be a way to help those who need help. please read this

I thought this tweet was worth sharing.
this account does and will always support Bang Chan. if you don’t, feel free to unfollow or block me. thank you. he did nothing wrong and the hate he’s getting is literally for no reason. he’s not a racist. where that came from?? idk.
anyways, i love chan. he’s a whole cutie and an amazing person. thank you for coming to my ted talk
i don’t know if you’ve heard about the show anne with an e, @taylorswift but your friend ryan and millions of other people are very disappointed with the cancellation by netflix. it’s a truly wonderful show, and if you could check it out and maybe tweet about it so it gets the attention it so deserves, it would be truly amazing. i think it has many topics that you would be interested in. feminism being one ;)
for the last 2+ weeks, the Amazon has been catching fire. Yes, it’s the season where that’s normal but because of the sayings (aka incentive) of our new president, some farmers are taking advantage of that and intentionally setting the trees on fire. Yesterday, because of this, the sky of São Paulo looked like this. AT THREE IN THE AFTERNOON.
Hospitals of the northern states are filling up with people (especially children and seniors) claiming they can’t breathe properly. ALREADY ENDANGERED ANIMALS ARE DYING. THIS IS SERIOUS.
Germany and Norway, huge donators to the Amazon cause will stop sending money because they don’t see results (that can also be credited to our president, who has been tweeting angrily ever since - not because he cares about the environment, btw). That money gives this guy and his team equipment to save little guys like these:
THIS AFFECTS EVERYONE, NOT JUST BRAZILIANS. The Amazon is the largest rainforest in the world, and it’s being destroyed. WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING.
If your country is holding elections, vote for someone who cares about this. Don’t let another Bolsonaro or another Trump have the power to do something and then do nothing. This is going to shape our future — if we have one.
PLEASE REBLOG, EVERYONE NEEDS TO SEE THIS!!
side note: not to sound bitter or ungrateful but also like what’s up with Europe... y’all exploited South America for centuries but just because you “aren’t seeing results” you stop helping altogether??
edit: I’m sorry if it sounded like I’m blamying Europe. I’m not. It’s our own government’s fault (Bolsonaro merged the agriculture and environmental ministries when he was elected, for God’s sake) and I’m really sorry if I offended anyone, I was just angry. Please don’t let that be the only thing you take away from this post.

This is Aiden. The cutest, most lovable, and loving cat.
A cat that hopefully will have many, many years left because of this surgery.
From his gofundme page: “I found out that a mast cell tumors that he had to have surgery to remove from his ear last year are back, and there are more of the tumors along with it. He has to have another surgery to remove the tumors on his ears, a pinnectomy, where they will remove the part of his ear where the tumors are to make sure it cannot spread any further. He also has to undergo other tests to be sure there are not more tumors. During the checkup the doctor said she saw a mass deep in his left ear and the right ear drum was opaque which they will evaluate better when he is under anesthesia. The doctor wants to order a CT scan prior to the surgery to get the best pictures so they can remove what they need to. Every tumor removed will be biopsied and hopefully none of them are cancerous. It is unclear at this point what will happen and what the prognosis will ultimately be. We are just taking it one step at a time. The surgery needs to happen as soon as possible so these cells/tumors can stop spreading further down his ear. The CT scan has been schedule for July 12th and the surgery on July 16th. “
There is more info on his gofundme page.
Any shares, reblogs, donations are much appreciate by Aiden’s family.
