I also really like the idea that Fez has been out of the high school socialization game so long that he has no idea who is considered cool/hot and who isn’t. So like he just assumes that because Lexi is so beautiful and interesting and funny that she must have tons of friends and guys after her. So when she doesn’t text him at first he’s like yeah that’s fair 😔 she probably has a ton of guys chasing her and I’m just some dropout she saw commit a felony assault 😔😔 and then when he finds out that she’s nervous because she doesn’t think he would really like her he’s just like?????
