The universe staring at me whenever I doubt shifting:
another shifting hottake of mine that might be a bit controversial is that……
baby shifters are desperate for validation…for confirmation that shifting is real (and that’s valid)
but shifters that have shifted sometimes use that desperation to build little cults of admiration.
the whole “i’ve shifted multiple times” flex is just a status symbol now from what i’ve seen….
and anyone who struggles to shift is treated like they’re just “not trying hard enough” even though the entire concept of shifting is supposed to be personal and mental.
people who haven’t shifted are treated as almost less than (constantly ignored, talked over, etc) which i find incredibly weird because everyone can shift so????
the community has become a hierarchy with aesthetic headers.

i recommend Julia method if you like affirmations, Adhd method[if you love music and get distraced easily plus affirmations or visualization], 5 senses[if you love visualizing] and the hug one[if you love visualization and have a special and no it does not need to be romantic, it can be a friend, family, pet,etc]
Also technically every method can be a awake one if you change it enough
OMG, I'M LATE TO REPLY TO THIS BUT THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I've never heard of the adhd method, but having in consideration how easily sometimes I get distracted because of how loud my family tends to be while they are in the house it might actually be really helpful.

Yesterday I wrote this on my notes app as a draft because I was planning to post it, but I was tired because of university classes and studies, so as soon as I arrived home I went to sleep without posting it.
And today I had a dream with my s/o's where we were reuniting to celebrate my birthday. MY BIRTHDAY IS THIS FRIDAY. When I woke up I was like OMG OMG OMG. I almost cried out of happiness. I'm gonna spoils those two wonderful beings that are my s/o's with so much love as soon as I shift to my dr. The motivation this dream gave me was almost insane.

Question to shifters who have actually shifted to waiting rooms that has portals/doors/elevator floors of their DRs. How does it work? Like does the initial shift to the WR feel more “omg I finally did it” and the shifts to your DRs have a less effect type of situation where you’re more composed? Or does it have the same OMG impact everytime for everywhere? Or does it feel weird? the transition from your WR to your DR? I have a WR with doors and I have semi consistently been shifting to it and I just am curious how it feels. Please do share

Stop Procrastinating Shifting Nah, you're not "waiting for the right time", you're just avoiding your own power and I love you, but get the fuck up and do something. We are all out here saying we want to shift. We believe in it (more or less for some people). We yearn and dream about or DR, about that hot looking, successful and potentially emotionally stable version of ourselves. But lets take a look at what we are actually doing a lot of times. Scrolling through shifting posts.... again. Because we haven't done that the last few days, huh? Re-reading the same LoA post hoping it hits a bit different this time (it doesn't). Shuffling unnecessary shit around in our scripts, because changing where the "About Me" section is will unlock the cheat code to the multiverse somehow. Telling ourselves "I'll do it tonight if the vibes feel right". And then we fall asleep before we get the second affirmation out because we pushed back sleeping and trying for 4 hours at this point. Busted, huh? When we are constantly doing that, we are neither manifesting nor shifting, we are just mentally pacing in circles like a neurotic racoon. This isn't preparing... it's procrastinating. I say this with all the love I can come up with after only 4 hours of sleep: There is no perfect attempt. You just need to fucking start doing something. The chances you will shift by only tweaking your script over and over and over again, waiting for something to happen, are rather low. The chances you will wake up one day and say "Yes! I have been enlightened and now I am ready!" in regards to shifting are also low. Because you are already ready! You have been from the moment you got the definition of shifting thrown your way. I think most of us are just scared to fuck it up and "fail". Of course it's sometimes scary to want something so bad it makes us cry and all we can do is manifest and hope for the best. But delaying that shit won't make that scary feeling go away. It just gives doubts more time to invade your thoughts. Can we all agree to drop the thought of needing a 27 step pre shifting routine, stop pretending that we need to be "in the right headspace" while trying to shift and to stop expecting motivation to just suddenly appear like a convenient divine ass-kicking as if it is needed? Yeah? Great. We'll just start anyway. Picking some random fucking method, doesn't matter which one. Saying our affirmations even if we feel like a delusional nutjob. Just.. trying. Doing something, anything really. Even if we suck at focusing or visualizing. Just do it anyway. Showing up and doing something even if it is not perfect is pulling your brain away from being scared of fucking it up. Build that momentum. We shift through starting and doing, not through running away from shifting ^-^
In a nutshell, my grandparents have two cars, and yesterday me, my grandparents, my mother and my sister went out to eat dinner in order to celebrate my sisters birthday. And when we went to get my sister to my parents' house, and the car we went in was black. We were there for a while and then returned to my parents house to leave my sister and mother there and went inside the house to say hi to my brother that I haven't been with in a while. And the most random thing ever happened upon my return. Imagine my surprise when I returned to the car and it was no longer the black car but the grey car instead.
I remember the confusion I felt and asked my grandparents "didn’t we came here on the black car?" and they looked at me as if I had said the most weird thing ever before my grandmother replied in her most sarcastic tone ever "what do you think? That we suddendly changed the car out of nowhere?" and in that moment I was sure that I shifted to a reality where I went to hang out with my family in the other car, everything was the same except for the car.
At this point I am not even surprised with this small changes in reality, as if to laugh to my face every single time that I start to doubt shifting something like this happens as if to tell me "hello? This literally happened and you still have the audacity to doubt shifting? Get a grip dude". The universe way of giving me a slap in the face whenever I am doubting myself and shifting it's almost comedic. I fully believe that this small reality shifting events might be my subconscious way of keeping me believing, because I am the sort of person that often relies on visible proof, logical consistency and experience to form my opinions and thoughts on something and it's kind of hard to ignore something when you witness it happening.

