Best cast during a waxing or full moon.
Materials:
Agrimony, Horehound, Nettle, St. John’s Wort (to heal)
Epidote, Opal, Obsidian, Smoky Quartz (to charge with positive energy)
Myrrh, Pine, Sage, or Cedar incense (to banish negative energy)
Symbol of related element
Paper or similarly biodegradable container (envelope or satchel)
Before you begin, sit alone and think about the mood and feelings you wish to let go of. Do you feel like you’re carrying around a great burden on your shoulders that constantly weighs upon you (earth) or do you feel like you’re being swept to and fro along in your life, out of control (air)? Do you feel like you’re drowning and can’t break through the surface (water) or like you’re just burned out, nothing left to run on (fire)? Use this elemental association in your casting.
To begin the spell, light your incense. Pass your herbs and crystals, and anything else you wish to add, through the smoke to strip it of the negative energy that is affecting you. Place the cleansed materials in your envelope etc and seal as you recite the following incantation:
“Darkness and sorrow, all shadows of grief,
cast out with a sunburst and shine with relief.”
Concentrate on feeling yourself let go and dispose of your package of ensnared sadness according to the energy you feel it has:
Air: Hang it from a high branch of a tree or set it atop a hill and let the wind carry it away
Fire: Burn it and scatter the ashes in a southern wind at sunset
Water: Cast it into the ocean or running water. Or drown it in a jar and pour the contents down a westward facing slope
Earth: Return it to the Earth by burying it, perhaps cover it over with a small cairn of stones
Sit alone after you’re all done and feel the tension and melancholy drain out of you, to be replaced with peace and light.
So fucking cute. Gonna draw something like that as me.
I drew how I see myself when I am small 🌸🌷

I really wanted to tell everyone about this cool way to color eggs for Ostara, Easter or any holiday you celebrate. This is all natural and looks so cool.
For this “recipe” you’ll need:
• white eggs
•a lot of onion peels
•cloth or yarn
•if you want you can add rice, flowers, moss etc.
•vinegar, salt and water
Cut the cloth, so you’ll have a piece of it for every egg. The cloth should cover the egg. Then lay down the cloth and put onion peels evenly on it. If you want you can put moss, rice or flowers on the onion peels, they will leave a cool pattern. When you are done with that, put eggs on the cloth pieces and wrap the cloth tightly over the egg but be careful that you won’t break the egg and that onion peels won’t fall out. Wrap some yarn over the cloth carefully and if the cloth isn’t folding open you can tie the yarn.
Put the wrapped eggs inside the pot and pour cold water over them. Add some salt to the water so the eggs won’t break and some vinegar. You can also add some herbs for magickal purposes, for example I always add clove to the boiling water. Boil the eggs for about fifteen minutes then strain them. After you’ve strained them pour cold water over the eggs so the shell will come off easily afterwards. Remove the cloth and everything you wrapped around the eggs and you’re ready. Here are some finished eggs.
I really hope you liked this and if you have any questions, you can always ask me.
(Gotta make the joke) so roses are trans? I thought they where cis.

Parsley - easy to grow, low maintenance and limited lights, though hard to germinate
Oregano (wild marjoram) - very hardy, easy to grow in winter, requires full sun
Sage - large, hardy, start from cuttings, requires full sun
Thyme - requires full sun, hardy, easy to propagate from seeds or cuttings
Aloe Vera - easy to overwater, low maintenance, slow growing, little water, full sun
Chamomile - low maintenance, little water, full sun with some shade, easy to overwater
Dill - start as seeds, small, easy to grow indoors, hard to overwater, requires full sun
Rosemary - though very large, easy to grow indoors and easy to overwater
Bay laurel - requires well-draining soil, full sun, water often, grows large, slow growing

Gonna ask if i can do these diets tomorrow.
Plan starting right now. I’m going to update my weight as soon as I finish this diet. Ans immediately after, kind of to ease into it, I’m following up with this one:
My goal by the end of this is to have lost 15-20 or more pounds. After these 20 days I’m either going to follow up with the skinny girl diet or ana boot camp until I reach my UGW.
