Merging with another company and there was a desire to pre-emptively add a bunch of the New Company terms and names so they wouldn't trip up spell-check.

So now everybody is wanting a Custom.dic.

And some people want to include a whole bunch of terms so they want a BIG custom.dic.

I wish more people knew about the 90s show: Eek the cat!

Is it me but why is only me that really likes the show or knows of eek the cat! like its a really good show its on youtube for free and i highly recommend it like where are all my eek the cat fans at?? :( like it was a kids show in the 90s but still i dont see edits or fan made icons/pfps of the show and i dont get it eek is so cute and i really like him as a character (up until they brought these dinosaur characters into the show as a segment and idk i just wish it was just the eek the cat show but whatever lol)

A company bought the company that made the Benchy 3d print model and are now trying to enforce the no remixes license and charge for people who make remixes of it. Companies buying something they don't understand insane community with recognition and killing it... sigh...

Citing the film’s problematic portrayal of humanity as inherently good and capable of redemption, TV network Turner Classic Movies announced Monday that it would no longer be airing Miracle On 34th Street due to the 1947 Christmas film’s outdated depictions of hope and joy. “While this movie’s celebration of peace on earth and goodwill toward men might have resonated with Americans in the immediate postwar years, its antiquated themes of holiday cheer and the power of belief were wrong then and they are wrong now,” said Charles Tabesh, TCM’s head of programming, stating that the film did not belong on television and should never be screened without an introduction from a scholar that provided viewers with the full historical context of its misplaced optimism.