I SHIFTED TWICE WITHIN 24 HOURS WHILE LISTENING TO THIS SUBLIMINAL (with headphones), AFFIRMING A FEW TIMES I'M IN MY DR, AND THEN GOING TO SLEEP. i just got back from shifting to the place i've felt connected to for so long 😭 i spent a few minutes there, and it was so worth it. i promise you, shifting is real. you can do this. i believe in you, and so do the people in your dr 🩷
Shifting is kind of like being a jellyfish. You don’t have to force it or try too hard. Just like a jellyfish floats through the water without thinking, shifting happens when you let go and stop trying to control every little thing. You just exist in the moment, letting go of all the pressure. The more relaxed you are, the easier it is to float into your DR, like you’re already there without forcing it. So, let your mind drift, trust the process, and just be—shifting doesn’t need to be a struggle. It’s like floating effortlessly, just letting the current take you where you’re meant to go.

shifting to me is the crackle of the fire, the heat of it when I sit to close, the half of myself that is facing away feeling the chill of cold seeping through the cracks of my home, the flip of pages from my father sitting in his rocking chair, an act so familiar to him but I need to commit it to memory, and hold it close because I’ve made it.

shifting is supposed to be fun, so protect your heart, make those precautions and feel, the texture of your table, of your clothes, remember that your dr is exactly like that
take a moment, a breath, feel your cr then change that, take away the texture of wherever your sitting and it make it your dr. change the consistency of your clothes, change the scent of the air, change how your heart feels, deep down, feel that you are there and you will be.
You're only here in this reality because you're aware of being here, not because you physically exist here. Right now, in this moment, you're aware of this reality, but that doesn't mean that you don't exist in other realities. Become aware. That's what shifting is.
How it feels knowing nothing actually matters when you are a reality shifter
saw this post and it made so much sense like why can we shift back to this reality just by thinking of it and saying we want to go back (something like that) in ANY reality we shift to but then in this reality we “can’t” ? I feel like it’s such a good way to explain how easy it is to shift!

Now, imagine yourself cutting a lemon. Bring it close and take a bite. What do you feel? Is it sour? Did your face instinctively contort? Does it seem real?
This proves that you don’t need to believe something for your mind and body to experience it.
Now, do the same with your desire. Close your eyes and create a scene where your manifestation is already yours. How does it feel? What thoughts run through your mind? How do you act now that it’s real?

yall need to start being nonchalant and calm when manifesting. Just decide something and move on. It's done. Not "on it's way" it's done. you have it. You came, decided, and it's done.
Your mind and the world is not separate from you. "But the 3D-" no, "but why isn-" no. It's done, relax.

what you decide, is done so act like it. 3d has to reflect what 4d decides. if you say that you have shifted, act as if you have shifted. you are in your dr so think your dr thoughts, feel your dr emotions, plan your dr plans.
saying that you have shifted and still acting like you are in your cr doesn’t make any sense. affirmations with no belief behind them are just words.
you are in your dr, you’ve always been there, believe it.

The more you try to force it, the more you reinforce that you haven’t shifted. Stop overcomplicating it. You don’t need to “get better” at shifting. You already can. Let yourself be there.
