“oh no, joel killed the doctor, possibly the only person smart enough to make a cure!” oh yeah? then maybe the fireflies should have consulted with the doctor before telling the guy they all know for being great at killing that they were gonna kill his daughter and he doesn’t get to say goodbye. maybe he would be smart enough to say that’s a bad idea.
I think this season for the most part is messy as fuck writing wise tbh.
I by no means hate this season. There are alot of things they are doing really well.
Episode 1 and episode 5 are by far the best written and directed.
But Episodes 2-4 were all over the place ngl. And the amount of plot holes and character assassination hurts my soul ngl
But is it entertaining? Yes.
Is the cinematography outstanding? Yes.
Fez and lexi? Yes.
So imma keep watching but if they kill fez I will stop I stg
Eagerly waiting for a showdown between Brenner and Hopper over Eleven’s paternity (where everyone knows Hop is going to win and kick Brenner’s ass for hurting his little girl)
It just hit me the reason I get so annoyed by the anti-Atreus whingeing I've seen is that like. Chunks of it really do place a lot of the weight and responsibility of Kratos's trauma and pain onto Atreus (he should know better than to pry about these things because of how painful they are, it's not fair for him to get mad because of xyz thing with Kratos) and like. Besties, here's the thing.
Atreus knows none of this (because his father won't tell him anything).
Kratos's secret keeping and trauma have directly impacted Atreus's life in negative ways, including being part of the cause of his childhood chronic illness (which is itself also a cornerstone of Atreus's other issues). Therefore, Atreus does kind of have a right to ask questions?? He's not prying into trauma out of cruelty, he's asking questions about things that DIRECTLY impact him. (His tone was wrong during his bastard period but the questions and frustrations themselves were not, don't @ me.)
He is a child. It is not the responsibility of a child to mollycoddle their parents, mental illness or not. Yes, what Kratos has been through is real and painful but he's the adult parent here. It's HIS responsibility to make sure that his shit doesn't hurt his son. It's not his son's responsibility to handle that shit for him.
Alright, so I’m back from rewatching the episode and I gotta say, this is my LEAST favorite episode by far:
1) Elliot being fuckin grimy as hell. Like the fact that he not only broke the bro code and made out with Rue’s gf, but then snitch on her?? Then trying to play innocent like “I just got tired of lying to you 🥺🥺 I’m so sorry” like bruh, fuck off. I actually liked Elliot at first thought he was cool the first two episodes but the more he opens his mouth, the more I begin to dislike him 💀
2) I absolutely HATE what Sam’s doing with Kay’s character. Like seriously, if we’re not not hearing her whine about how much she hates being with Ethan, we don’t see much of her at all throughout the episodes, and she only had like 5 lines this episode
3) Cassie being Cassie, and completely over the whole love triangle within their storylines. Her getting so drunk to a point where she starts throwing up on everyone and completely losing it, while her mom does nothing? (Although, what can you expect from her when she’s an alcoholic)
4) Fezco barely being in the episode at all, and I just KNEW we were gonna be well fed with Lexco content tonight lmao at this point I feel like all we have left is them having their lil moment on the couch and that being that
5) They gave Cal wayyyy too much screen time than needed. Like, the man is a predator…no one wants to see this fuckin creep take up majority of the episode with him having a fucking meltdown over how he hates his family. I hope he stays gone after this episode
6) Jules cheating on Rue, not only after disliking the fact that she and Elliot were even friends, but after going on about how she was no longer interested in men 🙃🙃 plus her getting upset at Rue for drinking when it was stupid to have her tag along in the first place, knowing that she’s an addict. I don’t hate Jules, but I don’t know if I can defend her anymore lol
7) Is it just me, or do a lot of scenes get cut and not make it to the episode??? Like, wasn’t there supposed to be a scene where the girls are all taking a picture on the staircase (or did I miss that part?) then I could’ve SWORN we were supposed to get at least another scene with Fezco, which also makes me wonder why we didn’t get that couch scene with him and Lexi. I would hope it didn’t get cut out, because what was the point of hyping them up so much in the trailers?
Overall, I’m dissatisfied with tonight’s episode and the storyline just gets progressively worse week by week, and I have a huge feeling that by the time we reach episode 8, we will NOT be happy. In conclusion, I’m gonna have to give this episode a 3/10
Nah sorry but he's dead.
They aimed for the head and we hear the gun go off. I'd say the reason fez didn't scream or cry is because he was in shock and also like out of it because he was loosing blood.
ashtray can’t be dead. police would aim for arm or other part of the body not head coz that could count as murder. even if he did kill police officers they should aim to put him on trial. also, when it happens fez jusr looks away i would imagine he would scream etc
Why did Elliots song DRAG on like I kept thinking it'd be over but NO he'd sing another 5 verses and a bridge like boy-
Sam Levinson count ur fucking days for making me have to wait two years to find out if Fez died or not. Fuck. You.
That's it.
Fezco giggling and smiling at Lexi when she's rambling gives serotonin.
Wait..
friendly reminder that lexi only reacted when fez pushed cassie away so other than that she found fez beating nate hot goodnight
Why are there so many b*ler posts or anti mileven posts in the mileven tag? 😭😭
I’ve seen so many posts talking about how b*ler is canon and there’s not even a mention of mileven in the post but they still tag it for no reason like could they stop?
