WELCOME TO THE OC-VISION! I'm you're host, Yapps(or Skunk idm) and this is our first round of OC-Vision! Allow me to explain

Oc-Vision is my version of Eurovision (except it's not political and rigged) where many oc's from different points of my oc world 'compete' (basically I give a background to each and u vote on which one sounds the more interesting. This will end the week's after next Sunday where we hold a Grand Final Oc-Vision and the winning oc gets free art from me ^ ^)

How it works

• Winning oc goes through into the next round along w/ other two ocs, cycle continues until the Grand-Finals (Semi-Finals 1 and 2 will be hosted on the week after next week's Friday and Saturday) where there will be a mega-vote. The winning oc will be shown to the world! If there is an oc in which I have explained lore previously, their lore will not be explained in the vote

TRAVIS and MONTY

(I've already explained Travis' lore kinda when I made that game-idea-post so here's Monty :D)

Monty is one of those filler-ocs when you want to shift your focus to a different point rather then focusing entirely on one section. He's from Australia and is FTM. Also pan :>

Monty used to have a wife(Margret) but she kinda got killed (oof r.i.p margret 18/05/25-19/05/25). Also has some mid injuries from the same thing that oofed said wife and frequent nightmares+flashbacks bc trauma

As well as a part of the main group, Monty also has two other main friends, JJ and Jackx

Olivia won (sorry Damelton) so uh here's lore so far is fairly lengthy so uh yeah here's the lore the one person that voted

Olivia showed up in a dream along with Dalmeton(Who was originally called Captain Mean and was alot more sarcastic-villianous then I watered him down to be) in a sort of edit-like style (those edits where in the caption there's #NAME and the most diabolical thing one could ever say about the character)

So uh backdrop incoming

Olivia grew up on an island w/ no known biological parents and was always told about "White Souls" (some mountains) and about how there's a pirate that haunts them. Olivia called bs and set off on a expedition to find another island for her island to live on, also to prove her call on bs

She gets to the mountains, goes around shouting "Oi pirate dude I'm in ya mountains come n get me or somet"

Nothing happens so she gets back on the ship, 20 mins later, she finds that exact pirate(part siren to top it off) sleeping in her cabin and she like "oh it wasn't bs. damn"

I don’t know how we’re letting trump get away with all this shit when I truly believe that if you threw a blanket over his head he would think it was nighttime and go to sleep like a bird

Ok Scraggles won the vote explanation here⬇️

Scraggles was one of those ocs where you never intended to make them and if it weren't for that one thing they would've never existed

Scraggles came into existence when I was at this Pride Club thing w/ some of my friends and some other people and each person spun a wheel and someone got something and the thingy was "Draw a cat in 15 seconds" and like, 3 other people(including me) wanted to try, I named the cats, there was Sherbet, Scraggles(mine), Catsune Miku, Noodles and two others which I can't remember the names of.

So uh that's Scraggles for ya

I JUST GOT MY FIRST BADGE YEEEEEEEE

Uhhh dream talk time bc this has happened like,twice now.

So basically I keep having dreams of this semi-popular fandom called 'Damelton and Olivia' and it's about this girl who sets out to sea to try and prove that "Oh yeah pirate-haunted mountains aren't real lol" and what I mean by that is that there's basically this set of multiple chalk-moutains in the sea called "White Souls" and it's called that bc there's tales of a siren-pirate who "haunts" the mountains (despite not being dead) so Olivia lands at these mountains and goes about shouting "Oi mate I'm on ur mountains come put a curse on me or smth" and nothing happens so she goes back on her boat and continues sailing out to sea(she's gonna try and find an island for the rest of her island to live on)

As she's about 20 minutes into her journey (After the White Souls stop) she realises that there are these noises. Her first thought is "Oh its probably the boat lol" but she soon comes to realise that it is indeed not the boat.

So she has a little wander and comes to realise the noises are coming from the cabin. (I'm gonna explain this next bit in lyric-form. Specifically the lyrics from Man in the Cabinet Chapter 9)

She looks at the cabin

She goes over to the cabin

She close to the cabin

Now she opening the cabin

Now stop ur scrolling bc what I'm about to say to yall is so damn twisted

Not only was there a pirate in her cabin (asleep)

But the pirate

Was the one that was "said" to be the one haunting White Souls

(OK now back to explaining in normal terms)

So Olivia's like "oh shit there really was a pirate haunting them mountains damn" so she goes over and attempts to wake him up (doesn't work) so she's like "ok ima let him sleep he'll realise what's happening eventually"

Pirate boi wakes up. He's like "uh what where am i" and Olivia's like "Yo I'm Olivia and idk how but u got on my boat while I was exploring White Souls who r u" so pirate boi says "Uh I'm Damelton uh that pirate dude that ur island says I haunt for some reason and also called Captain Mean for some reason idrk either"

Cue explaining and then boat gets attacked by sirens (in this world the sirens are like fish-things not the bird things) and after Olivia's like "Yo how r u basically immune to the sirens words or something"

So Damelton explains that firstly he ain't fully immune to sirens, their songs still affect him and secondly he is part siren (dad was some guy, mum was siren) and Olivia's like "oh ok that cool"

And then Damelton goes off telling Olivia his whole story (lived w/ his mum until he was 10 then went to land to live w/ his dad, at 20 he fell in love w/ this girl who was also called Olivia and did it and later on that year he and his dad was losing money bc his dad was out of the trade loop so he joined up w/ a group of pirates who were going out to get stuff 4 money so when they got to White Souls which were called The Chalk Mountains at the time they got attacked by sirens and Damelton's mum was among them and she really wanted her son back bc she missed him alot so she got all the other sirens to sing bc she knew he wasn't immune to them then the other sirens left after some time and Damelton tried to get back onto the ship and dry himself b4 anyone could see that he was part siren and like 2 people did see him and 4 the safety of the ship they just left him in the water) and Olivia's like "oh that's sad bro that sad uh ok"

I can't really remember anything else relevant but expect more stuff on these two
