That third one is just a lore-accurate depiction of a knight world.

and my personal favourite
they also have a series on warhammer characters in dresses titled "the prittiest X"
Honestly, the more I think about it, the more the Templin Institute's female Space Marines video feels like something an anti-woke grifter would make. For the dark gods' and the Emperor's sake, it's titled "Female Space Marines and the Death of Canon". If someone told me to watch a video with that title, I'd expect it to be someone bitching about "how dare women exist in my totally exclusively male hobby" and how "the woke mob is trying to destroy warhammer", and not the exact opposite. The only part of the video that lines up with what I'd expect from the title is how poorly-constructed the arguments are.
I'll probably write up a proper response to the video next week when I'm on spring break, it's been weighing on me far more than it should.
"I don't meddle with the unintellectuals" get this Fulgrim slander out of my face. Fulgrim worked tirelessly for the common people of Chemos before the Emperor found him, and he carried those values of lifting up the downtrodden with him throughout the Great Crusade, and likely beyond.
Big fan of this reddit "chose your husband" primarch memes depiction of Konrad. I don't like the Dorn one, it makes him sound like an asshole and I have varying opinions on the rest. But the Konrad one is perfect.
And I like how his dark and gritty nature and cuddles were actually connected kinda like a trauma response rather than the generic edgy guy.
Also this glorious comment by redditor Jaxolotle:
To my uk trans people and allies out there.
Whispered: volume
Said softly: tone
I know adverbs are controversial, but "said softly" means something different than "whispered" and this is the hill I will die on.
Captain Sheridan, Dan Randall, ISN News. Thank goodness, someone reasonable to talk to.
The working conditions aren't great, but they throw morale-boosting pizza parties every month.
I think it's funny how in Warhammer, Nurgle's domain is just so much less appealing than the other three Chaos Gods, so to compensate they just made it canon that Nurgle is a cool boss. Like yes, he will give you turbo syphilis, but he's the kind of god you could have a beer with. In the Warhammer universe, people fall to darkness because they become overwhelmed by violence, become incredibly horny, desire terrible arcane knowledge, or because they didn't get a raise even though they've been going above and beyond at work this year.
Military nerds be like "I can suspend my disbelief for psychic powers, artificial intelligence, brain uploading, telepathy headsets, railguns, and spider tanks, but I draw the line at effective tank armor and air defense."
This definitely feels like there's a ship involved.
Good ending AU, he's assigned a Silence sister to watch over him instead of being killed.
Oh definitely. He worked 12-hour shifts in a factory growing up. He's made sure his personal spaces are places where he can just flop down anywhere. You could be in fully sealed power armor, but the minute you sit down on one of those sofas, you're going to be fast asleep and get the best rest you've gotten in years.
I headcannon Fulgrim to have an insanely comfortable room, with plush sofas and all that. Like if you make the mistake of sitting down in his quarters for even a few seconds you WILL fall asleep, that happened to several of his brothers repeatedly, they sat down on a sofa and emerged eight hours later like a cat from a weighted blanket.
ferrus especially hates it when that happens.
