having an ed and not even being skinny is honestly so embarrassing
reasons i’m doing this (not pro, recovery is possible and if you’re ready, please recover it’s worth it i promise <3)
•i can fit back into xxs
•i can be as skinny as my best friend (she’s really really skinny and older than me)
•i can have a flat tummy
•i can wear bikinis and low rise jeans and jeans with tight waists without feeling bad
•everything will look good on me
•i can go back to being the skinny friend
•i don’t get ‘the look’ from people when i eat food
•i’ll be first picked for everything
•when i walk down the street, girls will whisper to their friends about how pretty i am
•people will be jealous of me and my size
•i can wear my current jumpers as baggy ones
•i can wear baggy clothes but still look skinny
•i won’t have to worry about stores with small sizes because no matter what ill be tiny
i can’t wait to look like this again.

gonna try to stick to this starting today 🤞🦋
My b-day is march 31st so I have to get back on track until then and at least get back to my lw / my current gw.
After I finish this I will do a few other diets as well.

-your friends giving you judgmental stares every time you eat
-keeping your head down in the hallway
-dress shopping being an absolute nightmare
-people referring to you as “bigger”
-not being comfortable eating in public
-not being able to shop at brandy melville
- having “oversized” clothes fitting you perfectly
-having your skinny friends commenting things like “wow how do you eat so much!”
-not being able to share clothes with your skinny friends
-not being able to wear a bikini like all of your friends
- cancelling on plans last minute because you feel too fat
-not having a date to dances, events, etc.
-always feeling “less than” everybody else
That’s what i thought.
Day 1 of this diet and I’ve done it!!! 💕
