There was something heartfelt, something deep and intimate about Hector's story of that beach. I got a feeling that the fact that Matt's blind was very important to Hector, so he actually chirped the sound of the frogs to Matt. It was the most important thing about Puerto Rico that Matt needed to know
Not how it looked, but how it sounded and how it felt
remember the end of season 2 when Frank's sniping ninjas off that rooftop and Matt's dramatic bitch ass doesn't have his mask/cowl on? yeah
(ok i KNOW Frank clocked that Matt was Daredevil in the courtroom, it's one of my favorite little moments from this entire immaculate series, but i made this to make my dad laugh when he first watched season 2. and it still make me chuckle. so)
this episode had everything I love. matt being competent. using people's perceptions of him to his advantage. being a little shit. thigh murder incapacitation. secret skills. accent shenanigans. gratuitous cameos. no wilson fisk.
frank castle having a civilized interview with a therapist is objectively the funniest thing i can imagine.
i have my hopes set so unreasonably high for a frank/matt team up in born again. i love their dynamic so much, i can’t wait to see them yell at each other some more 🥰
charlie cox is so unbelievably good as matt murdock. no matter my thoughts or feelings about anything else to do with born again, this will always remain the ultimate truth and i will always come back for him.
forgot how pornographic matt’s groaning is in Nelson v. Murdock.
charlie cox, the man that you are.
i love lesbians
its still so fucking funny that those two cops got their shit absolutely demolished by a lawyer with no light perception and they just shrugged and went
he was his other half!!!!! they were nelson and murdock!!!! brb sobbing.
The way he didn’t call Foggy his friend or his brother or whatever… he called him his partner… because that’s exactly who he is and was.
My mattfoggy heart is crying screaming throwing up
